Just moved in and we love our new apartment. It is brand new and, so far, parking has been great. The staff in the leasing office has been great to work with and have answered our questions/comments/concerns promptly. The apartment is expensive compared to our last one, but we love how clean everything is and how courteous our new neighbors have been. Our one issue has just been that it is difficult getting deliveries (Amazon Fresh, pizza, etc) just because it is a brand new building. The delivery people don't know where to go yet. First of all I wish there was negative stars to give these company because deft deserves them, to start of with I got broken into my car, one time apartment one time and my truck got stolen from these property, nothing was done about it I told manage about the incidents, and they would just tell me that they would check cameras and me never did till police went with me and they told them the cameras were not working, at all, look like a proper property to rase my son but apparently is one of the worse apartments I live on use to think gate way apartments were bad now I honestly wish I never had move from there to these down grade, is 12:03am Saturday night pool aria still super loud and security company called and hour ago and they apparently don't do anything just counting down the days till my lease is over, since can't do anything about these situation, because apparently haven't got any help from management team to resolve any of the issues read more

STAY AWAY!! If you like you cars getting broken into and your stuff stolen regularly then this place is for you. This place is awful. The staff are friendly but has no integrity and are terrible when it comes to helping tenant. They do not believe/will not provide good client centric service after you sign any paperwork. I had the worse move in experiences and have been so disappointed and regretful since I've moved in. First, one week before my initial moved in date, they contacted me to tell me that my new move in date has to be to postpone to 3 days later. I was also suppose to get a one month free lease but one day before my new move it date, they told me I wasn't. I went back and forth so many times and they would completely disregards me and just kept telling me it was a mistake on their end and they apologized. Even though they made the mistake they didn't even take it account to extend or compensate me for their mistake for misleading and changing our move in date. I wanted so badly to just cancel but couldn't. Janna, (the Manager) sent me an email apologizing for any "misunderstanding" and would give us a gift. Which we never received any gift. Second, I've lived here for less than a month and 4 times my stuff has been stolen. First two times were in the parking garage from my car, and last two times were packages left in front of my doors. FedEx/Amazon/UPS gets access from the leasing office to deliver oversized packages to your door. I also found out from my neighbors they get their car and packages violated and stolen all the time. I was upset after being a victim the fourth time so I called the office to ask if there were any security cameras and if there is anything they implement to protect tenants from these cases on their property and the lady who spoke to me said they didn't have any cameras and that she was sorry but crime doesn't have any address. I went on to ask if I can have my oversized packages left in the leasing office and was told no as they don't have the manpower to provide the service. She pretty much told me they don't care, there's nothing they can do, and I need to figure it out. It's been an awful experience! At first I really want to be a long term resident because I have kids and it absolutely hate moving, but now... I can't wait until my lease is up to get out of here as. Do yourself a favor and rent at another property. I used to live at a Greystar and Essex Property in the past and wish I continued renting at their properties. A company that always provide phenomenal service, security, and respect. Jefferson Platinum/Alliance clearly doesn't care any about of that. *UPDATE*** Jan 1st 2019, did my first rent online. Realized the amount was $100 more than what I signed. Emailed them, and finally hear back today (4 days later) and they tell me $99 of my security hold did not go through. I checked with my bank + called them and received confirmation that payment cleared. I reached back out to Jefferson and sent screen shots. Pending response. They are so negligence with their tenants. It beyond ridiculous. read more

She was the Answer to the Stresses that we'd had been dealing with for months, trying to get things Handled Efficiently etc.. I lived at this place for 4 years and everything was going good until they changed management. The new management does not care about the residents, if you ever have any concerns the manager avoids you. If you want to live at a place where you get your personal belongings stolen this is the place for you! I had someone break into my storage and nothing was done, the manager did not want to speak to me! I would order packages and they would immediately get stolen, but what can you expect to be done when the female that is supposed to be the security smokes with the managers husband by the elevators. You pay rent to be able to use all the amenities that are supposed to be available for certain hours and the manager closes down all the amenities hours before. I spent a day at the pool and there were roaches everywhere this place is never clean! There was only one person there that was very helpful her name is Liz. She was the one person that would step up for management and did the best she could when the actual manager never wanted to speak to anyone. Our family loves living here! Jefferson Platinum Triangle has everything you could ask for in a community - a cleaning crew who's there everyday, amazing amenities (including the new rooftop lounge with a view of the Disneyland fireworks!), nightly security, the list goes on. When we first moved in here, we would say it felt like we were living at a resort. We've even had guests tell us the same thing! The staff really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They're always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is amazing as well; if there's ever a problem they're out right away to fix it. One of the maintenance guys (Sammy) even came up to help me to my car when I was in labor...if that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is! We also love that we're able to really get to know our neighbors through the monthly events. We've made some great friends here. Can't wait for another year here at JPT! read more

I've loved every minute of living here! Everything from our cute apartment to the accomodating/friendly staff and to all the amenities that are included (pool, gym, jacuzzi, club room, rooftop deck). It's location is perfect with everything being within a 2 mile radius (Angels Stadium, Honda Center, Disneyland, House of Blues) and they host events at night to make the residents feel more at home and welcomed such as PaintNite, Oktoberfest, to raffles. This is hands down the best management I've encountered while shopping for a new apartment. Elena went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Even when we signed up for a floorplan that was supposed to have the light interior and turned out to be the dark one, they allowed us to change, without any fuss or hassle. Please avoid this place!!! This place should be a zero star. We moved in about eight months ago and it was our worst decision. We avoid the office and management because there is no such thing as anyone managing this place. They are fake, don't know how to manage/rude with their lame pretend smile and don't care about any of our problems. We are not able to sleep because you can hear every step, pounding, kids running, dropping stuff to the point where our place will shake because the construction and walls are paper thin-Its like having PTSD when I hear loud banging noises outside of this place because I get woken up by loud banging noises at night. l now hear a random clicking noise coming from above at night when we're sleeping that wakes me up. We also had to call the police at one point because of neighbors with a disturbance. The trash and people being dirty is normal but that doesn't even bother us because of the fact that we can't sleep-which to me is the worst when you can't even sleep or rest in your own home because of the people upstairs being too damn loud and always shifting furniture around to accommodate their multiple beds in a one bedroom. Airbnb people everywhere, checking in late at night, we have seen multiple families coming with Disneyland gear, luggage's, etc. We have even contacted the regional manager who's office in located in LA and no response or change after our several complaints. No safety measures whatsoever-not even knowing who's coming in and out of this place. We got towed our first day here (but that's another story-signing stupid addendums over and over again with different parking spots). The office doesn't audit the parking with all the random cars/people coming in and out with no sticker. So why keep my sticker and tippy toe around my place when other people can do whatever the hell they want and not get a violation for it? Oh yeah, it's because they don't give out violation notices or just give you lies and B.S that they will take care of it. If you want good sleep here get the forth floor or better yet, don't move in here at all! WE CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!!! read more

It was a rough start to get into this place. When my wife and I first checked it out, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were excited to move in on the date specified, September 1. So when the time came, we were told late August that it wasn't ready yet and that we could move in Oct. 1. That was frustrating. October was coming and we had packed everything up to prepare for our move, but were told again that it wasn't ready. We were pretty angry at this point. We finally were able to move in a week later and they paid for movers, which was nice. Now, we're here and we've been here for a few months. Sure, the management is still nice, but that doesn't really go very far. Nothing really gets done when there's a problem. I feel like it falls upon deaf ears. The glass on our microwave broke the first day and it has yet to be fixed. I've mentioned that our heater doesn't work and one of the girls that lives here just said hers doesn't work either (still not fixed). And it's really freakin' cold right now. Our apartment is next to the entrance of the pool and the door slams at least 100 times a night and it's pretty loud. I've suggested to maybe add some sort of pneumatic closer to prevent slamming, but I figured that wouldn't get very far. It didn't. And finally, the elevator! For all the people that live in the North building, you know what I'm talking about. This thing seriously makes a new noise every day. The permit in there said it was void after November of last year. Isn't that illegal? They finally took that piece of paper down, but the noises persist! You can't run away from your problems. I've gotten used to it at this point. There's a lot more I could say, but I feel like this is getting too long now. So, this place gets 2 stars. Why not 1 you ask? Well, I like the actual apartment and the vicinity in general. The apartments are definitely made of pretty cheap materials. I've had to fix a few things by myself (because why ask them when it'll never happen anyway amiright ;) But regardless, I like our apartment and the location. So there's the redemption I suppose. My family and I have been tenants at JPT since the end of summer and while there was a learning curve with everything being brand new or still being established such as guest parking, the staff here more than makes up for it. Elena is my go-to gal for all my needs here. She's always going above and beyond to ensure we are being taken care of. Yes, there are a couple of things that could be improved upon like another set of free weights in the North Building's gym, as well as some lighter weights in the upstairs yoga studio. Guest parking is a struggle but once the call box is set up I expect that issue to be resolved. The housekeeping and landscaper are the nicest most hard working people you will ever meet. I appreciate them so much and say hello whenever I see them because they're the reason why JPT is always squeaky clean which makes living here so worth it. Lastly, the community events through the Cares Team and Alliance are always a blast and makes living here enjoyable. read more

My previous ratings are no longer valid and it is a complete shame that this is having to be written. It hurts me because I have enjoyed living here, but the property has gone downhill very quickly in the last 3-6 months. It is still a newer property, but they now have less cleaning staff and the standards of cleaning are much lower. Therefore the facility is now dirty, trashy, and people are pigs with the attitude they should have people pick up after them and they shouldn't have to care about their home. Security is no more and the gates for the parking areas are more often broken than working correctly. I am very upset because I loved this place when I first moved in and the year that followed, but now with a new manager that doesn't seem to care or at least respond to concerns, and the ownership that no longer gives a rats butt about their residents, the descent people that live here are suffering. The amenities are starting to disappear and are not as abundant when the property first opened. I find it is now completely and utterly about the money and the residents can just live with it or move. Very Sad because it was very nice, but those days are now in the past. read more

JPT and its amenities have blown me away! Everything from their outdoor pool, patio, and their gym with all new equipment to their new rooftop deck. Their friendly staff have been super accommodating since day one of moving in until now. I love receiving updates and emails about what is going on in JPT and keeps me informed. They let residents know when there are events going on such as football Sunday, to cotton candy night and so much more. They know how to keep their residents well informed and welcome. Myself & my husband stopped in today to view apartments. We initially had an appointment with Sasha and someone else attempted to help us while Sasha was finishing with a guest. It was a little frustrating that I had to go over all the details all over with a new person and then get shown a layout that was out of our budget. Sasha was able to step in and assist us after all and she was very sweet & knowledgable. We changed our mind several times as far as which floor plans we wanted to view and she happily accommodated us, even staying after she was scheduled. So far the worst experience! I've been living here for 3 months now it's ridiculous that there's never no parking for your guest and if you get lucky enough to park in visitor your visit is only welcome to park in visitor once a month! The walls are so thin you can clearly hear your next door neighbors the neighbors from across and even the neighbor from upstairs you can hear them talking walking around when they flush shower open doors you can hear everything. I can't wait to get out of here!!! Not worth the price!!!! Unsatisfied! Disappointed! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! This is the worse experience I've had in my life and I can't wait to get the F out of this place. It looks nice but it's not! They have such an incompetent staffs and they will lie to your face over and over again just to get you in then ignore your concerns and nothing else matters after that! I have an assigned parking right outside of the gate and people are constantly parking in my own space. The security guy parked in my space for over 24 hours so I had the car towed. I don't know it was him at first but he has the nerves to confront/verbally abuse me in front of the other tenants who happened to be present the the scene! I reported the incident to a Mgr who named JAMES and he said he will take care of it. I'm not sure what they did but the security guy was still here for months!! I would have fired him myself if someone did that to my tenants! They promised us that they will be have a charging station for electric vehicles but nothing being done after 12 months that we have been here! They provides us a spot next to the elevator with an extension cord but people kept unplugging it and one of the lady cussed at us for no reason! We told her that the office instructed us to do so and she kept yelling and yelling! We reported this incident to the office and they said there nothing they could do since this a civil matter! Are you kidding me?!!!! We get different information from the staffs each and every time! I assumed they don't communicate or understand the nature of their job. They gave us a new parking space against the wall with an extension cord again. Our car is little big compared to the other sedans so we always on the line but never crossed on someone else's parking! Our new parking space is tiny! Apparently our neighbor complaint to JAMES several times about our parking situation and he did mention to my partner but he hasn't done one thing to resolved the situation! Guess what!! Our car was vandalized! Some one kicked the side of the mirror and dented our car and guess what they even pour coke into our car the next day! I don't feel safe for being here! We reported to them and all they could say was"we apologize and there are anything we could do then we are here to help" Why don't you put more cameras and protect your tenants? It's not cheap to live here after all! I want to leave and break my lease but they said no! I'm afraid what will happen to us so I asked again if I could move even though my lease is up in two months! They finally gave me a form that I could request the owner to look at my situation and decide if I could break my lease or not! Why didn't they do that for us at the beginning? They do not care for your safety period! I agreed with one of the review above that people are willing to write a great review so they could live here for free for one year! (Some type of promotion) Do your research and take your time to find a place you call home and have a peaceful time with your family! It's so crowded here..you can't even find a guest parking anywhere! The eviction notices are everywhere around the complex!!! Why would you live here??? Just because they will you some incentives??? I HOPE EVERYONE WILL MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE AND NOT MOVE HERE! read more
