This review is for the leasing office team and what I saw on my tour as I haven't moved in yet. Railene and Farrell were very helpful, friendly, and personable when my boyfriend and I walked in without an appointment to take a tour. They were very busy that day with appointments and people leasing apartments, which is a good sign for a complex. The leasing office was clean and had candy, drinks, coffee and tea--a huge bonus for tired people who have been apartment hunting all day! The apartments they showed us were beautiful and modern, and the grounds were maintained well, clean, warm and inviting. I didn't get the feeling of being in a hotel like some of the other adjacent apartments, which is a large reason why we reserved an apartment that day. One minor con is that I had to call about 8 times before I got through to someone when we left the office as I had more questions and was anxious about someone taking the apartment we wanted, but I can understand this as they were very busy that day. read more

Hands down by far the best place in platinum triangle. I've been here just over a month and can't say I have anything negative to say. Should even the smallest issue arise don't be afraid to speak up the place will be glad to help you and even go above and beyond to make sure something is done to correct the issue ,I did have one small issue with a fixture but it is new construction and there's going to be some things that need attention but the maintenance staff here is top notch they will fix most issues in the same day if possible.I also want to throw out the cleaning staff is by far the best I've seen in years I've lived in many complexes before this place ..they are out every morning and all day making sure the place is as nice as the day you moved in .. they clean every grill every day and even make sure the place smells new.. should you find yourself living here be sure to say hello to them and thank them for what they do.. being appreciated by the residents can go along way here people. Now as for the units themselves I don't have a complaint because it works great for us the first floor units inside court yards have patios with gates that open up to the grills and it works great for my dog he absolutely loves it here I personally love our layout and it works for us the amenities are amazing as well just see for yourself ! Now let me save the best for last and that's the leasing staff !! I'll start with Elena she was very quick to realize I was in need of a place to move into ASAP and she went above and beyond to get things done for us .. best part is that she doesn't forget about you once your moved in , I've crossed paths with her and she remembers your name and is quick to ask if all is good or if you need anything ...Simply the best as for service but she ultimately truly cares as a person too. If only other companies would take a lesson or two from her on kindness. Also want to mention that the rest of the staff ,while I don't know all there names all have been very helpful with any questions I have had and never keep you waiting long for an answer, simply amazing and I just want to say I appreciate all the hard work you guys do for making people like me feel at home. Absolutely beautiful property. I was looking forward to calling this place my home, but after reading some concerning reviews, I pulled out. However, being that the lady I worked with was so kind, I figured I'll come to yelp to leave a 5 star review solely based on her kindness. Now I'm here, but I'm leaving 1 star instead of 5, and I'm sure you'll love to know why. First lets start with why I pulled out the application, I read too many comments about folks cars being broken into and how the staff puts on a show and treat you like royalty when you're a prospective tenant, but ghosts on you once you become an actual tenant. Maybe if I would have read those reviews from one or two people, I would have continued, but I read it from many people and not just folks on yelp but other rating platforms. Moving on-- I decided to go with a sister company instead Jefferson Rise and my choice came about for 3 reasons. 1. brand new community and I was going to get an apartment that had never been lived in before. 2. really good reviews from different platforms 3. move in special allows for my rent to be reduced throughout the lease, saving me approx. $200 a month. So back to why I'm giving JPT a 1 star. I called to cancel my application, gave them a short and sweet reason why and boom they cancel it. Great. There goes $90 down the drain, but not their fault- I get it application fees are non refundable-- and as far as my holding deposit, I have to wait for a paper check-- it was only $100 so not the end of the world. Here is where things get annoying. As I'm in the application process with Jefferson Rise, Jefferson Platinum Triangle decides they want to reject my $45 fee payment that was paid towards my husband's application. Mind you-- both of these properties are sister companies and use the same system in which are very very very slow. I had problems applying to both properties as it was taking way longer than it should have and having received multiple error messages. So they decide to reject the $45 payment that came from an account that is far from past due and has a nice amount of funds in it. What does that mean? This means in order for Jefferson Rise to continue with my application, the $45 has to be paid. No problem. I just figure this is a system error as I've experienced a few of them while trying to apply to both properties. So I call to try to clear it with them and repay the $45, but they have no clue what I'm talking about. So they say. The next day they decide to call me and lie by saying I put in the wrong card information (I didn't use a card but I did an electronic check) and that I typed my card info in wrong by 1 number causing them to reject the payment and if I want to continue with my application with the sister company, I would have to drive to them ( I only live about 25-30 miles away right now - I was moving bc I'm relocating jobs) and bring them a cashiers check of $70 (due to my card information being typed in wrong) and there is no way around it. I'm not going to "pull the race card"--- just know this, as a Black woman I can't help to think that my treatment would be different only if I were maybe I don't know, the same skin color as them? Anyways, I'm going to take this loss and hope that I at least get my deposit back or I will just go to my bank I guess. I may or may not do a review on Jefferson Rise, I guess it will all depend on how much they "can or canNOT help me". If $70 is all it takes for them to lose a prospective tenant, then I'm going to take the hint that my blackness just isn't welcomed in that part of town. I have lived here for over a year now and I am still super happy with this complex. We've had some bumps for sure and some really horrible upstairs neighbors that are so loud throughout the night that they wake us up from our sleep but Farrell the leasing manager has been amazing at helping us! Security leaves a bit to be desired but all and all I'm super grateful for the service I received in trying to get this issue taken care of, Farrell made me feel like he was taking my issue very seriously and personally saw to getting us a solution that was above and beyond what we could have expected. I want to be clear that there is no incentive for me to update my review and with any complex there are issues, you can find bad reviews for every single complex in the area, parking isn't great for sure but they are not towing cars out of nowhere it is up to the residents to call the towing company. There has been one car break in since I've been here since December 2017, and everyone has problems with them taking away the street parking but nobody wants to mention that people are parking on the street with their cars totally sticking out into the street and cars only get towed if they are in someone else's spot or if you are in guest parking for more than 24 hours without a pass. In my opinion you can't blame the complex if you aren't following the policies, I've been here with no problems and I'm transferring to another unit to stay longer without a huge jump in rent for a much bigger unit. read more

It's close to bus stop, Anaheim station is very close and many attractions.Raliene is very good sales specialist and answered all of our questions. Where to begin... My girlfriend and I had a contract ready to go on another apartment. We woke up one day and before our trip to Disneyland decided to just take a look at the Jefferson since it was literally walking distance from us and we had recently heard good things. We met with Railene who was by far the most professional and personable leasing agent we have ever met with (and we have met with a TON). She didn't bother showing us the model, but instead took the time to show us the actual unit we could rent. She was not pushy at all, but took the time to get to know us and our wants and helped paint the picture of exactly what it would be like to live at Jefferson. Long story short we canceled our lease at the other complex and signed with Jefferson all in the same day! Major credit to Railene and if anyone is thinking about living at the Jefferson I urge you to get in touch with her. You will not be disappointed. PS the amenities are absolutely amazing and we have seen all the UDR and Irvine Company apartments in the area. Jefferson amenities stand out the most. read more

Moving into an apartment complex is so much more than just the apartment. The staff at our previous apartment complex were unhelpful and rude, but our experience here could not be more opposite! Elena, Sasha, and Raelene really made our decision to move here so easy. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. My girlfriend and I recently took a tour of Jefferson. Sasha Ellis was the leasing agent who assisted us at the front desk and also gave us a tour of the complex, showed us 2 floor plans and most of the amenities that Jefferson has to offer. I have to say, we really loved it!!! First of all, Sasha was very friendly and welcoming, she has such a good positive energy! She was also very knowledgeable and we could that she really knows what she is doing and that is very important for leasing agents and staff. So kudos to her!! We would love to call Jefferson our new home however, the prices might be a little too high for us but we are hoping we get chosen as winners for the 1 year free rent promotion that you guys have going on. *fingers crossed!! After my recent break up i decided to be the one to get a new apartment. When i was looking at the market for an apartment, I came across Jefferson Platinum. For what i get amenity wise and what i pay compared to other apartment buildings, Jefferson was the best deal by far.... Sasha helped me get into my apartment while Farrel, Elana and Mike all helped with the move in process and setting all my things up.... i got 6 free weeks when i moved in plus a 1000 dollar gift card...The apartments are huge, there are two buildings with community rooms that have huge tvs and one has a 9 panel tv wall thats super sick for sports, full kitchens, football, billards table, shuffle boards, 2 heated pools and jacuzzis, a ton of chairs to lay out on, couches to chill on by the pool, fire places and multipule bbq..... theres a dog park right next to the back building too... when i moved in i had a couple request and all though they didnt have to do it, they accomidated them..... thanks to Jefferson Platinum i was able to leave my gf, move to a nicer property into a way better apartment thats brand new and I pay less then she does.... read more

If you want to move into this location be ready to fight. The management has no idea what is doing and are extremely unhelpful. Of course when you move in everything is sunshine and rainbows, you maybe even get a few weeks free rent! But after that they lose all interest. Want more than 1 parking space for a 1 bedroom.... to bad. Prepare to be on a "waiting list" that never exists. Even if you want to meet with them to discuss the remote possibility of another parking place, they will tell you that the person in charge of that is down at the AMPM around the corner knocking back cold ones with his boys (that was verbatim and no exaggeration). Be ready to show up in a suit and tie for a week straight and stand (not sit) in their office until they can pull up a spreadsheet that requires updating and tell you they aren't sure what is available. Once they find something it's fine until you realize they double or triple booked their parking spots. So now it's standing in their office for another week until you get your new spot. If someone else parks in your assigned, bought and paid for spot, do they leap into action? No. They make you call a tow truck. Hopefully they respond. As I type this I have been waiting for over an hour and a half after I complained to apartment management concerning the parking issue. Also to rent these apartments, you must love bugs. Wasps to be exact. Our apartment had several (in excess of 20) wasps live and die in our apartment. They had no clue how they got in and I don't think they believed us until I literally collected wasps in a mason jar and brought it to their office. Once they believed me what happened? Well thankfully my wife and I aren't allergic to raid. Aside from the horrendous parking policies and the buzzing stinging insects, the amenities aren't bad. The media room is fun, when you can get it, and h clubhouse is spacious even if certain residents monopolize it. There are more than enough apartment buildings in the area that offer comparable if not cheaper rent and new ones are built all the time. read more

Living here has been an absolute fantastic experience. First, the staff is amazing. They've gone completely out of their way to help us out and always ask if we need anything. They're very friendly and professional and make you feel important. Second, the community is very attractive. They have a cleaning crew EVERYDAY and focus on different areas of the community to keep everything looking nice. JPT also has some awesome amenities, like a media center, 2 gyms, 2 club rooms that are very different from each other, a yoga studio, pool table, very nice barbeque areas, the list goes on and on. There are times I walk through the courtyard and feel like I'm on a vacation. Third, the events add a unique touch to JPT. They have several events each month that really allows you to meet your neighbors so that you don't feel liking you're living amoung strangers. Fourth, the location is perfect. Everything you would want to do is so close - shops, stadiums, theme parks, restaurants, breweries, and much more. I'd recommend JPT to everyone who is looking for a great place to live. read more

Good luck if you reserved a place online here! And it's the only way! Not only the sales are out of sync also with their crappy system! We tried to reserve a place that marked available online, but later the sales told us the system wasn't accurate. However, they rejected to refund the reserve fee even it's not our mistake but their system inaccuracy. This sales team sucks in terms of unprofessional, impatient, bad attitude and dun even bother to complaint it to the manager. They obviously work hand in glove with each other. read more

This review is based off of the future resident tour that I took with Elena. I am moving to Orange County from northern California, so I was only able to spend a limited amount of time in the area to look for apartments. I toured about 20 places within a few days, and the community and amenities at Jefferson Platinum Triangle were hands down the best! The grounds are extremely well-kept and beautiful. The grills are all cleaned daily (and we actually saw this in action during the tour as one of the staff was cleaning them). There are two pools, two gyms open 24 hours, and a rooftop lounge. The two gym facilities have different equipment so you can find what you're looking for. One has TVs that guide you through whichever workout routine you choose. The "main" gym in the building with the leasing office even has cold towels (no extra cost)! There are clubhouse facilities throughout the community with TVs, couches and kitchens. The main clubhouse next to the leasing office has a HUGE TV. All these areas are perfect for entertaining guests and are first come, first serve unless someone has paid to reserve it. In the rooms, everything is modern looking, especially the flooring and cabinets. I was able to see a couple of the different layouts available. The 1 bedroom units are quite spacious and have decent storage. All units have washer/dryers and modern appliances. The model units are staged, which is a nice touch and very helpful for visualizing how to use the space and seeing what size furniture will fit comfortably. Last but certainly not least, Elena is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! She showed me everything in the community and answered any and all questions throughout the tour and afterwards. She makes you feel so welcome right away and already a part of the community! I'm sure the other staff is wonderful as well, but I would encourage anyone to work with Elena if possible! read more

I'm revising my 4 star review to a 2 star review (I'm still being nice). My roommates and I have really tried to look at the positive of this complex but we can no longer do that. We still love the apartment we live in but I've never lived in a complex that had such an incompetent front office. Our biggest issue NOW is trying to pay rent through the new portal. The payment portal switched a few months ago (I don't know why because the one before was working just fine. And you know what they say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!") and we've had issues ever since. It doesn't allow us to pay with our bank account, it doesn't allow us to pay with our debit/credit card (even though there's a fee to pay with that option).. our only option is to pay with a cashier's check (according to the front desk). The issue with that is WE DONT ALL HAVE THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT and they're telling us we can't do a split payment with cashier's checks?! Oh, I'm sorry, you have not given us another option! We've been complaining about this for a few months now and nothing has changed. No call to upper management to fix it, no call to the portal manager to fix it.. NOTHING! This place has let itself go and we can't wait for our lease to be over! And we know we are not the only ones who feel this way. We meet a lot of people at the events that are fed up and will be moving out too. You guys should really start listening to the people who keep your place afloat. Changes need to be made immediately. read more

I have been living here for almost a year now and i feel at home. I love and enjoy the classes they provide to all residents from Monday to Thursday at the gym. We have Zumba, Yoga and HIT classes and the instructors are very good. The monthly activities they have for the residents are fun and enjoyable. My family is looking to relocate in the next couple months and we decided to look here after being referred by a friend. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and we loved the atmosphere. We went on a tour and loved what we saw. The pool area/BBQ area was very inviting and can't wait to hang out and BBQ! The apartments were spacious and the loved all the special details we could want including the wine fridge. The layout was perfect for us and the balcony was by far my favorite because I can picture myself sitting out there in the mornings with my daughter drinking our tea and talking about the day ahead, . When I moved in to Jefferson Platinum a few weeks ago from moving all the way from Illinois, the manager named Farrell, helped me with everything I needed with signing up with the things I needed to get me prepared for my apartment, showed me all around the apartment, and gave me tips to make my living in the apartment easier. Farrell made it possible to give me the $2,000 gift card and I am so thankful for him and James O'Neil to help me out to give me this from the deal they had for the month since settling down from a new state was still a bit difficult to me. My experience at Jefferson has definitely been the best because it's not just amazing apartment and the whole complex, but the people that works here that has the amazing positive energy and they always have my back like my own family. I highly recommend going to Jefferson Platinum because you'll definitely experience living to a place like you're going on a vacation. read more
