Be careful paying top dollar at any luxury community and letting the leasing managements promising a false luxury life or environment. Theft at the apartments is crazy specially when they are copying the fobs at Home Depot with the instant fob. Marihuana smell coming thru the vents it's horrible when people think you smoke it as they walk into your apartment. I'm embarrassed also people leaving their trash everywhere. The guest parking is only 11 parking spots for the entire community!!! So don't ask spect your visitors to fine w parking !!! Paper thin walls you can hear the neighbors above you every single step they take every single argument every single time they close the kitchen cabinets every time they slam the doors!!! You're out of luck if you get neighbors from hell !!! You can clearly hear them dragging their chairs every day or vacuuming it's insane how Loud it gets !!! I have plenty of videos of people smoking in the community and dogs barking all night in the building and plenty of videos of cars abusing the handicap spaces !!! Let me know if you want to see the videos for some reason they won't upload here. There's lots of Airbnb going on in this community as well. I will post the ads on there Airbnb website that shows this amenities. I wonder if everyone that's seen or been a witness to this illegal activities in each property can come forward and we can all file a lawsuit against them for allowing this to take place in the first place and making us tenants pay top dollar for a garbage place to live with illicit activities going on literally in the building we live at. I call everyone from 1818 apartments Rise apartments Edge apartments and Revo apartments Paramount Platinum triangle formerly Jefferson Platinum triangle to come forward and put all the the evidence together to make this management accountable for allowing such thing to take place. Jefferson Platinum triangle has the worse leasing staff ever you can never get a hold of them Liz and Rita are never available and they can careless to fix the broken amenities they can care less about the dogs barking all night long every night and day poor animals they suffer when they are left alone by their owners. They can careless when the dialing box at the gate stop working and continues to be broken for over a year!!! They careless when handicapped parking spaces are taken by vehicles with expired or no displaying handicapped placard!!!! They are aware that you can simply go to Home Depot and buy a fob and make a copy of their fobs now everyone has a copy of their Fob in that community and they are also aware of all the Airbnb's too and do nothing about it. They just don't care to keep the tenants safe! Now everyone has a copy of the fob and is able to open every door with the copy from Home Depot instant Fob. Luckily the fobs at Rise can't be copied. We should all make a big complaint to the owner of graystar and let him know that his management staff are the worse in multiple properties. The Irvine company management is also failing to provide a safe community at Gateway apartments homes by allowing their tenant to rent out their amenities for parties to strangers non residents like at REVO and they also have airbnbs going on here's the evidence!!! No community is safe from illicit activities nowadays even if you pay the highest rents they think that just because they claim to be luxurious they are safe but it's not true! Most of the cases of human trafficking and high end brothels are set up in luxury apartments because that's where the people would expect those things going on according to the national news!!!!! All this illegal things going on in high end Luxury apartments apparently it's very common. So why pay such a high rent when clearly it's not the safest place to live!??? RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!! Read the never ending reviews with the same issues and learn from our experience!! Don't make the same mistake as we did, and stay away from this property at all cost!! I really wanted to like this property but it seems to be one disappointment after another. After living here for a year, the management is incompetent to handle basic daily oversight of the property. The problems started the day I signed my lease and continue until today. I feel like I live in a college dorm. I am embarrassed to bring guests over because of the environment I have to live in. Now that the property manager James is "no longer with the company," the place has literally gone from bad to worse. From lease pricing errors, poor construction, parking, trash, dog waste, AirbnB, smoke... New apartments are nice at first look, but I have never seen such horrible construction standards. Near zero insulation in walls and floors. I hear EVERY step and conversation from my neighbors. Finish work is horrible (paint over spray on floors and cabinets, door handles and locks falling off, texture and paint missing on sections of walls, gaps in flooring, chips and stains on counter tops). I have constant issues with trash chutes not working (residents pile trash up in halls and trash rooms). Parking has been a mess since day one. Constantly having to tow other people out of my assigned spot. Visitor parking is almost non existent! The spots that they do have are filled with cars from other residents. Home game days at Angel stadium are a mess here because everyone parks here for free. "Security" gates are always broken and at night anyone can park on the property because the the hired security company is no where to be found. The property is designated as smoke free but all I see is neighbors smoking on patios and near pools. My neighbors around me all smoke weed and my apartment and hall is constantly full of smoke. I can never have my patio door open because all I smell is smoke. I hope I am not drug tested at work because the amount of second had marijuana I am breathing is bad (I kid you not, you can see the smoke haze hanging in the apartment and halls). I have three apartments in my building that are being subleased as Airbnb. The people come and go all night long yelling, leaving trash in hallways, stairs and parking lots. Airbnb is strictly prohibited by the lease, but management does nothing about it when I have shown them the actual listings. "We will send them a notice" is what I hear all the time. The pools and fitness centers used to be maintained but not anymore. Some of the broken fitness equipment has been sitting for months with no attention. Towel service at the pool and gym was a selling point but no longer provided. Trash and dog waste is piled up for days at the pool and dog areas and no maintenance to be found. Dog areas are not maintained. Dog waste and trash is piled up everywhere. Careful where step because your neighbors and the management do not care. Crap is on sidewalks, halls, planters, pool decks. It smells nasty every time I walk outside. Contacted the property management office wondering why there is no longer on site security and property cleaning crews anymore. "They cut our budget." This place was already in bad shape but now basic property maintenance is not going to happen? Wow sad I am still having to pay full rent for this disaster property. WHAT A JOKE!! I have given the management (James and Farrell) plenty of opportunity to address the never ending issues that have started from day one. I am told over and over again that James O'Neal will take care of it or the issues will be fixed by the staff. Now that James is gone, it is as if no one is running the show! Do not let the free month promotions that the property offers fool you. Do your homework and read the many reviews here saying the same things. I do regret ever moving here. As of Jefferson platinum triangle, the other people in the leasing office and the maintenance here is almost non existent( when it's comes to actually doing there job ) AND KEEPING THE PLACE HALF DECENT !!! On top of getting my apartment robbed from, MY CAR BROKEN INTO 3x AND VANDALIZED, finding a knife inside my car, and getting my car stolen !!!! YES YOU READ IT CORRECTLY, my car was stolen in the middle of the night from the same people that broke into my apartment *cough cough * ( MAINTENANCE ) and literally was involved in a high speed chase with getting my car back. I now have had to spend the extra money on cameras for not only my apartment but for also my cars and even car locks !!!! I've been living here for only 2 months and I've had 5 different incidents and police reports and no one does a dame thing about it !!!!! the hallways are absolutely disgusting!!!! There's a bunch of loud ghetto Airbnb's. The apartment in front of me was just broken down by cops the other day , Who knows the kind of crack heads that even live here. This is the furthest thing from " luxury ". There's dog shit in the hallways almost on a daily. The elevators reek of urine and weed. Theres aggressive dogs constantly loose, and I've witnessed 2 people get attacked already. People are constantly getting arrested in this apartment. Trying to find parking is almost impossible here, if you want to bring your family over, JUST DONT !!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT. Pepper spray is a must here. My boyfriend & I are currently trying to legally break our lease. My advice to anyone who is even interested in these apartments, LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!! From the first moment we walked into the leasing office we felt unwelcoming with a salesperson sitting at her desk which was Elena, looked at us with absolutely drowsy and frown face expression. She had us sat down anyways since thats what she gets paid to do however, when we mentioned the 8 weeks free rent that advertised on the website, she was being so hesitant and told us that the current special is 6 weeks free while the sign flipper outside was advertising a banner with 8 weeks free rent that day. That's deceptive advertising, they advertise 8 weeks free outside their property with the sign flipper and on the website page yet they tell another story once you're inside their facility. Elena quoted,"if you want to argue that, just argue with management not me." Obviously she realized that this was outrageous so she apologized later. But I had to calm her down from the beginning, ridiculous! And the next time we switched to anyone salesperson Natalie that we thought would be better. However, later we found out she's another Elena in disguise. She refused picking up the phone after we reserved but failed because of their system inaccuracy. It's only move-in day, and so far I love it! The buildings are new, the amenities are amazing and the incentives can't be beat. Rents are SO high these days, but Jefferson offers up to 8 weeks free (I got 6 - it depends on the location of the unit you rent). They also have gift cards and other revolving specials so just ask what they're offering. I'm so excited to take advantage of the two pools, two gyms, rooftop deck and other fire-lit lounging areas. They even offer a few workout classes which I look forward to trying. Bobby the facilities manager did the move-in inspection and offered to do touch up paint or carpet cleaning after move-in. He said they clean and garden daily which is good considering that it is a dog-friendly area (ie: lots of dog poop and pee!) with an adorable little park across the street. Not officially an off-leash dog park, but great to have some green space nearby. Overall, I'm happy. Will update with later observations after I've lived here a while. Been a career traveler for about 20 years, I have had the fortune and misfortune to have lived in many places, too many to recall. This place is top notch, the management is spectacular, James, Natalie, Elena, and crew are always on it. Maintenance is great and responsive, cleaning crew is always cleaning and keeping the complex fresh. They care about the small details here, down to providing poolside towels, etc. You will not regret choosing to live here. Pleasant community and neighbors. I would disregard any posts about guest spots, there are always going to be parking issues in any large community, unfortunately some people think that living in an apartment complex should yield one the right to have 20 extra spots to throw parties. This isn't a dorm, it is a luxury apartment community. Yes parking is limited, comes with the territory, but if you have a guest or two over, I have never had an issue finding them a spot. read more

I moved in around August of 2017. My experience from the beginning to current time has been pleasant. From the leasing agent To the management team, they have all been extremely helpful. Also, the maintenance/cleaning crew have done an awesome job maintaining the facility as a whole. Furthermore, the Jefferson Team constantly put on social gatherings and symposiums which allow the chance to meet and bond with fellow tenants. These events create a hospitable, and friendly environment. The community is safe and everyone Is respectful of each other. Jefferson Platinum Triangle is one of the cleanest, nicest, safest apartment complexes I've visited. I also had a great experience with their leasing agent Farrell. I instantly was helped with all my questions in regards to being a potential resident. I was given a tour of both buildings and knew I would want to live there based on the obvious look of the buildings, but I also because I felt really welcomed by their staff! Everyone is polite and attentive. When I decided to apply, Farrell made the process as easy as possible. Elena has been helping us since way before our lease at Katella Grand was over (don't get me started on how bad that place is, see the review on them). We've asked her to see the apartments probably a dozen times and she's still been patient with us as we take our sweet time on making a decision. We had put in like 3 work orders for the washer previously but I felt like he was the first maintenance tech who actually did troubleshooting to find a real solution instead of just doing patch fixes and now it's finally running. And as a resident, they always remind me about the benefit I have with the complex, which make my every dime with it. The thing I liked the most is they have gym that is 24/7, and they will have yoga and training class constantly, which is very convenience, they also provide clean tower every day, the equipment is brand new and latest update, you need to see it for yourself, than you will know what I am talking about. read more

UPDATE. Well this place is still super awful and they completely messed up on the parking. Our lease agreement has specific parking spots listed on there, however when we park our cars on the "designated" spot, we get a note on our car stating that it will be towed. So basically they are assigning the SAME parking spot to multiple tenants. Seriously the staff needs to communicate more and get it together. I'm tired of paying $3,000 a month for rent for crappy service. read more

I had such a great experience touring Jefferson Platinum Triangle apartments. The staff members are very friendly and the apartments have a lot to offer. The amenities include two fitness centers, along with instructors that lead fitness classes throughout the week. There is also a sky deck with multiples BBQ stations, two beautiful pools as well as multiple fire places and more! These apartments are extremely outstanding... take my word for it!!! read more
