Honestly I've been living here a few months now. The maintenance team is great. Whenever I put in a work order in they get to it within a day or two. Parking here is BAD. If you plan on having visitors forget it. You have to be be early in the office to get a pass because they run out fast. Even with a pass there is no space in the visitor area for your visitors. There's cars parked there without passes overnight all the time. Even the resident parking isn't the best. If you're not home by like 8/9pm good luck finding a space to park. Another issue is residents leave there trash by their front doors for days. It's attracting pests. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. If the parking situation was better this would be 5 star apartments. read more

I for the Life of me!! 5 years. Cant understand Why when They need to enter your Apartment.. for any reason. They have no problem doing so... UNLESS its a Work order.. to fix things. You miss the phone call. You know maybe working. They will cancel the work order & good luck on getting rescheduled. Or putting a new one in.. Really getting Ridiculous. On Thursday, February 6, 2025, I parked my vehicle under carport #290 while visiting my boyfriend. Between the hours of 12:30 AM and 6:00 AM, my vehicle was stolen. A police report was filed with the Ontario PD at the Vintage Apartments. A few hours later, my vehicle was recovered after a police pursuit. The suspects escaped and are still on the loose. The police officer showed me a picture of a male and female suspects. Please stay safe, I wouldn't be surprised if they go back again to those apartments to do their thing. One "security guard" patrolling is useless for such a big area to cover. It's frustrating to see all the horrible things happening there lately. Yes office staff very friendly Samantha is a great help. The amenities are beautiful property kept in good shape. Only downside is paying utilities every month for water sewer and trash. Again, I do not recommend this Apartment. Security is too busy monitoring a pool side taking pictures of people with their families with a disrespectful/unprofessional approach, but yet fails to monitor the parking lots. Smh my Frustration with Vintage apartments are way past my limits,after yesterday. My rear wheels on my car were stolen. Apparently there is no camera coverage. My advice to all, is be alert about your items and your safety when you make it home. Obviously, someone is sleeping in their little patrol car on duty and fails to catch these thefts that has been occurring here. I've seen previous post about thefts and obviously Vintage Apartments haven't seem to resolve the solution. Just be safe walking home, who knows if next time it'll be someone safety at risk with how easy it is for people to come steal motorcycle ,license plates , and anything really. I spoke with the office and all they told me is to file a police report and there isn't camera coverage. There are past thefts that occurred here. They say speak with management but for what? They won't do anything about it. I don't feel safe here. These are the first apartments I've ever hated the moment I moved in. Staff is very nice but the constant trash we saw around was disgusting. I ended up pulling my application the day after I put my deposit.

I love my townhome here at Vintage. This is my 2nd time living here and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. Samantha and Adam in the office have been awesome and have helped me tremendously in getting the apartment I desired. The application and move in process have been easy and they answered any question or concern. Carlos and Sal on the maintenance team have far exceeded my expectations. Loved the layout of the apartment and the area. But I was looking for more amenities. But everything else was very good.

I really like my apartment, it's very spacious and comes with all the appliances. Patio is nice and big with a storage. The staff have been amazing and especially Samantha, she's always so polite, professional and willing to assist. My only complaint is the parking. My stall is more than a 5 min walk from my apartment, there're no open spaces for visitors and there's a limited number of handicapped spots. They have a basketball court, which is one of the reasons that I chose this complex, but it's been closed and they have no plans to open it up again. read more

Today I was scheduled to move into a new unit and when I arrived to the office to pick the keys up ALICIA was not available they said she would give me a call in 10 minutes once she returned and she never called me back so I went to get my cashiers check and returned and she was still not available she was sitting speaking to another person taking her sweet time instead of handing the keys over all paperwork was signed so there was no need for anything else but keys to be handed over the previous day before I went to go see the unit and the unit was not clean at all the toilets were disgusting the tub was cracked the counters were dirty just a lot going on and when I voiced my concerns she had an attitude NOBODY wants to move into a dirty unit especially when you have children I have a 5 year old and an 8 month old that's just unsanitary there job is to make sure the units get cleaned up before the Tenant moves in they had 3 weeks to clean the unit and check in on it she's just rude and has no empathy whatsoever just like the manager I wish Samantha was still here read more

I honestly enjoy living here. We have a great community manager named Adam Park. He genuinely cares and is always a pleasure to talk to. I've never had any issues or problems here. We also have a great maintenance guy Jorge. This past year we went through a live in remodel. It was such a smooth transition. I can't thank them both enough for making it so enjoyable to live here. Our apartments are always clean. They will always let us know about planned and scheduled maintenance. We are always aware that someone will be entering our home for any service issues or requests. They try to keep the community involved by doing food drives, toy drives, and costume contests. They genuinely care about their tenants here and take any complaints seriously. I love how they will have food trucks come and park by the leasing office frequently. It's nice to enjoy a day without cooking or a sweet treat. The only down side would be parking. But this is only a concern if you have several vehicles. Other than that you're great. read more

I love how these apartments have 1000 rats lol!!! Not only do they have them On the outside by the grills. They also live in the walls/ ac units and outdoor/ balcony storage. Is truly so amazing how they like to run into your private grills and eat debris from the pit. Another thing I enjoy is being harassed by the management!! The management here is smiles and giggles until you actually are apart of the community. THE BASKETBALL COURTS ARE NOT OPEN AND HAVE BEEN CLOSED SINCE 2020. & HUGE ROACHES ROAM THE HALLS ALL YEAR. I live in these apartments for a few months already and this has been the best living space I have lived in the front office person who helped us was Samantha and she made sure we got a good price on our apartment and she made sure that all of our issues or questions were taken care of through out the processes. If you would like to live in complex where it is always dirty here is Move in process was quick because of the beginning stages of Covid we had to sign the papers without seeing the apartment in person. Upon moving in we were told If we see anything wrong to let them know. The microwave was cracked and there were stains on the carpet. If you would like to live in an apartment complex that is dirty, not maintained correctly here's the place to be. I would only recommend if staying for a short period of time. The grounds are kept alright- there's dried gum in the floor hallways and dog poop everywhere because people don't pickup after their pets. The apartment it's self where do I start... plumbing needs to be checked. Even with going number 1 you have to flush multiple times. Service on it has been done and the advice given was to plunge every use..? The walls are VERY thin. I could hear my neighbors phone vibrate, I could here my neighbors yelling at their kids and their kids crying, you can also hear foots step, people having sex at every hour. (Video to show proof) Trash areas are a joke never clean , smell extremely bad and on the weekends you run into people dumpster diving. They focus on having food trucks come often but can't have been security. People in the community board website complain their apartments, garages and vehicles get broken into often and they give you little to no help fixing the situation Parking is a joke. Management seems nice but they're shady. There are a lot more things I can add to this post but I will just leave it at this. read more

Enrique has always been polite and more than willing to assist in any problems I may encounter in the apartment. I only lived here for almost a week and it has been a great experience so far. First off... Kylee has been the best from the first day I called her to the time of move-in. I also had some encounters over the phone with Stephanie and Erika who were also very nice. Everyone here has been super nice and accommodating. As for my apartment, I love it!! It has an open concept, spacious and plenty of light comes into the apartment. I've lived in about 4 other apartments, and this one by far has been the best.
