My new favorite place to park at PHX! Excellent service! We flew out and arrived at odd hours, but the service was still fantastic and quick! When we arrived, the shuttle picked us up right at our car. It was a quick drive to the airport. The driver got us right there, we didn't have to wait around to fill up the bus. When we arrived back, the shuttle was able to pick us up and take us right back just as quick! On departure they even give you a water and the rate is under $10/day!! So much good stuff to say!! I had prepaid a reservation for a trip i had planned, my plans had changed so i had emailed the company to cancel my reservation. Well after the reservation was supposed to be, they got back to me and said NO refunds on prepay. I would have Been happy with a credit. This place is doing everything right to make airport parking completely painless and easy. Join the Spot Club, make your pre-paid reservation online for about 6 bucks a day (uncovered parking). Then you use their QRL code on the Ap to check in and out, as they do not accept cash any more. Get free days after a few stays as well. Their shuttle buses pick up and leave all the time- I hardly ever wait more than 5-10 minutes! Too easy, would never use any other lot or service. read more

I've used parking spot 1 & 2 every few months for the last 1.5 years. Their reliability, convenience, friendliness and cleanliness are why I keep returning. I love that you can make a reservation online so you know you have a saved parking spots. There are always coupons on their website. You can even get your car washed or detailed while you are traveling. Was headed out of town and thanks to my late night/early Monday morning arrival back into the valley finding a friend to pick me up was slim to none, so I needed to find a place to park. Perfect place to park your car. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program online to avoid the reservation fee and to earn free days. If you have a AAA card, go to their site to get coupons for when you are leaving. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I've been parking at the parking spot for several years and I don't have any notable complaints. It's outdoor airport parking that tries to take it a level above and beyond. I give them a lot of props for trying to be better than the ordinary. It's the little things like free newspapers and bottled water that make the parking spot stand out. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor. Prices are ok. I tried the parking spot 2 because I'm tired of paying the always rising fees at the east economy lot at sky harbor. The shuttle driver picked me up at my car loaded my bags and dropped me off within 10 minutes of parking. I returned home caught the shuttle in less then 5 minutes and was back to my car in 10 minutes. The shuttle driver dropped me off at my car and unloaded my bags. I grabbed a couple free waters from the cooler at the exit. Gave the lot attendant my coupon and I was out of there for way less than the east economy lot. read more

This was our first time using the Parking Spot 2! We had excellent service from calling on the phone to inquire about how it works all the way through picking our Cadillac back up and exiting! The shuttle was very clean and comfortable, the drivers were very nice, and the cashiers were very knowledgable and friendly when we asked about the reward program! Stopped by because Sundance was full and recently increased their price. Although at at times more expensive than Sundance, the small extra expense is worth the peace of mind. NOTE! I found a coupon conventionally on their homepage. Faux leather seats and an easily recognizable bus in the chaos of airport traffic, getting picked up after hours can be nerve wracking. A+ for the drivers. C for the people at the entry gate. Regardless of how slow I come in, whoever is attending gate doesn't open window until AFTER I've scanned card. Thought maybe I needed to make more noise so they knew I was approaching. However, the car with the boom beats went through the same molasses-like person. Why does this matter? Easy to get to. Coming from Sun City West is fast. 10 to 202 to 40th street and you are there. The shuttle picked us up as soon as we locked the car. I'm 72 so it was nice to be helped with our bags. Short drive to airport and dropped off at the proper airline. Two words could be used to describe going to the airport (quick and safe). After a long day flying it was great to be helped with our bags. Almost no wait for the shuttle and then we were dropped off right behind our car. The free cold bottle of water hit the spot as we passed through the gate.
