I finally was able to move out and couldn't be happier These apartments have had several different owners over the years. While all of them have made attempts to upgrade the complex, it is still very old and run down. The roads are uneven and cracked. The carports and balconies are rotting. The side walk and steps are cracked and stained. The outside is dirty, and the management does not care. If you do not have an upgraded apartment the condition is very poor. My apartment has mold, the carpet lifting by the sliding glass door to the patio, the closet doors are constantly coming off track, whenever you put in a maintenance request they never fix anything properly. There are so many apartments in rancho that are far superior for the same price. read more

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly The Good I absolutely love these apartments and the community. The other tenants are friendly, the property is beautiful, and the amenities are excellent. My apartment feels like home, and overall, I love living here. I highly recommend it! The Bad When I moved in, my apartment had been turned over quickly and wasn't very clean. There were also a few maintenance issues. I submitted a maintenance request through the online portal, and to their credit, the maintenance team responded within a few days and resolved the issues quickly. Their efficiency was much appreciated. The Ugly I'm very disappointed with the customer service. As mentioned, my apartment wasn't very clean upon move-in. My standards aren't particularly high, but the baseboards were filthy in some areas, and pet hair covered the closet shelves. Immediately after getting my keys, I entered the apartment, used the restroom, and turned on the water--only to find the kitchen flooding. I hadn't even moved a single item in yet. I understand that mistakes happen, and I had no problem cleaning up some of the mess myself. However, the real issue was the response I received from the office staff. When I reported the flooding and the apartment's cleanliness, I was met with what felt like an attitude. Instead of an apology or concern, they acted as if I were a troublemaker for not knowing that using the restroom sink would cause my kitchen to flood. When I pointed out the cleanliness issues--pet hair on the shelves, dirty baseboards, and food residue on the kitchen wall--I was told the apartment had been "professionally cleaned." When I mentioned the filthy baseboards, I was casually told I could "just wipe them off." I even pulled out my phone to show pictures and was directed to take them to Karina instead. I wasn't expecting anyone to come clean my apartment for me after move-in. A simple acknowledgment that the cleaners missed some areas or an apology for the flooding would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and an unwillingness to take responsibility. The office staff could really use some customer service training. Conclusion Despite the frustrating experience with management, I believe living here will be great. The community is wonderful, and the property is amazing. I would still recommend it--just don't expect exceptional customer service. Luckily, interactions with management are usually limited, so aside from that, I'm excited to be here! read more

I have been a long term tenant for over 6 years. All the upgraded amenities like the pool, tennis court and dog park are nice. There's an outdoor workout area and indoor mini gym. Also a court for pickle, ball. If you are an animal lover, this place is pet friendly and one of few apartment complexes in the area that has a dog park. The manager Manny, hands down has been the best manager since I moved in over 6 years ago. The double bonus is its pretty quiet here. read more

We moved in about 20 months ago, and our next-door neighbors moved in a few months later. Since then, we've been dealing with the ongoing issue of marijuana smoke entering our unit. Despite raising concerns with management, the smoke continues to seep through the walls or ventilation system, lingering for hours and creating an unpleasant and unhealthy living environment. Management has refused to take action, claiming marijuana use is legal and advising me to address the issue directly with our neighbor. I have reached out to our neighbors multiple times, and while one of them assured me it wouldn't happen again, the problem persists. This has become a serious nuisance, disrupting our ability to enjoy our home and significantly affecting our health. We frequently wake up feeling sick due to the smoke. Secondhand marijuana smoke contains harmful chemicals and can be just as damaging to our health as directly smoking marijuana. This can cause serious health problems for us, especially for my children. I hope management will take this issue seriously and implement measures to address it for the health and well-being of all residents. read more

Welcome to the worst apartment community in Rancho. Where your kids pick up used needles in front of your apartment, maintenance team is a bunch of idiots that can't do anything more than patch drywall, where the leasing office blames the tenants for any issues they're experiencing, and where after 8pm there's homeless people invading the area. We've seen instances of the maintenance leaving doers open to apartments and waking up to homeless people being kicked out of apartments that were left open, ants and spiders infesting your apartment, and dog attacks. Cars being broken into and other tenants doing drugs and being loud every single night in the parking area. So if you want to pay 3k a month for the most ghetto apartment complex in all of Rancho Cucamonga, you found the perfect place! read more

Posted photos of what our experience at these apartments was like.  On Sunday January 29, 2023, a shooting in aptarment complex left many wanting to move. There were four shots fired. We did not get many answers about what was happening about this issue. Only got small bits of info from other concerned residents. Building are a health hazard and are falling apart. The doors do not close well and allow bugs and spiders in. When we asked if we could get the back door to close better, we were told "no, it's just an old building, nothing will help" type thing. Front door never actually closed, the only way we kept it closed was by locking it. If not locked, the door would open. Spiders and bug issues. We had insect traps set out everywhere inside and had to wrap the traps around the legs of furniture. When it rained, earth worms would crawl under the sliding glass door into the livingroom. Had 100s of fruit flies at one point from the wet walls when the water heater leaked. Roaches constantly found on the sidewalks outside. We had bug and spider bites often. Brown and black widows are everywhere. With in the 14 months we lived here, our living room walls had water damage 3 different times. Water heater leak and rain. Walls were replaced. But rain leak issue was never fixed. Would take days to fix while living room was unusable. On move in day, nothing had been cleaned, tub had mold around it, all window locks were broken, sliding glass door wheels were broken letting in cold winter air and bugs, outside storage was unusable entire time we lived here because of mold. Mold in tub was never properly fixed because maintenance did not clean the mold, would only insist it wasn't mold and sealed it.  Mold of course grew out of sealed section later. Mold in outside storage space was only cleaned with bleach so of course it came back several times. They did eventually cut out and replace a section of wall but mold came back anyway.  Teens threw rocks through several apartment windows around us. Brown widows all over the parking structures, always had to look out for them.  Management was very hard to get ahold of. Often wouldn't answer phone or emails. Broken appliances are left anywhere around complex. Furniture is left by dumpsters constantly. Playground to old to play on. Mail boxes got broke into 2 or 3 different times while we were here. read more

I've now lived here for almost 2 years and I feel like the management has gotten their bearings and are really doing a good job. It was really dicey at first. The common areas are clean and lots of upgrades. I'm 100% happy with my actual apartment. This is an older complex but apartments have been updated to a more modern feel and most important it's clean and quiet. read more

Absolute hole. The buildings are falling apart, moldy, and the entire management team all the way up to the top is corrupt. They refused to fix the mold in our unit until we contacted the city. They stole our security deposit even though the regional manager said he'd release us from our lease without a lease break fee and we'd get our entire security deposit back minus the cleaning fee. He lied hoping we'd let it go. However, we're still here fighting them until they do the right thing and give us our money back. read more

I am a current resident of The Park Apartments and it is by far the worst apartments I have lived in. We had a flea infestation and we are actively dealing with an ant infestation. Our fridge recently had a malfunction which allowed the ants to inhabit the fridge and they are blaming us for leaving the fridge open to allow the ants in. We have shown them proof of ants getting in our fridge without it being open and they refuse to take care of our fridge issue, once again blaming us. They also refuse to compensate us for the loss of groceries because once again it is "our fault" the ants got in there. In our master bathroom, the shower door would swing off upon opening and I had put a work order in for it to get fixed. All they did was put the shower door back on (not fixing it) and said they could not replace the shower door because they would have to replace the entire shower frame. Because of that I didn't put in another work order because they weren't going to do anything about it and the shower door has continued to swing off. It hit me in my pregnant belly on one occasion upon entering the shower. Another time I was showering my toddler and it swung off again almost hitting me and my son. They are aware of this and refuse to recognize that they are guilty of negligence and laziness on their part. I highly suggest you don't move here!! read more

First of all, Colleen W works in the office so of course she would write a review. On that note, management is truly the worst. Landscaping company is SO HORRIBLE! The manager Eduardo has an excuse for everything that goes wrong, he won't fix it he will just blame the previous owners. New owners have been here since January and since then have charged us 300$ in March for trinities, again they charged us 282$ in April, 163$ in may AND AGAIN 253$ for June, and they said "this is the last time" In addition, we were paying 1950$ for a 2 bed 2 bath, and now we are paying 2400$ , So, if you would like to be charged an insane number for trinities, and have your rent raised essentially 450$, and have to deal with dumb and dumber for maitenence... this is your place! read more

I have been living here for a few months and I have enjoyed it thus far. The property is smaller than others in the area which makes it homier. There seems to be no issues with parking and loud neighbors. Everyone minds their business and seems nice. I will say the mailboxes need better protection and Amazon hub needs to be bigger. They have one locker that shares many packages and it's hard to decipher which package is yours. The office staff responds in a timely manner and maintenance is very helpful. I'm glad to call BelAire home and look forward to ending my day here. I highly recommend it here if you want peace and quiet with a few amenities. read more

Me and my family just recently moved into Bel Air apartments. Just had a service call to replace filters and check smoke detectors. I met 2 maintenance workers, Orlando and Martin. They changed out the whole complex. Orlando was effective, courteous and just a nice guy. He switched out the filthy old filter, careful to protect my floor and furniture from any stray dust. The apartment complex was very dog friendly with an awesome dog park and dog wash along with dog stations all around always stocked with doggie bags. I looked at so many different apartments and these are honestly the best ones cleanest nicest property, the units are renovated with the light gray flooring everything about apartment is so nice, they have inside washer and dryer that are newer appliances. I just moved in here a few months ago.. considering the location and price point I thought I was moving into a good community..... i thought WRONG ........upon moving in I have seen many men and women at the odd hours of 12am-3am wandering around the community when i get home from WORK.... It was then I decided to have cameras around my place... come to find out yesterday one of my near by neighbors car was stolen!! Yes!! Stolen right out of this apartment complex!! I moved in almost 2 months ago to a 1 bedroom and I was honestly surprised reading the bad reviews on this complex. I have not had any issues with anyone at the front desk or maintenance. If anything, they have all been such a big help. Colleen helped me with my move in process and all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. She even came to check on me when my heater didn't seem to be working upon move in and maintenance was closed. Maintenance worked quickly to solve electrical issues in my unit within a couple of days and the communication was great. This complex has been home to me for two months and I can truly say I love it here. read more

I've lived here almost 5 years and this new company is the WORST one by a landslide. RUN don't Walk from this place. They are horrible at communicating with their residents and getting back to them. Many times I have called the office and no answer. Dogs bark constantly for hours on end. Walls are paper thin so don't have any important conversations in your bathroom. Lol all jokes aside tho..you can hear everythinggg! They have paving going on right now and it's taking a full week and we have nowhere to park. On top of that they are allowing residents to park in handicap and fire lanes while this is going on. Having a father that had disabilities and used handicap spots because he ACTUALLY needs it and to see that this management will put their construction priorities over someone's handicap needs is just sad.
