It's been a month since my hubby & fur baby and I moved in. So far so good! It sure ain't cheap but I think you get what you pay for. There are nice ladies that clean the common areas daily and grounds are well kept. My apartment is very close to the pool & gym. Thankfully there isn't an issue with noise in the pool/ outdoor area. When people drop weights at the gym, we can hear it & it's startling, kinda annoying when you're trying to sleep. Parking is a pain in the butt for visitors at the moment. Hopefully they get that figured out because there isn't much parking outside. They provide doggie poop stations throughout the outside property so dog parents have NO EXCUSE not to pick up after their dogs. Elena and Raleine were the two that helped us at the office. I still bug Elena when I have questions and she is so nice & amazing, love her. I know as a new complex in a developing area, no place is perfect but they're doing a great job. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I lived here for 13 months and it was a nightmare. I should've read the Yelp reviews before I moved into this place because the reviews are accurate. No parking ever! My car was side swiped and I saw a car with the exact marks of my car on theirs, but couldn't do anything about it because there were no cameras. I went to the front office for help and they didn't care. There was dog shit smeared into the carpet in the hallways and there were always creepy men catcalling me late at night when I was walking 30 ft from my car to the door. The management was always changing and it just kept getting worse. Finally, we got someone that actually paid attention to our needs, but would hear them talking shit and laughing about other residents' complaints. One time our roommates bank was having issues and we needed a day extension on rent (which had never happened before and never happened again) and the manager said they'd let us have the extra couple hours if we left a good review. The office never answered the phone and the maintenance requests took forever to be completed. It may look nice on the tour and the outside, but it's lipstick on a pig. read more

Curiosity is what brought me in. I was going in to just take a look since my lease was almost up somewhere else. I was greeting by smiles and happiness. I gotta tell you, Elena was the best. Its not just what she did, but also what she didn't do that I loved. She was warm, kind, helpful, gave me my options, laughed... It was great. AND she didn't try to over sell me, she wasn't pressuring me, she didn't bother me or blow up my phone trying to make a sale or close a new lease. She was just awesome. Gave me some great move in specials... I'm in marketing and i I gotta tell you, she definitely impressed me. Sales people everywhere have got to learn from her how to succeed in their line of work. As far as the apartment complex, It's brand new, its modern, it's pretty great. 2 gyms, 2 pools, lots of space. I like"community" but i also love my privacy. My boyfriend and I moved in about a month & a half ago and I gotta say, I absolutely LOVE this community. Everyone we encounter is so friendly. Raliene was freaking fantastic and so patient with us while we were making our decisions. Our apartment is beautiful. The amenities are beyond! The place always smells UHMAZING & they are super dog friendly which was hard to find when we started looking for nice apartments. On Tuesday we attended a cooking class event FOR FREE that was set up by the complex/CARES. We were able to meet and spend time with some of our neighbors and the whole experience was just a delight. The parking for guests is a bit of an issue which is why I'm rating 4 stars, but honestly other than that, moving here has been a fantastic decision. Only doing a review because my tour was one of the best tours I've ever been on. As someone who appreciates genuine people and fun personalities, I have to recommend touring with Autumn (I hope that's spelled right). She was the most random fun on a tour and didn't cut any corners on explaining the apartments pricing, amenities, and surrounding area. They told me to wait 30 days so I did after that it turned to "it's on it's way" or no email response. Still trying to get my money since it was part of the contract I signed. Nice building and amenities but in our search that day it was probably 3rd on my list out of 5 because just a few blocks away we found a comparable building with a much better move in and monthly price for a 2 bedroom. And a word of advise to the property representative that assisted us who's name I believe was Alena. When speaking to me make direct eye contact with me and answer questions I have asked you directly to me and not my girlfriend. That was complete turn off for me and basically crossed it off my list after that experience. read more

Overall the management sucks. The complex is constantly covered in an obscene amount of dog shit and vomit. And I'm pretty sure this is more of a halfway house than an apartment complex. I've been here almost 2 years and it's by far my biggest regret. The people that live here are trash. They all have aggressive dogs. Parking is a fucking nightmare. And once you actually move in the price of your rent skyrockets because all of the incentives and perks they promise you are no longer valid. Jefferson Platinum Triangle is an amazing place to live at. We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we already feel at home. Natalie was great and gave us a tour of the property. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff and residents are very friendly, the amenities are great, parking is not a problem at all and the apartments are new, spacious, modern and clean. The best part of living here is that we have a view of Disneyland from our balcony. We watch the firework show without even having to go to Disneyland and dealing with all the crowded people. I'd definitely recommend family, friends, coworkers and the like to check out the Jefferson Platinum Triangle! read more

So.. I'm sad to say that after living here for a year now.. the place has deteriorated, at a fast rate. Parking is still nowhere to find! and a BIG problem.. Most of us tenants, after getting to know many of my neighbors , are tired of not having parking enough for our own cars, but forget having a visitor or guest! There is NO guest parking ., even tho James is a nice guy., his hands are tied, there simply is NO additional Parking for tenants NOR any one visiting you here. The place used to have towel service for the pool., not without notice, that was discontinued, cleanliness in the whole area is bad! They only have one poor little cleaning lady, expected to take care of 4 buildings., she told me she only has orders to clean my building once a month!!! Seriously!? Lol I have brought this to managements attention, and of course they say they will Get to it.., but months Later, it's gotten even worse! Pee stains in the hallways from all the dogs here.. empty water bottles, trash, boxes and debris., on the floor in garage, stairways, and hallways! Tvs in the gym doesn't work., the list goes on and on.. We pay top dollar for this place., but it's starting to Like low income housing.. but security is non existing., you rarely see them, and all they do is walk around and smoke and look at their phones and talk.! One of them even had the balls to hit on my girl., lack of parking forces people to search for parking far away from the building., therefor dangerous for single women who are forced to walk late at night and alone all the way to the entrance of building! the worst is probably how the girls in the office., when you ask to see he managers( James And Ferrell ) they lie and say they are not here., when you can hear them in the back., then when I asked about the towel service , and said to Reyline, it's Not fair that they are taking away all the things we originally were sold on when we moved in., she told me " oh so you're moving out then" and she smiled! Wtf!!! So unprofessional! Just proves how little they care! So because they are trying to save money and the owners (board)who are clueless and simply do not Care about us the tenants.. they just want them to rent it out for as much as possible.once your stuck in a lease they got you and you're screwed for 12-14 months!! People are now starting to leave and move out! It's Really sad that the staff don't care more! Other than filling the quota! They could give a shit about making us happy here at the Jefferson. Oh on top of all that., I know that I paid $300 MORE per month for a less desirable unit than the one across from me on my same hallway and same floor.., lol how the F is that fair? I think the housing authority should audit the jeffersons rental and lease practices. If you think I sound pissed? You're right., this is a horrible way to be scammed and treated by the people you trust with your home basically. I have been asked by management to remove this review., the problem is that if everyone that actually lives here would write a review, they'd be out of business.. If you see a " good " review, it's done by friends and family of the people working here because they kiss ass like no one else! It's all lies bla Bla! When I moved in, there was no elevator working lol And they failed to mention that if you have friends or a girlfriend, forget them all!! Because they won't be able to come. See you here ! Management was so helpful getting us setup to move in. Elena answered all of our questions and even called to see if we needed any help. The community is ALWAYS clean. The maintenance team does a great job. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Never any issues with noise or people. Multiple community events throughout the month. Great way to have fun and make new friends. Only con is the limited parking on site. This is to be expected though with the limited space in the area. Overall this is an amazing place to live! Safe, quiet, fun and clean! Well worth the money we pay in rent. The JPT is the best and always makes sure we're taken care of. read more

First off, I want to say that Elena is absolutely AMAZING. I love Elena, she is the reason I bothered to leave a review. She is extremely patient, kind, and personable. She treats you like a human being and not like you are just a number or a dollar sign. Also, Raliene is super sweet and always has a smile on her face. Community - Clean, I used to see the cleaning crew on weekend mornings doing their rounds, always personable. CARE put on a handful of events each month making it fun! From our experience, the residents in passing were friendly for the most part. Of course you get the occasional people who don't have any respect the community or rules. Parking - Aside from your assigned unit parking, guest parking was nonexistent! When they finally figured out the parking situation they had all of about 10 guest spots between roughly 400 units. Yes, there is off the street parking that is on a first come first serve basis, which 95 percent of the time is taken up. The parking situation makes having any guests over extremely difficult. Pool Music - It was typically left on through out the day and night. Our bedroom was above the pool, so you can imagine how obnoxious it was trying to sleep or when it's blasting on the weekends and can't leave your window open. Property Manager - James, admitted to double booking our parking spot when we first moved, which resulted in them towing our car. Imagine walking out to your assigned spot given by the property manager and your car is gone. Was it stolen? Towed? It took a few phone calls to Anaheim PD and they were able to locate our vehicle. It was towed by a resident due to the spot being double booked. James was able to do us a "favor" and pay for our vehicle to be released from the tow yard. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to miss a half day of work. We've emailed James a half full of times in regards to past issues, he never once responded. That doesn't really set a good rapport with residents if you ask me. We signed our lease termination paperwork that CLEARLY states the date ALL tenants will be out of the unit, signed by us and the leasing office. When we turned in one set of keys a week before our lease was ending, we advised the leasing office our roommates are STILL living in the unit until the last day of our lease. Apparently that did not make a difference. They sent the cleaning crew and maintenance in to our unit. The unit was completely cleared out everything in the unit, INCLUDING our roommates iMac. This did not give us a chance to properly clean before our lease was up, and we still got a hefty charge for the cleaning fee. James apparently stated no employees saw an iMac, but he would reimburse us one week of rent for the miscommunication. No where in the lease agreement does it state surrendering one set of keys terminates the lease and allows Alliance to enter your apartment taking your belongings. The whole situation seems extremely sketchy. Till this day we have not received a check or has James completely resolved the issue. Smoke - It is a non smoking community. However, if you leave your window open about a few times a week you get a whiff of nasty cigarette smoke or marijuana. Security - INCOMPETENT, Jefferson is wasting their money on security guards who are basically useless. Security Deposit - Don't expect to receive much of anything back. For whatever reason they charged us over $50 each month for previous months utilities. I'm not sure the the logistics behind that as all rent and utilities were paid on time each month. Hopefully you move in with the $99 security deposit special, because what they retained from our $800 deposit was insane. Unit - 14 month lease on 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Price was a little on the higher side, but our unit was new and never lived in. We lived on the third floor, unfortunately you could hear your neighbors above you and on the side of you. The walls were thin making it awkward and annoying at times. read more

We moved in here a couple months ago and I've been holding off on writing a review until I felt the 'magic' wore off, but wow, what an awesome place to live! The amenities are great, it seems like the BBQ Grill to resident ratio is 2:1 or something, they're everywhere and it's awesome. The pools are beautiful (hot tubs are a nice touch), the gym is nice, and the package system is nifty. Assigned parking is organized, clean, and well-lit in the garages. So far the staff have even put a lot of effort into community events like party's and mixers (with food and drinks!) - which as CA transplant we definitely appreciate. The building is very pet friendly (there is even a dog friendly park nearby - no fence though FYI) with several baggie stations on every turn - thus leaving no excuse for owners not to pick up after their pets (nice!). In our walk's it's extremely apparent how much effort is put into maintaining the building daily. We always see staff cleaning the interiors, touching up paint, cleaning windows, maintaining the plants, etc etc. They really do care about keeping this place looking great. The only downside I can tell so far is the walls are thin - you will hear your neighbors. But honestly if you're moving into an apartment anywhere you should be prepared for this. Apparently there is courtesy patrol you can call if you feel the noise is egregious but we haven't felt it was necessary yet. The area is surrounded by stadiums and Disneyland (yes, you can walk there in about 30 minutes) so we were told to be prepared for a little extra noise - but as a former NYC resident I can tell you this is nothing - it's pretty quiet here. Overall, it's a beautiful place managed by great people. Moving from NYC meant we had a couple unique requests when moving in but our leasing expert Elena was so friendly and able to take care of everything - including FaceTiming us so that we could see units before we moved to California! Only one accommodation had to be escalated to the property manager, James, who really demonstrated just how much they genuinely care about customer service here. He promptly found a solution to our needs and implemented it in one fell swoop. There are plenty of new apartment buildings in the area, so I'd encourage you to check them all out to see which one is right for you, but I personally highly recommend living here! The management company simply doesn't care about you. Don't waste your time renting here. We've lived here for 18 months and this place has continued to get more and more run down. There are multiple units being used as Air BNB, which causes people that don't belong here starting pool parties, pool fights and even looting. Guest parking is terrible its nonexistent. The office never answers their phones and when they do, they act like it's a bother or they will direct you to the "APP" that hardly works as well. Packages are always being stolen yet somehow the signer always seems to be someone that works in the office. Elevators are always broken, cleaning has been reduced, dogs pee in the hallways add that with the smell of the trash room and its unbearable. Honestly when we first moved here, I was in love with the resort style living and we felt safe, now I am happy to be moving out this weekend. I am sure management doesn't care as they will continue to raise rents, overbill on utilities and continue to "socially distance" themselves from any issues. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! It will be the best decision you have made, find a place that screams HOME not NIGHTMARE!! read more

Amazing community to live in. It was super easy to renew my lease and Farrell the leasing manager is incredibly helpful and carrying.

I've had the WORST experience with this apartment complex, it took us over a month to receive our deposit back! The first couple times my husband called they would say oh you'll get in the mail no worries then a week passed and we called again and a new person would pick up the phone and she asked for our new address and again you'll get it in a couple days ... a couple days passed and nothing so he'd call again and some other lady would take our address again!!! So insane!! My husband actually drove over and talked to Sasha and she was the only one that actually said she would call corporate and give us a call back and she actually did only we still did not receive our freaking deposit. Apparently they had to revise it and then they said they would send it out once that was done so we waited another week and nothing we tried to call and ask for James and he's either never there or he says he'll give us a call back but doesn't. James said he would expedite it and give us a call back with a tracking number but we received no phone call and no tracking number we called and talked to Farrell and he let us know that he talked to James and they EXPEDITED the check and it would arrive in TEN days! How is that expedited!? After all this and a complaint phone call through their corporate office and we finally got our deposit back and they shipped it overnight, but why did it take all of this and over a month for everyone in that office to give us back our deposit? Why was it not figured it and done right away? We've never had a bad experience with any apartment complex about not receiving a deposit in time. Aside from all of this, the amenities here were great the apartment complex is really nice I loved that you get a nice modern apartment but like previous yelpers on here have said there was always dog poop on the staircases or it smelled like dog poop, the trash room was a mess with a strong odor at all times, and in the unit we lived there was people constantly arguing in the hall but we genuinely liked living there. This whole deposit situation was a nightmare and I really hope no one EVER has to go through this! read more

Terrible apartment to live in. The neighbors, whether on my floor or above the apartment, are incredibly noisy. The neighbors upstairs are always stomping and making loud and disruptive thudding noises, sometimes up to 11 at night. A couple a few doors down are always screaming and cursing at each other, whether in their apartments or in the hallway. I had to make a couple of complaints about them and the upstairs neighbors, which didn't do anything, obviously. Despite having workers looking into these problems, there's always been bad Internet connection, and it takes a long time for the water to change temperature. The dishwasher works terribly; the washer and dryer both work terribly when doing laundry. The dryer especially takes two hours to completely dry a load of towels. The surrounding environment is extremely noisy, due to construction. The outside is dirty with cigarette butts and other discarded trash. I can't even keep my window open because it's noisy with construction, dogs barking non-stop and there's always that smell of cigarette smoke. Also, this apartment complex really should put up security cameras in the hallways, especially in front of the storage units. Someone broke into the storage unit I rent, and stole all of my guitars and some vintage items. I wouldn't be upset if all the stolen items were easily replaceable, but considering 90% of the stolen items were vintage AND gifts, they're not replaceable at all; and of course, nothing can be done about it. I can come up with more reasons why this place is not worth it, such as the parking system, which is a joke; or the lying staff (they say this place is smoke-free, but again with the cigarettes all over the area). Don't waste money on this complex, and DON'T rent a storage they have. You may have a thief as your neighbor. It's not worth living next to a few restaurants, by the stadium, and by Disneyland. read more

Where do I begin, at first, my husband and I were excited to move in. However, my opinion and experience has changed. Let's begin with the reviews, I am pretty sure the reviews are not accurate. We were asked to post a yelp review in order to be entered into the drawing for free rent for a year. Of course, who would want to write a bad review to be entered. Again, even the reviews are misleading and being asked to post a yelp review to be entered into a free rent drawing illustrates how business is handled at Jefferson Platinum. 1. When we signed our lease we signed for the lighter scheme apartment. However, when we went to go look at the apartment it was the wrong color scheme. Then, they had to move our apartment to a different location and they wanted to extend our lease from 15 months to 19 months for their mistake. Our rent was still higher than what we originally signed for. Of course they did not honor the rent for their mistake. 2. After their mistake with the apartment the leasing office kept making mistakes on our lease agreement. We had to send it back about three times for them to correct the errors before we signed it. They do not pay attention to detail. Our move-in date was January 1st. After several revisions of the lease agreement we finally signed. At that time, we asked if they would be open on New Years Day so we could get the keys to our apartment, and they said they were not sure if they were going to be open, but if they were going to close they would arrange to give us the keys on Dec. 31st. We called closer to our move-in date and they said they would not be open. We said great, we will just come in on the 31st to pick up the keys. When we said that, they said they had to revise our lease, once again, to charge us for the one day. Again, we were being penalized for something that was not in our control and the office being closed on Jan. 1st. 3. The model they showed us had side by side washer and dryer and in our current apartment it is a stacked washer and dryer. When I inquired about this, it took them a week to respond, and their response was " Oh wow, we did not know that." Again, not apologizing for misleading our expectations. 4. They assigned us two parking spaces we were able to find one, but the second space 163 was nowhere insight. We searched for the parking spot in both buildings. Again, when we inquired with the leasing office their response was " Oh, I am sure it is out there we will find it for you." We have never been contacted about this issue, nor has it been resolved. As of now, we can park anywhere because many apartments have not been rented, but it is more about the principle of the situation and their customer service. 5. We were told that we could spread the concession throughout the life of the lease. When I went to pay our rent online it would not allow us to do this. When we inquired about this, all they said was if you want to pay more we would have to pay with a cashier's check, which requires us to pay a fee to obtain a cashier's check. Once again they lied to us. 6. We have been here for two months and one of the incentives was a $1,000.00 gift card on our move in date, which was January 1st, and we still have not received it. After many calls inquiring about the status of the gift card, we finally took time out of our schedule to visit the leasing office in person. (During the phone calls they kept saying they would inquire as they had not received the funds yet.) For the first time, they said we had to fill out a form and again said we don't have the funds right now to give you a gift card. A month went by and we have not heard from the leasing office. We inquired again and they told us to come back to the office and fill out a second copy of the same form, which means they never turned in or lost the first form we filled out. When we went to fill out the 2nd form they told us it would be processed the next day, and here we are again two days later with no gift card. Again, another lie that was told to us. Throughout this whole time they kept telling us to follow up with them. In my opinion why should we have to follow up for their mistake and misleading promises. Meanwhile, we keep getting emails asking us to complete surveys on their behalf in exchange for gift cards and emails asking us to refer friends in exchange for $1,000 or $2,000 gift cards. It's disturbing to see them continuing to make these types of promises/offer these incentives yet failing to honor their contractual promise to us. The apartment is nice, but this whole experience has left a very sour taste. We have rented from several places and this experience has been the worst. The nice apartment does not supersede the customer service we have received. read more

Parking- Whether you try to find one in the morning, afternoon, or night time, there is never any you can find. Sometimes it's even hard for the own home owners to find one for themselves. Cleaning- I noticed today that one of the staff members were cleaning the garage floors. He was getting everyone's car wet and not being cautious of where the hose was hitting. This got me so irritated because he didn't even care the fact that the car he was getting all wet could have been ours. It was just so rude of him. The leasing office could have at least sent out a notice to all that there will be a garage cleaning at a certain day and time so they are able to move their cars for the time being. Found 3 cockroaches from this apt. One on the first day in front of a trash can and two from my unit. I have never seen any cockroaches in my apartment before I moved in to this apt. The most important thing that i cared when i looked for a new apt was clean environment that I don't have to kill any cockroaches and I moved in to this apt because this apt is new and trusted this apt since the rent fee is not that cheap. I just moved in here! I love the community but it is smaller than I imagined which is fine. The parking is not good at all, It makes it tough for my family to visit me which saddens me & is very embarrassing.. hopefully that sill change. Farrell is the best hands down! Not only did he give us a amazing tour his personality is great. Farrell explained everything thoroughly when it came to the processes in moving in, he even gave us some great promotions. As for the property they are well kept and the layouts of the floor plans are nice. The inside of the apartment is beautiful and it is well worth the price you are getting! Average stay for an above average rent. The AC doesn't work. The elevator door has been broken for I don't even know how long. The AC is so loud when it's on that you can't watch tv let alone have a conversation. No one seems to be doing anything to fix these problems and no one seems to even care. read more

Dog friendly complex. Amazing balcony love hanging out and relaxing. Staff are friendly and always do their best to accommodate us. Pool is amazing and we love the clubhouse and the fun community building events. read more

Jefferson apartments offer all of the great amenities at a reasonable price. I was extremely impressed by the fact that they have TWO pools, TWO gyms and numerous lounge areas.
