Any home projects you may have they will help with, letting you know what is needed, how to do it, and the most economical option for you. Also, they take all of your old paint cans for recycling so it is a great place to drop this off as you can't put in your trash or recycling. Also, if you are unsure on how a color will look on your wall, the staff there will guide you into which hue to choose. There were some that I was told would be too much on 4 walls with little light but went a shade down and it was perfect.

I had bought a used exterior side mirror for my wife's car from an auto salvage yard, and the paint on the mirror housing did not match the color of her car. I tried several area auto parts chain stores, looking for a spray can of the correct factory color paint, but came up empty. Finally, someone referred me here. This store can make any color of paint, and put it into a spray can, which is perfect for a small project like my mirror. I came in maybe an hour before they closed on a Saturday, and they were busy, but the owner finished my custom spray paint can before they closed. My wife's car mirror looks great with the right color paint!

I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and it's wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. A "discount" on paint (that is offered by Benjamin Moore Directly, not the store itself) does not make up for bad service!

After loading my car and making it home, I realized I had left an item in a shopping cart outside the store. I immediately called the store to prevent it from being taken. Someone answered, "Customer Service, Hold!", and never picked back up--for the entire 20-minute drive back to the store. When I arrived, I found my item still outside. Inside, I saw three customer service associates standing around chatting, not helping customers. When I explained my call had been on hold the whole time, the woman at the desk flat-out denied it was possible. I showed her my phone displaying the store's number and the 20+ minute hold time. She shrugged, accused me of calling the wrong store ( despite using the phone number on the receipt), and dismissed me. See my call log and receipt attached below I left the store, sat in my car, and someone finally picked up the call--only to hang up immediately. I called back, someone answered, and when I said "I was just checking to see if anyone would pick up" they hung up on me again.... Which clearly proved my point. This was not a staffing issue. This was employees choosing to ignore customers, lie, and hang up on them. It's unprofessional, disrespectful, and reflects extremely poorly on the company. And if the three employees are reading this, maybe go work at the garbage site where you belong

I thought Valspar was Lowe's private label brand (like Behr is Home Depot's) but when I did some research I realized that Valspar was a separate brand by itself. Valspar is based in Minneapolis. With over 11,000 employees in 26 countries and a company history that spans two centuries, it was the sixth largest paint and coating corporation in the world. Valspar was founded in 1806 as a paint dealership in Boston, Massachusetts. The Valspar name emerged in 1903 as the name of a clear varnish and became the company name in 1932. Sherwin-Williams acquired Valspar in 2017. Anyway, their prices were competitive to Home Depot or Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams. Lots of choices and price points.

I was an employee, and witnessed this, and questioned owner, he tried to tell me I was mistaken, it belonged to him, until a clients house was burglarized 2 days after he finished painting their house. they had sold their house, and bought another, (house we painted) they had very expensive equipment and all their belongings stored in garage until remodeling completed. He didnt even show up to receive second half of payment! guilty? definitely! I immedietly quit he owed me 500$ pay and refused to pay me what he owes me. weeks prior he never wanted to pay me for the hours he owed me! He deducted hours for no reason. Please do not hire this man!
