This place is full of bullshit. Dont even deserve 1 star. 1.No guest parking or street parking available and my parents cant even visit me because there is absolutely ZERO parking lot for them to park. 2. No care about tenants. If any problems occurs in your apartment, just give them a good freaking 3 months to fix, whether it is urgent or not. They have no desire to help or fix. 3. Whenever they have a party planned for their "Residents," they will not let any RESIDENTS to use cup, ice, water, barbecue grill next to pool etc. I went to get some ice and the fat ass management lady with pink shirt showed up gave me dirty looking and say I cant get even a one cube of ice unless I reserve for that day and pay for $250 or so. BULLSHIT. And this party was piece of crap that no one showed up and managements spent residents money this way for nothing. 4. I gotta admit their sales team is awesome. That is why I got this apartment but I am so regret I got in. Management team sucks. All I can think of is they are racists. I moved in almost 6months ago, and my neighbor moved in like 3months or so. The part of promotion that they had was giving out ipad to new tenants as a welcoming gift. but I havent got it and they kept telling me to wait. However, my neighbor told me she got it within in month after she moved in. When I told the management that how come my neighbor got one and Im not; they hurried to send me one, probably they got caught that they didnt plan to give me one, because I am not an American-looking tenant? LOL 5. Dog shits everywhere. This apartment is pet friendly, but I believe I pay enough for this "LUXURY APARTMENT" to clean the mess. Ugh Cant wait to move out this place. I have been living here for 3 months and it may be the time to write my review. Being in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 car only, i am pleased. I have read most of the tenants complains regarding the parking. It is true. The parking space is not enough to serve the community entirely, not only because the common space is too little, but also because some tenants have more cars than should be. For example, a resident renting a one bedroom occupies 3 parking spaces for his/her 3 cars! One for weekends, one for weekdays, and one for pleasure! Oh come on! A 2 bedroom resident has 4 cars on top of his/her guests cars! I personally have faced issues when i invite friends over. I have to worry about the parking more than the dinner i would want to serve. But this doesn't make this place a bad choice. I feel safe here, being on the 4th floor. Although i haven't met many security men, but i also haven't had problems with robbery or anything else. The maintenance team are very active. Everytime i submit a work order, i get it fixed on the same day. John is very professional and i always look forward to his visits, he maintains each and every appliance working properly and in no-time. The leasing consultants are like family to me and most of the other residents. They do their best to make us feel happy. Elena is Jefferson's sunshine. Rae is the Jefferson's mermaid. Farrell is Jefferson's superman. Haven't got the chance to deal with James yet. Now... To be frank, I think the level of cleanliness in the community is less than how it looked 3 months ago. Cleaning staff used to clean regularly the amenities area, clubhouse, pool area, elevators, carpet, etc. Literally every spot used to shine and sparkle and smelled good. Recently, i noticed a sudden drop. I hope it is a temporary issue. Stains are on the carpets, elevators needs some cleaning, trash rooms smell trashy but not everywhere. JPT must assign cleaning staff around the clock. Pool and gym are always clean and working properly. If anyone has a question or needs to discuss living in JPT, do ask me. This place used to feel so safe. We have a ring on our door and every night there's new people coming in and out. Checking storage closets on there way out. Even though I didn't end up renting here, I was very pleased with the service provided when I came to check out the complex. Farrell was super helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He knew the property really well and made sure to not leave any details out. He clearly loves what he does because he always had a smile on his face and seemed happy to be of assistance. It's rare to find people like this so Jefferson is lucky to have him. The units I saw were beautiful and the grounds are well kept. If I'm in the market again to rent, I would love to come back and be assisted by Farrell. read more

Lived there for 15!!! month . So disappointed!!!. Read down before you move in!! My new car was Vandalize INSIDE in the apartment parking when I just move in!! All night loud music ( nobody do nothing!!) in the lobby, swim pool + you hear every noises inside your house. In the moment when you give them the deposit, you can say "bye" to your money!!! They will find a million reasons to charge you if you decided not to sign the new lease with them. It is not smoking apartments but you will see people smoking hookah next to the office . The entrance gate and elevator often have a lot of problems and it takes couple days to fix . The leaf blower guy will wake you up at 8 am every morning. If you have kids I highly do not recommend to live here. I found a bigger apartment just next to Jefferson for cheaper price, better quality and quite. read more

Hey Yelpers! We've been living at the Jefferson for a few months now, so I guess we can write a review based on our experience here. This complex is amazing, not exaggerating by any means. Costumer service is 10 stars: the office is always available to take your call within business hours and they usually try to resolve your problems while you are on the line with them. We worked with Farrell from day 1 (he gave us the tour, showed 5 apts until we felt satisfied and was professional yet friendly the whole time). He is the best! He is a very patient gujust to say the least Our move-in was smooth and convenient. Everything what the complex had to give was ready and running. The apartment complex itself is approx a year old, the quality for the price is a steal! The pools are always available, the gym is tidy, the club house is well organized and perfect for fun or work as well. We love living at the Jefferson Platinum Triangle, and probably will settle here for a few years if the quality stays the same! Thanks guys for your hard work in the lease office! read more

I've lived here for two months now so I feel I've gotten a good enough overview of life here to write a review. Lets start with the PROS: - really nice, modern apartments and well maintained. I always see people cleaning the common areas and landscaping around the property. Nice bbq area, rooftop lounge, and 2 pools. -Helpful leasing office staff. I've had positive experiences with mostly everyone in the office, although they can be difficult to reach by phone. Special shoutout to Andrew who always goes above and beyond to help. -Peaceful/quiet setting. Often times in a large apartment complex you can hear every move your neighbor makes but that's not the case here. I will say that we are on the top floor, so I can't speak to noise above us, but the walls seem to be thick enough to where we never hear our neighbors on either side of us. -Location is great! Near the freeways and in the Platinum Triangle with lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. now the CONS: -theft and break ins seem to be fairly common here. Our neighbors next door recently has their storage unit broken into but apparently there is no CCTV in the hallways here to help for the police report. I often see posters about break ins in the complex with residents asking if anyone has info. Car break ins seem to happen regularly too. -Package/delivery: You can pay $20 to set up a package concierge service where the provider will leave your packages in a secure locker, however packages are regularly left at our doorstep as well. So there seems to be a lack of consistency in where your package will be delivered which can be problematic given the frequency of theft in the complex. -There is NO guest parking. Like, at all! Parking around the perimeter of the building is first come first serve but I don't think I've ever driven around the building at any time of day or night and seen an open space. The parking situation is so bad, in fact, that cars will try to squeeze in to spots they clearly don't fit in and will be halfway sticking out into the street. So if you are someone who regularly has friends or family over to visit I would honestly recommend to not live here because you will constantly be frustrated. -Extremely high utilities. We just received our utility bill and there is a $50 charge for trash for our apartment alone. I've never lived anywhere before where I've had to pay more than $10/mo for trash. On average, we have paid an extra $100/mo for water trash sewer and pest control. Keep in mind this is excluding what you will pay for electricity, cable and internet. I'm overall happy living here but I would definitely recommend doing your research and knowing what you are signing up for. read more

I ignored all bad reviews I read of this place before moving here because I thought, "It's probably not THAT bad. These people are just dramatic." Don't be like me. Listen to them. In the nine months we lived in these apartments, we had both of our cars broken into and had to call the police five times due to neighbors beating each other, people trying to destroy ground level apartments, and/or fights in the parking lot. The staff might as well not even work there and sometimes it seemed like that. 90% of the time they are unreachable. Andrew and Bessa are the only ones you can trust but that's only because they're the only ones who have worked there for more than a day. We went on a week long trip to visit family right before rent was due. We paid online and had a confirmation but for some reason it did not process on their end. When we got back from our trip, we had an eviction notice on our door. No call, no email saying they didn't receive the payment, nothing. We broke our lease three months early because we could not wait to get out of there. The ONLY thing this place has going for them is that the apartments themselves are nice and clean and new. Oh and that it's walking distance to Disneyland if that's something you're into. Don't live here :) read more

I'm usually not one to write bad reviews about something. I realize everyone has good days and bad, so that moment might be not indicative to the overall quality that is usually given. But when you spend your hard-earned dollars on anything, you expect a level of quality or service that at least meets your standards. Think for a moment what happens when a provider isn't or has not performed to a level of quality or standard you expected. Whether a hotel, car rental, cruise line, restaurant, etc... etc.; You file a complaint, and the provider usually tries to rectify that situation. We've all experienced this in one form or another in our lives. Let me be clear, I have lived and deployed all over the world. A lot of times when I see or experience situations, I can blow it off, or handle the manner in a non-confrontational way. The reason for this is because I have friends that are no longer here who would just appreciate it if they could have that moment to just experience what we go through in everyday life, and life is too precious to sweat the small stuff. So again, If I'm taking a moment out of my life to voice my concerns with something that has been ongoing since my move in to Jefferson Platinum Triangle last April of 2017, then to me, it must be serious. So please bear with me while I write this review. I woke up this morning, opened my blinds in 2nd bedroom which operates my office, to find 3 fresh cigarette butts on my awning, thrown over the side from the apartment above me. What made me become so agitated was the proximity of my patio furniture from the cigarette butts. If a gust of wind would have blown the cigarette butts onto the fabric of the patio chairs, we are now in a possible fire hazard. That carelessness and gross negligence won't just affect me, but all the residents in the building as well as the idiot of above me. At this point, you are now putting my life, my property, and the safety of others lives in jeopardy because you're too lazy to go downstairs and smoke off property. And there-in lies the problem, if a fire is started on my patio from someone throwing still lit cigarette butts onto my furniture, guess who is left trying to defend themselves from a possible lawsuit? Exactly! But... Jefferson Platinum Triangle has a strict policy regarding smoking on the property and claims it will be enforced. I'm not sure who is enforcing anything on this property because they're are smokers everywhere on this property smoking, on their balconies and outside my window on the sidewalk, at all hours of the day and night. The hallways, stairways, and elevators consistently smell like cigarette or marijuana smoke. I have personally witnessed two young women from my floor, leaving their apartment with lit cigarettes, and proceeding down the stairway. That's how blatant it is. So, in regard to previous reviews from reviewers, they are not exaggerating about that. Multiple times I have complained to management about the guy above me stomping around the house from 2am and throughout. (Why for the life of me someone can walk that hard, or drag chairs across the floor is beyond me) ... At one point, he had 4 young kids running through the house every day. I had to go and speak to him about it myself. That's not my job. I am not on the payroll for Jefferson Platinum Triangle as the property manager. I am a TENANT. That's what is states in the lease. I literately must run the A/C at night just to drown out the noise. Understand, it's not that hot at all at night here, yet I now must spend extra on the electric bill because of this guy. Talked to the leasing office, multiple times, and they said they would call him. Nothing changed. Talked to the office again. They said they talked to him, but hate calling him because he's mean and rude? What the...? Nothing changed. Talked with Elaine, Raline, Sasha, and the Office Mgr. James. James had the audacity to reply on a google review that I wrote (more on that later) stating that he was concerned with situation with this guy above me and wanted to meet with me to find a solution. That meeting or call, or any type of contact took place. More waking up in the middle of the night from this constant ruckus going on above me. Was told he has been warned and will be evicted if it continues to persist. Well?? Showed James video of water pouring onto my balcony and patio furniture, from the upstairs apartment like it was raining (not sure how that was even possible) more than once... Nothing changed. Got the point where I'm beginning to really get upset. Went to the office again on May 1st, 2018 and was given the number to on-property security. I was told to call them, and they would handle it... This place doesn't care about its tenants. Apparently they assign you parking spots and then tow your car from its assigned spot. I'm sure DTS towing (the company that services this complex) has made a killing with all the towing business they've been given by the management staff. When I returned home today I noticed my personal vehicle was no where to be found. No warning no notice, nothing. My assigned space had another vehicle. After calling the tow yard it appears my vehicle has been taken by someone else. Now my car is gone and I'm left with no answers. I wish I could say this is the first time it's happened but it isn't. And for everyone who is interested in this complex please look else where and don't make the same mistake as me. This place isn't joking when they market it as a "Resort Style" complex. There are more than several units that are solely used for Air BnB even though they state it is not allowed. This means numerous amounts of incoming Disneyland tourists, screaming kids at the pool and sometimes people going just to throw a party for the weekend (nonstop loud music and the smell of weed). It felt like I was living in a hotel sometimes - minus the room service. Also if they try to get you with a low cost ($99) security deposit don't buy into it. We moved into a unit that was not cleaned or renovated in agreement for the $99 SD thinking they would remember the condition they left it. 2 months after we moved out, they charged us over $1200 for damages that were there when we moved in. Hopefully the current residents of the unit are enjoying the renovation updates we paid for. We tried resolving this but Management is unprofessional and unresponsive once you are no longer a tenant. They just want your money. Parking is also a hassle and not convenient for guests. There's minimal street parking and people will literally do the most to squeeze into a spot. My car had 2 scratches on the rear bumper because of it. And the street police don't play either when it comes to giving out tickets. 2(1.5) stars because the design of the building and the amenities are very nice for the price we paid. Brewheim being footsteps away was probably my favorite thing about living here and they give you a discount for being a neighbor. I have lived in many places, and I will confidently say that JPT has been the most pleasant of them all. The greatest reason to move here and be my neighbor is because of the service. Elena DeFeo, has been my go to employee for everything I needed. From help with losing my keys (bad habit!) to help me with payments when I change my accounts. The whole team is great and friendly - you can tell they care a lot. It's quiet, I don't hear my neighbors. The neighbors are all professional and I never worry. SAFE - my car is in a secure location as all of them are and very clean. Also the location is 2 minutes from the highway ramp so you only have to deal with like 2 traffic stops before entering the 5. I've only lived here TWO WEEKS and I've already had my car broken into and an amazon package stolen right off my doorstep. I wrote an email to the office about the break-in and got ZERO response. Another tenant said his van was stolen that same night! Now, my amazon package was stolen, which just so happened to be the same damn item I had to replace after it was stolen from my car! I went straight to the office and was told to "just contact amazon". For real?! No security cameras anywhere. For the money you pay and the pain in the a** key fob to get access into everything, you'd think it would be safe here. I should have known this was a disaster when I first stepped into the unit and there was food leftover in one of the drawers and the cabinets just wreaked of spices/curry. So gross!! I lived here from 2018-2019 on a a 15 month lease. The place looks awesome, the amenities are great. However, that's about it. All of these other reviews saying not to believe the 5 star reviews because new tenants/pre-existing tenants are coerced into leaving these reviews for giveaways/incentives are true. The leasing office is horrendous at getting back to you. 80% of the time I would call they wouldn't even answer the phone or call you back. I lived in the south building near the media center which constantly had suspect characters in there at all hours of day/night who clearly weren't tenants. Zero surveillance cameras in parking structure and cars CONSTANTLY getting broken into. Roommates' car got broken into 3 months into living there. Always seemed like a cop was there to take another tenants police report but because of no cameras there was really no hope in catching anyone. Stairwell inside of south building was constantly getting graffitied which always made me wonder how these people are even getting access into the building to do this stuff? Not a comforting feeling living right next to that stairwell. Security is a complete joke and don't even get me started on trying to get any of your money back from your deposit. It's really sad that such an awesome new building could be such a bummer to live in. It had so much potential but truly felt like once they got you to a sign a lease, they couldn't careless about providing you with any service. I will give a shoutout to the maintenance guys though...those guys were awesome and the only helpful and prompt people who work there - thanks boys! Worst place to live!! Staff is unhelpful, as a resident if you request a service you'll have to follow up at least 5 times before they help, they will tow your car even though your license plate is registered to the apartment, and no one in the office ever has an answer. They alleviate themselves of every task by saying "I'll check with" but never get back to you. The amenities usually have issues, whether it's the jacuzzi broke, a machine in gym inoperable or stoves that don't have gas to light a fire. I truly feel bad for some of the maintenance folks as well Andrew. I think he's the only customer service rep there that's lasted more than 5 months. Every other quarter there's a new manager that's going to (change things up). I saw 4 different property managers in 18 months. I wish it got better with new management. But it got worse, they blame the previous owner for everything but do nothing to fix it. So glad I'm at a new place that actually treats you like you're living in a luxury apartment. Oh, and the new management will charge you for minor wear and tear by replacing the entire thing (because they want it to look new for new management). Given the situation with Covid it has been a little difficult to schedule tours but our experience was wonderful with Jefferson Platinum. We had the pleasure of working with Liz and she is amazing! She was prepared, professional, polite and patient. We were unsure of which floor plan we wanted to see and she took her time to answer all of our questions and gave us her suggestions of which ones would work best for us. I came in without an appointment to tour and was great promptly with a smile. I lived at Jefferson Platinum Triangle apartments for 18 months. When I first moved there were some standard things that were not perfect but I let them pass such like having a cabinet that still had an opened box of food, a bath tub with slow drainage because of the hair of the previous owner, and there was an odd section on the floor. Now that I left the complex I got billed for paint, carpet and cleaning, when I am 100% sure that I left that apartment in better condition than how I received it. I even asked for the right paint color to make sure that the spots that I had to repaint blended perfectly, which they did. Now I have learned my lesson, but anyway, here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Great location - near Disneyland and lots of restaurants - The apartments are comfortable and it is normally quiet - Nice appliances and in unit washer and dryer - Great amenities Cons: - Visitor parking - This has been the most frustrating thing. When Reliant Parking was introduced, things got a bit better as you had more chances to actually book a parking spot, but there is not enough parking for visitors. - Lack of security - Someone broke into my car, which was in the underground parking garage. There was nothing valuable or anything at plain sight. I know that these things can happen but can you at least add cameras on the entrance and the mail room? - Common areas dirty - The carpet on the hallway would be cleaned maybe 2 times per year... but definitely needed more cleanup. Same thing for the outdoor areas. You could easily find poop while walking. - Non responsive management - Management changed to Greystar recently and they have improved a bit, but can improve more. - Elevator would have issues frequently. - If you have neighbors with their own BBQ... you will probably get the smoke trough the dryer vent and into your apartment. - Some units are used as AirBNBs so be prepared to see random people making a lot of noise when they visit. I had one of those units next to me and although it obviously depended on who was renting, sometimes there would be noise. If you don't take pictures and document all the things that were wrong they will charge you for anything they please at the end of the lease... read more

Terrible experience with the management! I paid the application fees and they run my credit and I signed the doc and my income too ! They asked me for my bank statements and pay stubs ! I uploaded the bank statements and been trying to upload the pay stubs but it have to be downloaded as pdf which it was hard for me to get pdf from my company I get in an envelope and online too ! So I did scan for the pay stubs and the website rejected I called the leasing they told me it have to be online ! I tried a few times didn't work ! Then I called again they said talk to your HR if it's didn't work we go from there ! They told me ok will do it! After 3 days they emailed me said we can't hold the unit for you ! Common you run my credit you have my pay stubs and bank statements and I paid the application fees and sign the doc ! I we live in 2022 they don't have a different way to verify my pay stubs! I y old them give me till tomorrow afternoon to upload it as pdf which I did ! And they didn't contact me and didn't answer the phone! Again Terrible experience They are not welcoming. I asked James to speak with the manager I went there to talk to the manger about my experience applying for the apartment and she didn't even invite me to her office to have a seat and discuss the matter! She talked to me when she's standing up outside I don't know how a big company like greystar hiring this managements !! This place deletes reviews. For the amount that I pay a month in rent, this place is a joke. The guest parking is beyond terrible. Its a joke, like the staff. The management and sales staff will sell their soul to get you to sign on the dotted line. The sales team act like they were hired from a Craigslist job fair and are working for $10 a hour plus commission. I read some nasty reviews and looked beyond them when I moved in here. I thought I knew better and was amazed by how nice this complex is. What a mistake I made... A metaphor for the Platinum Jefferson Triangle, is the pleasure island in the German tale of Pinocchio. They have everything you need and could desire in an apartment. The brand new apartments are gorgeous, the appliances are state of the art. But two months in, after the honey moon is over, you realize you were used for a commission check and there's nothing you can do about it. Let me be your Jiminy Cricket and warn you about this place. Don't be tempted, you know better. Word of note they do not do any serious credit checks on the people that live here. I have seen several County eviction letters from the residents doors here. They literally will take anyone walking down the street. Garbage all belongs together in a dump, like this place. read more

Guest parking is terrible. My car and my friend's car have been towed twice already due to lack of guest parking and no where to park There is only about 13 guest parking spaces for this 400+ unit apartment There are two buildings the north and the south building and the guest parking is only located in the north side apparently There is a wait list for an additional parking space which is more than a couple months long and still waiting. They suggest street parking if guest spots are not available- but street parking is almost ALWAYS FULL. I wouldn't recommend this complex to you if you want to have guests over because there will be no where to park. In addition-There is also a sign for a reserved parking spot in the guest parking area which may easily be mistaken for guest parking spot (not sure why that is the chosen location for that reserved parking spot as it can be mistaken for guest parking) Most amenities are closed during the pandemic except the pool as 8.21.2020 which is nice. It is reservation only They also charge $20 for package lockers that during this time does not work due to pandemic and packages are delivered to your door step (Paid $20 for nothing, wish I could get a refund on that since it's not being used for deliveries) read more

Save your time and money. Just got done serving my 15 month term. 3 managers later , hundreds of Airbnb visitors and no return calls it's over. Charged $99 deposit did my walk thru they noted no damages and then try to bill me $1,100. Call the office no answer voicemail full. Finally got someone who says I have to call corporate to discuss charges. Corporate mailboxes full to no surprise. This is a large corporation who does not care about quality of service just money. What a great experience! My wife and I are moving down to the area and were shopping around many different apartment complexes in the area. One we stumbled across was here at The Jefferson. When we walked in to take our tour we were greeted and told we could go to the clubhouse and grab some food because they were having a community party in their clubhouse. When we came back Farrell helped take me and my family around the complex. He was personable, engaging, and very knowledgeable about all the different features of the complex. He never once made my wife or I feel pressured, rushed, or anything. From what I saw everyone in the leasing office was great, but I would highly recommend Farrell. As far as the community it has top of the line amenities with multiple pools, gyms, community rooms. Walking around it was clean with no trash, landscaped and designed beautifully. The apartment floor plans were spacious with beautiful appliances and hardwood floors. Again though, everyone who was in my party when we left the office had the same thing to say about the community. Everyone mentioned the vibe. It was relaxed and welcoming and you could tell the people who lived there and worked there were friendly and happy to be where they were at. Can't wait to move in! read more

I wanted to leave a review of Jefferson Platinum Triangle for a few reasons. The most important reason though, was to help make renters like myself be more informed when making a HUGE life decision of finding a place to cal home. I did plenty of searching through Yelp and Google of a great place to stay, which I believe is very important in times of COVID. So, I hope this review helps! JPT has been a wonderful place for me these past 4 months. The amenities are great, my neighbors are friendly and quiet, hallways and parking garage is kept clean. The most important thing, and the reason why I know I will probably renew my lease is because of the professionalism and attentiveness of Andrew Raya who made the whole (usually stressful) experience of moving - easy. What sent him apart was his follow up, even though I signed the lease he called to check up. Sent me a few cool things to do around the area and knows me by name when we cross paths. I know a place like this is only as good as it's people - and that's why I'll be calling this place home for a while. If you are on the market for a new apartment and are looking for amenities galore in a prime area, definitely check this place out! But more importantly, make sure you ask for Elena! In all of my dealings in the past 15+ years of renting, I have never had someone make me feel so welcome. She is knowledgeable, her attention to detail is amazing, and she will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process from the tour, to application, all the way through to your move in. Keep in mind that she does this at a time when The Jefferson is in extremely high demand with tons of other prospective renters that she has to assist as well; her time management skills far surpass that of any other rep I have dealt with in a leasing community. Nothing against the other reps there as I am sure they are great too, but just trust me on this: ask for Elena. As far as the property itself, this is one of the few that actually looks like what the pictures depict when you arrive. Actually, the pictures don't do it justice to be completely honest. You really have to take a tour to understand just how beautiful and well maintained their grounds are. read more

The apartments are beautiful and modern, the amenities are incredible and the staff is just awesome. Elena and Raliene in particular are the best!!! They are both so sweet and helpful. They really made the property into a home. My wife I had been looking for an apartment for several weeks looking at about a dozen other places in/around Anaheim with spreadsheet comparisons and the whole headache. We threw it all out once Elena showed us the perfect place for our family...it wasn't even close. Save yourself a few trips and just go look at JPT. read more

Upon moving into my apartment there were many things broken and or not working that list includes: Broken ceiling fan, broken shower head, white mold all over appliances and cabinets, broken cabinet doors, broken fridge shelves, this list continues. I have lived here for about 6 months and have been on a "wait list" for parking since move in. I always have to search for parking everyday for 10 to 15 minutes. The amenities are hardly usable. The gym fits about 3 people max, there are several grills but the gas to them is either locked or it is so dirty you just cant use it, the fire pits seen in the pictures have never worked. I have asked several people if they could have them turned on or be able to turn them on for the weekend and nothing seems to get done. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Me and my boyfriend recently moved in this place and it has been a nightmare for us. Here's what happened: 1. the first night we moved in, I was in the bedroom walking on the carpet and there was a NAIL sticking out of the carpet, since it was covered by the carpet I didn't see it and stepped right on it. My feet got wounded and it was BLEEDING. After that we checked the carpet we found it was not the only nail hiding in the carpet. There were three of them. I don't have to tell you how dangerous this could be, God knows what was on the nail that caused me bleeding, I'm seriously considering going to doctors in case I got any infection. So, if you are a resident here please be sure to check your carpet carefully, especially for those who has kids or pets. If you are not a resident, don't become one. 2. And that's not all. There has been an weird smell in the unit since we moved in. I did noticed it when we were taking the tour but we thought that might just because the unit has been empty and it was located in the first floor, we left the windows and fan opened for three days before we officially moved in but the odor didn't just go away. It was until the night my feet got wounded did we realize that the smell comes from the carpet. We tried to use our own odor eliminating spray but the smell was too strong. Since it was late in the night we decided to go to the office next day. We told the office about my feet and the odor from the carpet, they told us they will send the maintenance staff to fix it. The maintenance did come and fix the nails that were sticking out but he told me that the odor was too strong he has nothing can do about it. He needs to communicate with the office to see what they can do and the office will contact me to follow up. I waited for a day and nobody contacted me so I went to the office AGAIN, the staff there seems like he didn't hear about this. So he told me to wait until the next day and they will contact me. AGAIN, nobody contacted me until now. I guess I would have to go the office one more time to remind them about this for the third time. 3. On our move-in day, the elevator was not working. We had to take the stairs with all those moving boxes. It was the first time we tried to use the elevator here, god knows how often this happens here. I don't know when the issues in my apartment will be solved but I just wanted to write this review and let you all know what this place is like. I'm obviously beyond angry right now and don't want anybody else to have the similar experience like I do. If you are a person in charge here who's reading this review, please fix the problem ASAP we have been living in pain. I'm not trying to blame anyone in the office because I just don't feel like that is a specific person's fault. But while I am trying my best to stay polite, it's your responsibility to show your care to the residents by being helpful and efficient. And don't let people move in an apartment that is not ready!!!!!! Even though my lease has just started less than two weeks, I just can't wait to get out of here. read more

Good afternoon, My girlfriend and I have been trying to set up a lease for a few weeks now and we have been running into numerous communication failure with the staff from the start and it has been quite irritating. It has been difficult to get a hold of the office, we have yet to receive any call backs from the voicemails I have left, and also a staff member left my girlfriend hanging multiple times after promising that he'd call back in 10 minutes to fix errors they made on the lease. *Also, when I requested to speak to the leasing manager, I was told by a staff member that the apartment did not have one. Mind you, we already paid our application fees and hold deposit so we are not random visitors. We are invested in moving into this apartment but my confidence in the staff is dramatically declining. After the numerous follow ups from our end, you would think the office would keep us on the radar and assist us. If this is the case when we haven't moved in yet, how many more issues are we going to run into with the office and apartment after moving in? read more

I was not impressed with this property, especially with the leasing representatives. I did not feel welcomed during my visit when I was greeted at the door by Elena who looked me up and down as if I wasn't supposed to be there. It wasn't until I told her that I already lived in the Platinum Triangle that she changed her demeanor towards me. Furthermore, the vibe in the leasing office can be compared to a used car sales lot. I was told one price over the phone and another price in person. One representative even made a fake phone call to someone ranting about the apartment I was looking at, trying to pressure me into leasing on the spot. Just because it's a nice apartment/complex doesn't mean it'll be nice working with leasing office representatives while being a resident. read more

This review is for touring and dealing with the leasing office, as we are not Residents. What led me to check out the property was a coworker who referred me to this place. There were many incentives offered as well such as 6 weeks free rent + 1k gift card+ my coworker would get a 2k bonus for referring me (we planned to split it if my husband and I moved in) oh and last but not least, if we moved in before March 31st they would throw in an Apple Watch& rent would be 7% cheaper. Sounds too good to be true! So we toured. Staff: Raeliene helped us and she was friendly & professional. Property: nice! Clean! Modern! 2 pools. I'm particular about my pools, I hate it when big buildings block the pools is there's no sunlight and then I can't tan; I liked the second pool hey had; sunlight was streaming through. They also included pool towels, which I thought was a nice touch. I liked the rooftop lounge, the 2 gyms open 24 H, and the clubhouses. The apartment: we were looking at one bedrooms. I didn't like the layout w/ the office in the corner when you first walked in is awkward and a waste of space. But I liked the floors and cabinets. I thought the sink was cheap; it was so shallow! And the other appliances were not high end, they were stainless steel though. Washer and dryer were ok... NOT full sized. Closet was small, not really a try "walk in" closet., more like a "step in" closet. Overall it was a nice apartment that did the job. We actually fell in love w/ a unit overlooking the pool on the very top floor. It's all about location. We were ready to lease but our plans fell through, it wasn't on Jefferson's part but from our end. We will definitely consider Jefferson once we are ready to lease. The amenities, the promotions, the parking (some charge you $100 for an additional parking spot, but Jefferson charges $50) overall made it seem worth it to us. read more

We've viewed four different apartment complexes in the area for my daughter and fell in love with JPT's modern and updated amenities. The size and the layout of apartment also were more spacious for the value. Management staff seemed very nice and pleasant to work with although it was a bit difficult to get hold of at times but I am assuming this is due to COVID-19 and with so many showings they have. We were looking to move my daughter in within a week and the management office worked with us during this busy and crazy time to make this possible. A convenient location is an added bonus and my daughter is so excited to move in to this community. read more

It's a total joke. like a lottery, sometimes there are understanding people, but sometimes there are ppl who scream, point and talk in a sarcastic way, like they haven't graduate from high school. Office represents the community, it's very important and one of the blond fat stuff, sits in the office(I don't think she's a receptionist) made me cry because of the way she was treating me. I don't care if you are a receptionist or not, but as a normal human being, you shlodve talk to people in a clam mind. Scream, point and being sarcastic is going to make your whole entire office stuff look bad. My friend told me there are issues with the stuff, and I still moved in, now I just wish I had listened to him. DO NOT move in, if you care about attitudes. It took over 6 weeks to get a portion of the security deposit back. Received less than half of initial deposit and we left the apartment spotless. They lied about leaving the unit dirty and requiring security deposit deductions. I don't have the time to argue against ingnorance, even with proof of the clean unit that was left upon move out. Initially they even told us that we owed them, apparently they applied a $500+ check to another account, requiring us to call 10 times or so to get the money we were owed. Sounds like a sketchy "error". Terrible management, liars, Farrel was absolutely unhelpful. I am owed the $100+ taken out for bogus cleaning fees, I don't have the time or energy to waste with these people anymore. Don't waste your time with these shady people. read more

Been here for about three months now and can honestly say I love it! The community is always so clean and quiet, the amenities are gorgeous, the staff is very accommodating and the location is perfect. We're really close to Disneyland and right next to the freeways. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how everything's turned out. One thing I would change, however, is the fact that there is no direct access to the dog park right next to our building. You have to walk all the way around just to take our dog out. Hopefully that will change in the future. Besides that, I have no complaints. It's been great! read more
