Calamari regular sized (not HH sized)
    Danika Z.

We stopped by for happy hour from 3-5 pm and really enjoyed it. The draft IPA was delicious, and our waitress was friendly, attentive, and very honest. When I asked about the calamari, she recommended the regular order over the happy hour portion because it was the better value, which I really appreciated. The calamari itself was great too--made with big pieces instead of the usual small rings, which made it even more enjoyable.

Burger (medium rare) with fries -$26 but so worth it

First night in Tahoe and after 4 hours of driving and 2.5 hours of XC skiing, I didnt feel like walking or driving back out to get grub, so settled into Cutthroats, which is the bar restaurant inside Hyatt Regency. I came in around 5pm as I didn't have too much to eat during the day but burned a lot of calories XC skiing so was ready for a good high protein meal. I sat at the bar and the bartender was good. She was busy as heck but took good care of me. I started off with a blonde ale on draft and ordered a burger medium rare and just rested at the bar, watching some WWE wrestling and curling at the Winter Olympics. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place gets busy so be prepared to wait or come at off hours, which I did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was on point, food was solid, but know that prices are gonna be a bit higher for convenience and location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'd gladly come back here again when I don't feel like venturing out. Great hotel restaurant, laid back and convenient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Soft, buttery pretzel and fresh, light chopped salad! Definitely coming back! Too bad hotel is so expensive!

Decided to try this out on my second night. Sat at the bar and no wait. French onion soup was honestly very good. Perfect soup after a day of shredding the slopes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beer was good and the vibes okay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recommend away from the pizzas, it's probably the bottom 5 worst pizzas I've had. Service and the soup was good! I'd probably go elsewhere next time though.

This is a great restaurant and bar for those visiting Incline village and also for locals. There are specials at Happy Hour, certain events, and weekly specials such as the Specialty hamburgers week. I ordered the Durham Ranch Bison burger 1/2 pound of tender, tasty meat with frisée, peppercorn aoili which was amazingly delicious with crispy scallions, tomato chutney, dill pickle, greeted cheese on a brioche bun. The flavors were amazing! My husband ordered the Wagyu Beef burger 1/2 pound medium rare, arugula, carmelized bourbon onions, natural uncured bacon, truffle aioli, fried cage free egg,, white cheddar cheese on pretzel bun. I took a bite so I could vouch for his choice. Mark it down for my order next trip to Cutthroats. Emma, our server was so pleasant, personable , professional and proficient. We will come back again.

Walked in for a quick drink. Glanced at the menu but because we were eating g at a different event I was unable to try their food. The bartender was friendly, prompt and happy to help me. Menu looked good and I didn't have my phone to grab a snapshot of it. Overall I would return without hesitation.

Came here for dinner tonight and had a pleasant experience overall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated right away by the hostess, and the moment you walk in, the place feels very homey and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a relaxed setting that isn't overwhelming, which I really appreciated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted by Jenny, who was super friendly, cheerful, and incredibly attentive throughout our meal! [[HIGHLIGHT]]A nice touch was that they gave my daughters coloring papers and crayons, which helped keep her entertained, and they also offer a kids menu which is always a win for families.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We started with the buffalo wings, which were really delicious, and the loaded saloon nachos were packed with ingredients and plenty of meat. I loved that the guacamole came on the side, and it was actually very good. For my entree, I ordered the Mediterranean chicken pasta. While the flavors were decent and I liked the addition of olives and artichokes, I was expecting it to be creamier, and the chicken was a bit dry. My husband ordered the grilled Angus burger, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. On the bright side, the kids mac and cheese was creamy and tasty. Our total came out to around $147, which felt a bit pricey for what we ordered. That said, the service was great and the atmosphere made it an easy, comfortable place to dine. If you're staying at the hotel and looking for straightforward American food without having to go elsewhere, this spot definitely gets the job done and offers a family friendly option.

We stopped in for a drink and we were greeted immediately by the bartender. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a nice place with a full bar and they also serve food as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was clean, not very noisy, and a cool hangout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    All meat Pizza.

One of the other great restaurants located inside of the Hyatt hotel. We wanted food to take to our room since we were Pretty tired . The young lady at the front podium was really nice and sweet. I didn't get her name but she was there 10/19/25 around 4-5:00pm . We ordered the all meat pizza . Not too many options on the pizza toppings. I wish they had something with meat and veggies for toppings. They had only an all veggie or a Marguerite pizza but nothing in between. No biggie, pizza was good especially after a few drinks from the casino we got while playing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant looked cozy and had TV's with the games on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We would have totally sat down to dine in but we were tired. Next time for sure!

We wanted to drive up to incline to gamble a bit and have dinner. This place had good reviews and a huge menu so wanted to try it out. We got the pretzel to start. It was served with cheese sauce and honey mustard. It was absolutely delicious. It was so soft and savory. My husband got their burrito bowl elderflower cocktail called 'elder mother'. He said it was yummy. I ordered the Margherita pizza. The crust was perfect! This pizza was so delicious. Great red sauce, yummy toasted tomatoes and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. I could Have eaten the whole thing. My husband got the impossible burger and fries. I tried them and they weee both very yummy. Food came out fast. We will definitely be back!

We had out thanksgiving dinner here - we wanted a non traditional menu and this place had many options . The cocktails were goodness, the nacho with meat we took as an appetizer were large and yummy . We then got the steak sandwich and the burger as entries - they were both very good , and cooked to the right preparedness level . It's a great option for dinner if you're in the incline village vicinity

    Delicious nachos with beef
    Austin G.

Food here was very tasty and comfort food esque. It's not gourmet but it is good. The nachos we got were delicious and my wife and I both liked the burger and sandwich we got. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nothing blew us away necessarily and it was kind of a loud environment but the food we had we enjoyed and over had a good time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was solid as well!

    Truc M.

We stayed at the hotel and the front desk recommend ua this restaurant for late lunch. We greeted by Max, our waiter that day! He is beyond our expectation, kind - friendly - and especially informative person. We asked about the name of the restaurant, it's just curious why that name :) he explained and described the Cutthroat Trout, how awesome he is! He also recommend us the good dishes on the menu, and of course we got the good and tasty food for our late lunch! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a very good time here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely will be back.

Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and she did a great job walking us through the day's specials as well as some of her favorite picks. I started with the In Crowd cocktail and really enjoyed it. The coconut, basil, and bitters balanced beautifully with the gin, making for a super refreshing drink that felt especially perfect for spring or summer weather. We followed our server's advice and ordered four items, two larger plates and two starters, and everything was delicious. Here's the breakdown: Trout Dip: Fantastic smoky, fishy flavor in all the right ways, served with crostinis. The only small nitpick was that the crostinis were overdone for my taste and shattered loudly when bitten into. Grilled Prawns: Super meaty and seasoned and sauced perfectly, with a bed of slaw that balanced the dish nicely. Scallops: Seared to perfection and in an addicting red Thai curry sauce. I was intrigued by the combo of kimchi, grits, and curry and have to say that it somehow blends amazingly well. Lamb Chops: Cooked to a perfect medium rare, expertly seasoned, with little gaminess and a cooling yogurt sauce that really brought the dish together. All in all, it was a fantastic meal and easy to see why this place is such a favorite among both locals and tourists. The food, the drinks, and the service all come together to make this a great option for any occasion from a casual night out (us) to celebrating something memorable like a graduation (several were happening while we were there).

We were going to make a reservation but a credit card was required - that felt excessive for a reservation on a Wednesday night so we risked it and just showed up. We were early (5:30) so we got seated right away. We got a variety of appetizers after my mocktails (very gingery, yum!). The ribs had a great sauce but were overcooked a bit. The burrata was nice but crostini was so hard I thought it might tear up my mouth. Gnuddi was tasty but very oily. Great ambience and perfect for a wine drinker - extensive list. We would bring family or friends there for a night classy night out, but it wasn't overwhelmingly amazing to us.

We started with the sage and cheddar biscuits, which were wonderful, and the glazed pork belly with chili crunch with toasted cashews - the combo of the nuts and pork was really delicious. We then had the Niman Ranch pork chop and grilled steak frites. Pork chop came with creamy polenta, mushrooms, and a blueberry glaze - I'm hungry just writing about all this. The chop was grilled to perfection - moist (no pink meat) and nicely charred for the flavor. The glaze is a hint of sweetness and the creamy polenta is a winner. The mushrooms are an excellent compliment. The grilled steak was also cooked to perfection - medium rare. The flat iron steak is such a great cut of meat. The fries in duck fat were very good. For dessert, we had a chocolate masterpiece. The meal was well priced considering the location and the time of year. And while the meal was special, it was the service that really made the experience special. While being utterly professional, the staff is also friendly and on top of it. I regret I didn't ask the hostess her name, but she was excellent - filled our water glasses without being asked once, and asked if we would like clean utensils after our appetizers. Our server was also excellent. I'd have more pictures usually, but we were so hungry after a LONG day at Sand Harbor, we forgot!

And the lady at the register was very nice and helpful with suggestions. On to the good stuff...THE FOOD. Five of us got burgers, each one a different way on the menu and each of us gives them a 5/5! They were cooked perfectly, super flavorful, and all around an excellent burger. My 13 year old got the chicken sandwich and said the pickles were delicious and the amount was perfect, so she gives them a 5/5. Fries were thin cut & crispy. Inclines fries were better BOMB 5/5 for us & same with the garlic fries. And my kids said the chicken nuggets were crispy and fresh.
