My favorites were the half sour, the horseradish, and the Kosher dill (yes, I am aware that is half of the whole flight, but they were all so good). The half sour reminded me of a pickle I had in Japan- it's somewhat similar to the Korean cucumber kimchi- a very mild pickling, so you could eat a lot without ingesting too much sodium, almost closer to a cucumber than a pickle. The Kosher dill is your classic pickle and the Horseradish has, well, horseradish and a slight kick. Sour garlic was very tangy. Too tangy for my taste. Wasabi didn't taste spicy at all while super spicy was quite spicy. Overall, so fun to try different pickles! Would highly recommend!

Jamie a pleasant young lady, was working there. She was please to see that first review from Kimarley L. as I shared with her and it made her day. She shared information with me that Sandy is the person she works for and rents out the space for this Cupcake counter. The cupcakes are baked with the same ingredients that are used for the other baked goods at Franchescos Bakery. They do serve coffees and have a variety of cupcakes along with packs for 4. I got two beignets today, a whipcream and strawberry and a custard one. I ate into the one and found while there is a fresh strawberry on top the inside is gloppy with more like jelly strawberries inside. The whip cream is hard and not fluffy. Have not tried the other one yet. Perhaps other types will be better. Something else to note , the windows need shades or blinds. When the sun comes in everything in there gets hot . The credit card machine ( at 4% ) paper cost is very hard to see in the bright morning light. An update today, got my complementary cup cake today from many sport themed choices. I chose the baseball. I noticed and noted cupcakes in the bakery window. Jamie noted that theirs are medium-size not with filling and they a select amount of character cupcakes as well. Pantry staples turned out to be cheaper from Union Market, where NOTHING is cheap. I did appreciate that they use minimal packaging. However, I don't think I'll be ordering again; I'd rather go across the street to Union, where I can select what I buy. If it rots fast, I only have myself to blame.

The portion size for herbs is ginormous -- much more for the price than my prior online grocer and even the farmer's market. (In fact, the helpings of chives, dill, sage, and the like, have been so big that I've shared some with my neighbor and still have more than I can use.) Over the months, I've also ordered swordfish, skate, chicken breasts, ground chicken, and ground turkey, and all were good. I also liked the blue cheese and pork sausage, both by itself and as transformed by me into Scotch eggs (really delicious). Some chicken sausage I got seemed less than fresh, but candidly, I'm not sure how long I let them sit before I opened the package, so that could be on me. One week, I got the wrong kind of peas by mistake, but the staff was very helpful in trying to fix the error and I ended up getting a full credit for what I ordered. Bottom line -- I'm a fan. I hope they keep on delivering to my neighborhood.

I finally stopped by today cause I saw they had Portuguese goods & I am so thrilled that my son and I went! We got 4 packs of sumols, Portuguese candies, and my son got random candies/snacks he wanted! Yosh, the owner was so kind, friendly, accommodating, and respectful. He also put out his sisters work on display and to sell - a book she wrote and cards she illustrated. As an older sister, that meant so much and was so good to see. I definitely will be back. The vibes are great, i see kids going in and out of the store all the time and that just shows what a welcoming, friendly environment Yosh provides to the community.
