Pork wasn't that warm and the sauce kind of had airplane food vibes and wasn't aromatic. Overall food was a mixed bag. My main gripe is with our server John. He seemed irritated every time we asked for more drink refills, and even rolled his eyes at one point. He also didn't acknowledge us when we would express our gratitude. This made us feel very unwelcome and ruined the vibes of our dinner.

The French onion soup was surprisingly tasty, with a rich, very oniony broth and an impressive gratin of cheese and charred onions on top that gave it a really satisfying and sumptuous crust. For our entree we opted for one of the Restaurant Week offerings, a choice of burger with a side for $20, and went with the wagyu burger plus a side salad. It was delicious, with the patty being cooked to a perfect medium, and the whole thing being so rich, savory, and packed with umami. Overall, this is a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner if you're staying at the Hyatt Regency (especially convenient as it is right off the front lobby), but also even if you're not!

I had the Gambler Steak Burger with garlic parmesan fries. My brother got the Blackened Salmon Ceasar Salad. I was surprised when the waiter said "good choice the salmon here is delicious". They have wild caught king salmon delivered twice a week. We split our food. The salmon was as good or better than any piece of salmon I have ever had. It melted in your mouth. My burger was cooked medium to perfection. Super juicey and delicious. Among the best burgers I have ever had no joke; they grind their own meat. The hand cut fries were really good too. Service is friendly and attentive. Great beer selection and plenty of TVs to catch the game you are after. The lobster roll had a good amount of lobster. It had good chunks of lobster and it was made with butter which I prefer the mayonnaise based ones are not my choice. It came with some good size potato chips that appeared to be made in house and sliced cucumbers. They were both fresh and crunchy. I also had two over easy eggs and ice tea.
