A delicious breakfast and friendly service.  This was our first visit to the Pancake Farm and we were very pleased. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is large with lots of seating and not on top of other tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was friendly and our food arrived promptly.  The robo-service was a cute and quite a functional addition to the dining experience. It brought entrees/meals to the assigned table and the server followed to serve the food. This was efficient because our meal came out and another server was able to grab the items off the robo-server and give them to our table.  The food was very good and portion sizes were equal to the price. We sampled the egg white veggie omelet with toast and homefries, which was cooked perfectly. The home fries were spot on! The eggs benedict were cooked just right and very tasty. We also enjoyed the pancakes and sausage. Very good consistency and flavorful.  A bonus that there was a carafe of syrup on the table instead of the little packets or small bottles.  Overall a great breakfast spot.  We will try their lunch menu in the future. read more

Great breakfast choices, great prices, greatfood. The special insert menu in the center of the menu gives you some great options like a Chesapeake crabmeat omelet that is so good as well as the ultimate stuffed French toast with strawberry, banana, and blueberries. My third favorite from that special menu is the chicken and biscuits bowl made with chicken tenders, biscuits topped with 2 eggs, sausage gravy and cheddar! From the crepe menu on the wall behind the counter area, I went with the peaches and cream crepe with my hubby going with the sausage cheddar quiche plated with home fries. Both were good. 2 mugs of coffee for 4.00 is the price of 1 cup at places today. Bill was 23.54 which is a steal anymore for breakfast of this quality. read more

OUTSTANDING!! My daughter and I went for breakfast and were amazed. I ordered a strawberry Nutella pancake and it was great. The service was super fast, our food was out in under 16 minutes, and our waitress was lovely. There was also a robot running around.... SO COOL! After a New Year's Eve laden with libations and waking up sleep deprived in the morning, I discovered that Pancake Farm was open so I stopped by for a warm meal in an attempt to ward off the residual effects of last night's consumption. The place was busy! Despite this, I was quickly seated. I ordered the Veggie Omelette and requested that my hash browns were prepared extra crispy. It wasn't long before my food arrived. The hash browns could've been cooked more to my liking and it seemed like the portion was less. The service here was simply amazing! I can't speak highly enough of our waitress, who was professional, attentive, and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The establishment as incredibly well maintained and clean. I was impressed that even the syrup pitchers on the table were immaculately clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are so many delicious menu choices that it was difficult to choose. Our order arrived promptly via a googly-eyed robot that brought smiles to our entire party! Each of us truly enjoyed our meals. The food was high quality at excellent prices. We were in Manheim and I googled gluten free breakfast and found this hidden gem. I walked in and was THRILLED SILLY that they not only offered GF breakfast options but they had MANY to choose from. This was our first time here and we were a group of 5. Everyone ordered something different and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Plates were sent back clean!! After hanging out at Costco in Lancaster, we decided to give this place a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is big and has two dining areas that are located in the front and back. Fancy cylindrical lamps hang over the booth tables in the back and various potted plants can be seen sitting atop anything that will hold them. A butterfly mural that takes up two canvases hangs on the wall as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Daughter ordered Breakfast Special #2, which had 2 over easy eggs with scrapple, home fries and sour dough bread. Daughter loved the scrapple but we thought it was a little gamey tasting. Hubs ordered the Dutch Fries with onions, peppers and Swiss cheese and a side of rye bread. We didn't know what Dutch Fries was and thought it was French fries. But, hubs said it turned out to be an omelette with the hash browns mixed in. He thought it was bland and doused it with ketchup. It seemed to have helped a bit. Lastly, I ordered the Breakfast Special #8, which came along with a waffle and 2 over easy eggs. I thought this was the best order of the 3 this time. Waffle was nice and crispy. I also ordered bacon and requested it to be crispy but it wasn't. The one thing I thought was cute was the robot they invested to bring our food out. Service was meh. Our server greeted us and took our drink orders, then disappeared for a while before coming back to take our orders. Afterwards, she disappeared for a while and brought our meals over. She was prompt in bringing our check, though. But, we had to remind her a couple of times in refilling hubs' coffee and we had to search for her to get a takeout box for our leftovers. All the servers were hanging by the hostess station gossiping. I didn't care for that because they basically forgot their customers. FYI to people who managed to find a parking place outside the restaurant. Be careful when you open your passenger door. We parked next to a curb that was kind of high for our door and we scraped our door and couldn't get out. I had to back up the car and find another place to park. I'm glad we got to give this place a try but we were disappointed in the service. Will check out other places to try when in the area. read more

Decor/service: decently sized place but gets very busy and can have a decent wait time. The set up however is weird as it feels like the hostess stand should be closer to the door as it creates a lot of standing around and waiting around tables of people eating. Waitress service can be slow but food usually comes out quick 3/5 Food- I mean it's called the pancake farm so we usually always get pancakes. Which are tasty! Some of the best pancakes around 5/5 Sausage: I love their side sausage. Good flavor 5/5 Other sides (ham, hash browns, etc): wasn't a huge fan of any of the other sides I've had. Took my daughter and grandkids here this morning.. Three out of 7 plates of food had hair on them.. told waitress and she stated " not sure how that is because the cooks have hats on". I went up to the front to see for myself, and not one kitchen person had anything on their head. The manager was rude, and when I asked to have those 3 meals taken off the bill, the waitress replied "they were remade, so they can't be taken off the bill". I've been there 3x and it's been a race to the bottom! We are gluten free and grateful there are gf options although we need to pay extra for them. The pancakes were crunchy the first time but undercooked every other time. Don't get the apple ones- bitter and hard apples. We didn't get our entree and they charged us full price for the sides. The manager/ waitress with tattoos was so rude. We waited forever, didn't get the entree and were not comped for the sides! And insulted on top of it. Adios! Never again. read more

The waitress was fine...polite, great greeting, friendly, etc.....but when the food arrived we thought maybe they gave us a child portion....but honestly.....it was even smaller than that. Got the "loaded" waffle with strawberries, blueberries, banana, and the cream cheese filling and it was PHENOMENAL! I don't normally like cream cheese fillings, but this was only slightly sweet and complimented the waffle perfectly.
