The food is DELICIOUS. I wanted to start with that. We were traveling through and wanted to stop and eat somewhere. I have a feeling this Resturant's is used mainly as a "to go" kinda place. I'd recommend some background music and more lighting. It was incredibly dark and silent. Not an initially inviting and cozy place but our server was friendly and attentive. Again...I'd go back for the food and the service, but the ambiance could use some charm.

Food is an 8/10 for me. Very solid. Service was quite quick, and waitress was nice. Interestingly, I did not receive chopsticks; I was automatically given a fork. I've got no issue with that, but I was suprised.

Food was delicious first and foremost. This place has been around for years and have always had great food. They used to have a buffet that was very good, but it's since moved to catering only. They have a good selection of alcohol. Broad menu with lots of options. The charming and lovely waitress served us quickly, in a friendly manner. Had so much food that was so filling and good. Glad this place is still around. An STL Hidden Gem. NEVER has a long line.

Upon first coming upon this restaurant, they didn't look open. (It looked like they only did take out.) The inside was dark and no one was eating in there. But the door opened and we walked in. It was hot, but they eventually turned on the AC for us. I got the combination plate with sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and the egg roll. The egg roll was definitely the highlight of the meal. The sweet and sour chicken wasn't bad. I appreciated that everything was prepared/fried fresh for me. My combination plate was $8.95, which was probably one of the better deals that I had in downtown Saint Louis.

So, I ordered this through a third party app. Before anyone freaks out, my food was delivered well in tact and very warm. No complaints there. I ordered the Szechuan Tofu (Mapo Tofu), the Dan Dan Noodles, as the House Shrimp and Pork dumplings, and the jalapeño Rangoon. Mapo tofu: 2nd best Mapo I've ever had. (Second only to C17.) Wish it had slightly more sauce and slightly more Szechuan in the sauce (although I know the Szechuan part is an unpopular opinion for some). It was nice and spicy and comforting on one of the coldest days of the year. Dan Dan Noodles: I'm pretty underwhelmed with these. My understanding of Dan Dan (which could be wrong) is that the sauce is supposed to have sesame paste in it to make it creamy and thicker. This sauce was very loose and almost broth like, so I really missed the sesame paste. The base flavor is good, albeit a little mild, so I plan to fix it at home with some sesame paste, sugar, and msg. Shrimp and Pork dumplings: so so so so SO good!! The sauce that they're delivered in is just ... sinfully delicious. Very well balanced with sweetness, saltiness, and tanginess. Certainly a liberal amount of sauce as well. And the spiciness sneaks up on you but is definitely manageable. (This is coming from a white person with a decent-high spice tolerance FOR white people.) Jalapeño Rangoon: if you prefer your Rangoon with a lower ratio of filling to crunch, and a savory Rangoon (absolutely no sweetness in the actual Rangoon) then you'll love these. No spice in the jalapeño at all. Pretty good with the sweet and sour dipping sauce but not for me. (My ideal Rangoon is from Sesame and a close second is Old St. Louis Chop Suey for reference.) forgot to get a pic of these, though. I will definitely order from here again. If for no other reason, these dumplings.

Excellent food quality and value, restaurant atmosphere was nice and quiet, service was professional and speedy. Varied menu with many options, and Combination Boxes are a great deal! Highly recommend!

Despite it being a packed evening due to multiple conferences in town, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. For food, we tried the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious, and they even offer fun specialty drinks during these themed events. Whether this was intended as a joke or not, it reflects a serious failure in professionalism, food safety, customer service, and leadership. Guests should never have to question whether their food has been handled safely or whether their special moments will be respected by the people serving them. What is equally disappointing is the apparent effort to limit public discussion by turning off comments rather than addressing the concerns directly. Restricting the conversation does not erase what people saw. A responsible business should respond with transparency, accountability, staff retraining, and a clear explanation of how this type of behavior will be prevented moving forward. Customers are being extremely intentional about where they spend their money right now. Businesses cannot afford to treat guests carelessly and expect continued support. When customers no longer feel respected, safe, or valued, they will take their money elsewhere. Without customers, businesses lose revenue, employees lose opportunities, and establishments eventually close. I expect better from management, better from the service staff, and better from the overall leadership of 360 Rooftop Bar. This situation deserves more than silence. It deserves accountability, corrective action, and a sincere public response.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, which for me is always the biggest indicator of whether I'll enjoy a place. I arrived during their daily Happy Hour (4-6 PM) and ordered the crab dip with homemade crackers, while my friend tried one of their cocktails. Everything tasted delicious, and the staff remained very attentive throughout our visit. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the interior design. We arrived a little after 11 and found a space in the back parking lot. The lot is convenient as it's pretty well-lit and is diagonal from the CF. We entered through the back where the deck is and walked right in. Upon first glance, you'll notice the hanging lights above the entrance and then after a few feet, the bar is immediately to the right. The tables are all along the left side as to make a walkway for the bar (super convenient). Due it being their anniversary, it was a bit crowded but not too bad where you couldn't get a drink or walk through. My usual go-to is a flavored vodka (three olives grape) and sprite. While they had a plethora of spirits, sadly this wasn't one of them. They had other flavored vodkas but I opted to get a simple Cosmo while my friend got a makers and coke. The Cosmo was just what I needed and might I add, well made! After we got our drinks, we did a quick walk through of the other side called The Oddities (coming soon), as well as the upstairs that overlooks the entire place. The stairs are steep, so it would behoove you to hold on to the railing. While I love trying new places, I was a bit apprehensive because I thought I'd stick out like a sore thumb. Turns out, everyone was friendly, the drinks are great, and the music wasn't bad! They had different acts going on for this particular evening (I'm not sure if this is the norm), but I know my friend is a regular on Tuesday's for karaoke. I do intend to come back and try out some more drinks and food and check out the other place once it officially opens.

We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper.
