I use this parking spot every time I travel. It is safe and secure with covered parking. The shuttle runs all the time so your wait to get to and from the airport is short. In addition the customer service when you check in or check out is always friendly and before covid they would always offer me a cold bottle of water when I was checking out. You can't go wrong with this parking lot and the price is competitive. read more

Sunday evening July 23Rd approximately 8:30, my wife and me boarded the Parking Spot 1 bus driven by Kenneth M. My sat down and I was getting ready to sit when the driver decided he was in an extreme hurry to leave. I was thrown to the back of the bus hitting the row of seats on my left side. Driver did stop making sure I got up and got seated. Upon sitting I noticed my right elbow was bleeding. My left side rib cage starting to hurt. We arrived at the parking garage getting unloaded and Kenneth did apologize. I asked him to report this to his supervisor. Monday morning I did send an email from the website detailing everything out. A week later I sent yet another email and finally received a response that it would be sent to upper management. Now today two weeks after the accident I still have not heard anything. Backup the Monday after this happened I did visit a urgent care in Park City, UT to get checked and get X-rays taken. They found only some bruising no ribs cracked or broken. Still today I still have pain not 100%. My reason for posting the driver should always make sure the passengers are seated prior to taking off. Also I suggest questioning this operation a safe place to do business with. read more

There is no "update" option; users may either delete or add a form of payment, but not edit it. Worse, the "Help" available online is no help at all; no phone number, no email address. read more

This is a good place to park your car if you are heading out of town for a duration of time, the shuttle bus driver's service is commendable, they help you with your luggage loading and unloading and the convenience of dropping you off right by your parking spot is appreciated as well. The price per day is favorable especially the discount offered to airline employees, definitely recommendable. read more

I have been a loyal customer and parking at the parking spot for over 13 years now. The service and employees have always been great but they just doubled the rates for airline employees who park there. No notice or heads up. Just reduced the discount and doubled our rates. Parking at the South Economy Lot or even at the Terminal is much cheaper and convenient now. read more

They have two companies using the lot in PHX, I followed the yellow signs as instructed amd no spots were available, any open spots had a blue cone blocking it off, then an attendant ran me out of the isle, just told me to go somewhere else on the lot. :(. Let me start this review by saying I have been parking here for over 7 years. Over the last year I have noticed pricing going up significantly. In the past I was ALWAYS able to get a coupon for discounted parking..... now they don't exist. I was told that if I "made a reservation" it would be "discounted parking". So far I have tried at least three times to make a reservation and it tells me I have to pick a new time. In order to park you have to have the parking spot app which is ridiculous, I don't want parking spots app on my phone. I would prefer a key card but that's not an option. I'm not sure if management has changed or what the deal is but I'm not liking it. I'm going to find a new spot to park. read more

Parked there for from 5/16 to 5/23. When the passenger bus pulled up I couldn't figure out what was all over my truck. Apparently a flock of pigeons decided to crap all over my vehicle for the last week. I had to pick up my client for a 7:30 am trip to visit a site and instead of having a nice clean vehicle mine looked like a before picture for car cleaning product. It was very embarrassing. I asked the attendant if she could do anything like discount my stay since I had now had to get my truck cleaned and she stated with a straight face "there's nothing we can do it's an open garage". I could have parked at numerous other places for less and got the same results. Contact a pest control company, install netting, install noise machines, use owl statues that's all of the solutions off of the top of my head last night to her. read more

I was skeptical on using this company as I had used Blue spot parking prior to the company was bought out by the parking spot. We didn't have to wait long for both the ride to the airport or returning to retrieve our car. They truly out shined they last company as they weren't reliable. read more

So incredibly disappointed! Social distancing is not enforced!!!!! I normally enjoy working with The Parking Spot 1, but last night we had to wait an extremely long time, then when the shuttle came, there were a few people already on, but the driver added approximately 10 more people - there was a total of 14 people on the shuttle! Unfortunately for him, he didn't the $10 tip for the 2 small bags we had! We've been customers for many years, but now we're seriously thinking of going elsewhere. read more

I was in line at the south parking lot. There was a car in the next lane and they scanned in. So moved over and scanned in. The gate attendant was pissed i guess. I then parked in un covered. When i got on thr bus the gate attended 4 times over the radio said did you get the car that blew the gate. Lol no we did not. I mean how rude to keep saying that over and over. 3.2.23 at around 1pm. Gate attended . Female. I was not aware what I did was not ok, I get that but to continue to repeat over the radios I blew through the gate? She would not shut up. I give this place a 3 start is easy to reserve and they quick to pick you up. There is one thing you need to becareful when you reserve DO NOT pay in advance when you make your reservation if your fly cancel and you need to fly the next day they will not refund your money or change the date they have it in the little tiny prints and they not really friendly on the phone, that was my experience I don't know a bout any body else. If I was basing my rating on management's attitude, it would be a 2-Star Review. But the service itself is good. Good price. Safe lot. Friendly bus drivers. The manager Vince was rather rude to me on the phone. Had an issue with the online reservation system not allowing me to pay in advance, which Vince admitted was a technical problem. This issue was going to result in me having to pay upwards of $40 extra. Vince told me there was "nothing he could do about it". A rather shocking statement coming from the manager whose full name and number is the only one listed on the website. Seems like he would be the one person who CAN do something about it. It wasn't until I kept pressing Vince that he offered a solution. When I expressed that I wish we wouldn't have had such a hostile conversation before reaching this solution, he told me that I WAS THE ONLY ONE being hostile. Even if true, that is a hideous way to handle conflict resolution. I will continue to use The Parking Spot because it is a good business. But that was a disappointing experience for sure. read more

Made a reservation on line. The cost was to be $81. When I left the lot, I was charged $102. Bad management and/or computer system. Most places would stand by the cost shown on their web site. But, not the Parking Spot -- the charge more and don't seem to care. Poor customer service. read more

Whenever we need to park our vehicle (prior to departing Sky Harbor) we always use The Parking Spot! It's convenient and easy. I prepay online. Drive to The Spot. Am told where to park. The bus is right there to pick us up. Drivers are very courteous. Buses are clean. Lastly, I use my AAA discount and get a reduced daily rate. It doesn't get much better than this! read more

After years of using the economy parking at sky harbor I finally used the parking spot. I feel dumb for not using it years ago. The covered parking is about 10 bucks cheaper a day than the uncovered at the airport. They pull the shuttle right up to your car picking you up and bringing you back to it. The shuttles are always running and they're clean. I will be using this place every time I need long term parking. The service was great, it was during the holidays too and there was plenty of staff. read more

I've used parking spot 1 & 2 every few months for the last 1.5 years. Their reliability, convenience, friendliness and cleanliness are why I keep returning. I love that you can make a reservation online so you know you have a saved parking spots. There are always coupons on their website. You can even get your car washed or detailed while you are traveling. Very convenient and affordable airport parking! We used the service for the Memorial Weekend. We were flying out at on Thursday at 11.45pm, and returning around midnight on Monday. We parked at the Parking Spot 1 shaded parking. The whole process was extremely convenient. We made the reservation through the App. The drop-off and pick-up on the shuttle was prompt. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff helped with luggage (we paid him a tip). You can track the shuttles through the App. At checkout, they give you a nice cold bottle of water for each passenger in the car!!! Amazing service! The cost for covered parking is $10.95 per day, but I found a coupon on the website which gave me 30% off (since I parked for 4+ days; else it is 15% off). I would highly recommend this place to leave your car at the airport. Dont forget to print the coupons available online for a discount! Use the App! It is 109 in AZ and the busses have insufficient AC. At DFW, the busses were freezing during the summer, so they have the capability. Also, masks are not enforced even when the bus is full. Finally, there are still no drinks at the exit. My comfort level to take a drink is up to me (I am fully vaccinated), so water should be offered - especially after riding in the hot bus! read more

I have been a loyal parker there for years. Now I'm done. Their prices keep going up. They got rid of coupons. A longer stay last weekend due to a flight delay meant my meager reservation discount % got lowered from 12% - 9%. I was charged $8.70 for 1 hour 24 minutes over 2 -24 hour period, which were each charged at $13. That's 68% of a day's charge for 5.8% of a day. Ripoff!!!!! After I sent feedback, I got a terrible canned email response trying to pretend to be a personal note. Lots of other choices at more reasonable rates. Bye read more
