While I do not frequent this establishment very often, in the past it has been pretty great over all. Today for a pick-up lunch, they fell short and the restaurant want more than half filled. I ordered a Sirloin Tips & Mushroom Alfredo dish. (Similar to a previous menu item that used to have broccoli with steak and Alfredo.) Sadly, the Alfredo sauce was anything but creamy as it sepersted to oil and cheese straight away. The dish was also missing the green onions. The menu online indicates it comes with garlic bread and 'choice of side' but the nice gal that took my order insisted it was bread or a side; not both. I chose a veg of the day (green beans of some sort that sounded good... they didn't taste great). I know it is a challenge for nearly every business to find and KEEP good help. Maybe today was just a rough day and tomorrow will be better. Bottom line today is I spent $17 for a few noodles and some steak I let the oil run off of before eating. Another good golf course restaurant. The Outback Restaurant and Pub at Boomerang Links (no relation to the Outback Steakhouse chain) is a nice local establishment. Mia, my server, was mostly attentive to my needs, but was a little busy as she was also tending the bar (typical for a golf course restaurant). I ordered the cheese curds and was surprised to find a hint of garlic flavor in them. Unexpected, but a nice little twist that set them apart from other cheese curds I've had. I also ordered a burger with two patties, bacon and cheddar-jack cheese. The patties were well-seasoned and the bacon was thick. All of this came on a nice challah bun that did its job well and stayed out of the way. For the cheese curds, burger and a soda, I paid about $24. Not too bad for a small local place and I'll likely be back again. read more

Well i spoke too soon as they seemed to have changed their steak street tacos - went there last night and now they have a smoky flavor - no one at my table was a smoke flavor fan. Will not be going back for these. Disappointed they changed up what was sooo good originally! read more

Things have greatly improved. This is our first COVID visit, super waitress and good food. Fish and chips were average, but the Boomerito was yummy. Great onion rings and fries. The side salad was a nice small mixed salad. They have a waitlist if you want to check how long until you can get seated. They are doing all of the appropriate COVID precautions. read more

Another gem in Greeley. Upgrading my review because I think this place changed hands? At the public golf course, I believe the restaurant is privately owned. You can get a rather large steak (Outback steak on the menu) for 13 bucks. Comes with a salad and a side. Fries are perfect. Open year round, you can't go wrong. Today, they made two specialty cheese cakes for Valentines Day. Alas, I have other plans but was jonesing for some when a waitress was telling me about it. read more

I usually love the food at least - the misdirection of prices by waitstaff coupled by the deceit of Heidi the manager - with absolutely no visable concern for clear overcharging. Last night was the second time our charges were double the expected price. Both our prime rib were mostly fat only when one was sent back did we receive one good one. What is up with this place? It is as if this Heidi has no concern for this restaurant at all. Never going there again - off to a taste of Philly where you never leave hungry or disappointed - incredible food. read more

The food is very good with reasonable prices. Specials are a great deal but the details of them on the table signs can be misleading and it depends on your server how they explain or accommodate any issues. Heidi treated my family poorly as a result and did not try to be very nice about a misunderstood special that seemed to be overcharged by a new waitress. She is NOT a pleasant customer relations person. Have seen her take customers away from waitresses to benefit herself from big tippers. Hate to visit a place like this when such a negative person is allowed to manage. read more

Great view, but make sure you read the menu closely. Reuben's are apparently made with American cheese in north Greeley, even worse made with processed cheese that come individually wrapped slices. It was gross. The onion rings were awesome though. read more

Zero stars would be more suitable. Very unprofessional management and staff. Waitress Beebee started an altercation over prime river being microwaved and not edible. She came up behind me and grabbed me and all the manager Heidi could do is condone her behavior because her husband died 6 months ago. They both should be fired! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, ordered a 16oz prime rib($32.95) it came out cold so I sent it back and they microwaved it and brought it out. It was tougher than shoe leather. The staff then proceeded to pick a fight with my family and BeeBee Haggerty (employee) came up from behind my sister and grabbed her and told her to get outside to fight her. Very poor service, very poor management and shitty food! Then the manager still made me pay for the prime rib that wasn't even worth feeding to a dog. Stay clear of this place. read more

Ok so just finished. I would say that on a high note the service was good, not great not bad just good. The first sting I noticed was that the beer selection has fairly poor, with only one micro. We started with Irish egg rolls they were good. However, that is where good ended. I ordered a ribeye medium rare with a baked potato and a Cesar salad. The salad came without dressing but did have Parmesan, the granulated stuff from a jar. I then received my steak, over cooked more on the medium to well side without much flavor. In addition to this the steak was extremely tough moth a lot of gristle. I can't remember ever having a ribeye with that much hustle. Not sure that it was actually a ribeye cut. Now the baked potato had little form and was more of a mashed potato in a skin. The potatos saving grace is that it was hot unlike the steak and the butter was not frozen. All in all 3.7 out of 10.
