The employees here were so friendly. I love how curated the shop is. Since it's December the shop was decked out for christmas. I loved all the vintage inspired ornaments they had. My son and I ended up purchasing three. I also loved the holiday candles they carried. The whole place smelled amazing due to the gingerbread candle they had lit. I went home with a white spruce one and it does not disappoint. I love lighting it! I'm sure the next time I head in the shop will be pretty different since it won't be Christmastime. This chair was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it without using multiple pillows and blankets under my butt! I finally went to the store, saw a manager in person, and they refunded the Riley Ash chair and I used those funds to purchase the Trevor recliner, which arrived today. It hasn't even been broken in yet and it's more comfortable than the Riley Ash chair was after 3 months. So my advice to you is when you go to the store, ask the salesperson how long the display has been on the floor and what the break-in period is, and what it should feel like when it's being delivered. What is on the sales floor is not representative of what you will have delivered unless you buy from the cash and carry room.
