Omg. The BEST Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. I was headed to the airport and stopped in to use the bathroom. I couldn't resist but to grab a sandwich too. I asked the gentleman at the counter to recommend a sandwich for me. I went with the half size. I waited until I got home to eat it (California). It was huge and fully loaded. Super flavorful. Will return when I'm in the area again.

absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The cheese was melted just right, and the fresh bread held everything together wonderfully. The balance of flavors and textures made every bite a delight. Fries were yummy too! Highly recommend if you're craving a top-notch Philly Cheesesteak!

I always pass by this place, ever since I was a kid, but never went in until yesterday. I should've gone sooner! The sandwiches were stuffed full of well seasoned meat. We tried the pepper cheese steak and chicken pepper cheese steak. I think the regular cheese steak was better than the chicken (a tad less dry and a little more seasoned) but both were solid and well enjoyed. Huge servings. Prices have gone up from other pics I've seen online (I think now 13.49 for chicken and 14.49 for beef) but for the portions you get and considering how food prices have gone up everywhere, I think it's still reasonable. The floors were a little sticky and two flies were buzzing around the front counter.

My husband and I have been going here for years, I would even crave it when pregnant! The cheese fries are amazing as are the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches! Best eaten there in person, though the neighborhood can be a little noisy. This place gets slammed on weekends do be ready to preorder or wait (we went Saturday of Seafair weekend and were told a 25 minutes wait but our food was up in 15 minutes). The only downside is that my aging adult body cannot keep up with the cheesy fries and for me it can be a risk to eat them! We took our food to go and I ate a ton of regular fries hot out of the bag on the way home, seasoning took these fries to the top! No regrets

First things first, food is amazing!!! We got the delux steak and the cheese steak. Both were delicious but do note that they go really heavy on the mayo. Next time I'll order my delux without it. It is a take out only place so keep that in mind when planning on eating here. You can place your order in advance so that's a plus and they have an area to keep your Philly warm while you pick it up. Drink selection is limited but that's to be expected with a take to go place. Portions are huge so maybe split a fry order. The people working there are nice and overall a good place. In summary, I would definitely go there again just no mayo. And bring my own drink.

On a cold wet rainy Seattle day I decided to stop by Original Philly's. To my surprise you can finally go inside to place an order. No more ordering in the door way and wait outside for your order. I placed my order for a chicken pepper cheese sandwich and a pepper steak sandwich after a 10 minute wait. I was handed two bags they both had a little weight to them. I opened the chicken sandwich which was Stacked to the very edge with meat! I didn't get to see the steak but I can only imagine how it looked if my sandwich was packed full. The food is always fresh and made to order.

Amazing Philly cheesesteak place!!! Location: this place is located at the corner of a red light interaction and there's parking around the building. Plenty of spots when i went on Saturday. There is no dine in option however there are a couple of tables outside for people to eat at Food: the menu has plenty of options -- all sounding amazing (vegan options available!) we order the deluxe sandwich and Philly steak sandwich both in a full option. You can order a half or full. The full price i think is worth the food amount you get. The Philly steak is just cheese and steak, the deluxe comes with steak, cheese, lettuce, mayo, peppers, mushrooms. The flavor on these sandwiches were incredible (Based on other Philly cheesesteak places I've had). My favorite would be the deluxe that had abundance of flavors to it. They had Philly cheese steak fries that i will definitely need to come back to get! Service: you order at the door as the place is still blocked off due to Covid however we did not wait long for our food -- maybe 10 mins? They do charge a 1.00 for credit card if you decide to pay with credit card. Overall, an amazing Philly cheesesteak place located in Seattle!

Always the best! Order online to avoid the wait - its a small place across from a high school so its usually pretty busy.

I'm actually not a bagel guy, nor do I ever think about them when it comes to grabbing a quick bite somewhere but this was a perfect opportunity to try it again. There was an assortment of bagels, and I got half of an everything bagel and - the one that several of my coworkers highly recommended - the rosemary bagel. Both go well with cream cheese. - The everything bagel was pretty standard; I could taste the garlic and sesame seeds throughout. Garlic was quite powerful on this one though, and I almost thought of garlic bread until I remembered bagels are harder to chew on. - My favorite was the rosemary bagel, just like my coworkers. I could taste the herbs clearly on this one; it was aromatic yet a little bitter. It was balanced with the saltiness already present on the bagel. Since I didn't go to their physical location - which looks like quite a walk from Georgetown - I have yet to see the inside of this place. Having some of their bagels makes me wanna go check it out someday!

I just ordered a half dozen of bagels this time but would like to sit a bit next time. Cute place in the neighborhood. Everything Bagel was kind of on the darker side and I was worried it might be whole wheat or something.... Just baked a bit darker than my preference. Got them home and they were crusty with a good chew. Will be back again next time I'm in Georgetown or Beacon Hill.

I was really vacillating between 4 and 5 stars here since my final rating for this place is 4.5/5…read more I'm choosing to rate this 5 stars at the end because of high potential, great staff and hearty food! This indoor restaurant is close to the streets of Rainier Ave and there is unmarked parking all along S Grand St you can utilize, but it can be nearly full like on the Saturday noon around 12:30pm I came here with parents. It is in the same building as the Melody Jabooda Apartments, and is pretty compact inside. There's several small tables inside than can fit a max of 3 people, yet the interior muffles the bulk of the noisy traffic on Rainier Ave. There's some decor on the walls and near the counter where the kitchen is, and the counter to order is almost directly in front of the entrance. Phone reception inside was iffy, as I had to go outside the building to check into here on the Yelp app. Seating was full, mostly from patrons ordering and taking their goods to go but with some actually dining in. For a place that serves banh mi, they also have pho, bun, Vietnamese coffee, lattes and matcha drinks. Several of the drinks are also available in hot formats, and all drinks cost the same except for Vietnamese coffee and lattes which cost $1.95 and $1 less before tax, respectively. There are different price tags for the hot drinks. Banh mi sandwiches also come in bags that look like they could be used for roasted coffee beans - they're dark brown and are about the same size as store-bought coffee bean bags. What a coincidence given they also serve coffee! We got many things from here: - Old school Vietnamese coffee ($7, hot): according to my dad (and me after having several sips), this unfortunately tasted more like American coffee; it was missing sweetened condensed milk to make it more like so, and the coffee itself wasn't strong. It seems regular milk was used as the sweetener instead. - Oolong house blend ($8.95): your standard milk tea. I added both grass jelly and tapioca onto this. Mom liked this and had no complaints; I had a sip and thought it was pretty good too. - Grilled pork banh mi sandwich ($9.95, medium toast): I partially shared this one with my mom. Grilled pork is all right at best, otherwise it has all the works of a great banh mi. We'd still prefer the one from Q Bakery for now. - Butterfly matcha: the butterfly pea flower in this drink created a blue hue inside the drink in its own layer and essentially enhanced the ceremonial matcha taste a lot more, since it tasted more woody and earthier than usual once I mixed everything. It's also sweet enough to satisfy any matcha lover out there. I loved this drink a lot and would highly recommend! - House special banh mi sandwich ($10.95, medium toast): this sandwich is much larger than I expected, and comes with Vietnamese ham, pork ham, pate, jalapeños and what looked like Chinese sausage along with the same works as the grilled pork. Everything went well together and it was loaded! All meats were fresh and just this sandwich alone made me really full. Another high recommend! I really appreciated the staff for asking all the clarifying questions for our banh mi sandwiches and drinks, like how toasted we wanted our sandwiches, the sweetness and ice levels of our drinks, and toppings for those drinks. They also let me and other patrons in line know of wait times for our food, with my order being quoted about 15 minutes and coming out by that timeframe. This place has been open since September of last year, and they have a decked out menu for anyone wanting to grab both food and drink. I'm definitely coming back to try their other drinks and sandwiches!

Oh yeah banh mi spot that's definitely worth a stop even if you're just coming in for drinks…read more We had just eaten, so we skipped the sandwiches this time and went straight for something refreshing. The strawberry jasmine green tea was light, fragrant, and not overly sweet, while the salted plum calamansi jasmine tea had that perfect balance of tangy, citrusy, and slightly savory super refreshing and honestly hit the spot. The space itself is nicely decorated with a cozy, modern vibe, and the customer service was great friendly, quick, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Only downside is the place is a bit on the smaller side, so seating can feel limited if it gets busy. Haven't tried the banh mi yet, but based on this first impression, I'm definitely coming back to see what they're about. Rating: 4/5 (for drinks + service + vibe so far)
