Be ready to flag down or stand in the street as I watch the shuttle drive off without opening the door after stopping for about 5 seconds. Don't bother calling since they don't answer. Garbage. I paid extra for premium because I needed to get back to work after my flight. 40 plus minutes waiting on the app, calling them asking for pickup, nothing. Buses don't arrive, or don't stop because the phone operator says they must be full. You're probably better off parking elsewhere if you don't have an extra hour of your life to kill. read more

Horrible experience. TermA, Gate 5, pickup took 45 mins. At first, no buses (but could see them all over the App's map - none came thru TermA. One finally blew by, never looked. Called them, another coming. Second one blew by, didn't look. Called again. Dispatch said he'd send him back around, he didn't show. Called again. different guy tried to tell me I was in the wrong spot - well, I was leaning against the purple pickup sign - he said he'd tell dispatch. Nothing. Finally a third bus and I had to scream at him to stop. 45 minutes and all that nonsense - great way to end a trip AND miss the timeline to pickup my dog at the kennel. This used to be a very reliable and convenient service. In the last several months it has gone way down hill. We used to wait 10-15 minutes max, now 25 minutes is the minimum up to an hour. And when you call or go to the office, it's just bad excuses. The thing is you have to have a reservation to park at premium, they have an estimate of who and when is going to be there, but sure why they consistent have problems with this week in and week out. Whatever changes they made a couple of months ago they need to go back. We are just about done with using this service. read more

I just picked up my vehicle and parking rate was unbelievably high. Not it all matching the posted weekly rate on the lighted board upon entering. When I checked in on such a hurry to rush to a family emergency out of state. I read the rates and based on that, I pulled forward. Rates indicated $138 a week. Actual rate ( before taxes and fees) were more like $35 a day x $13 days.. I spoke to two persons on site, who were unable to provide any assistance other than the manager would be in on Monday, call back. I guess he was the driver supervisor who asked "Did I make a reservation before entering? And as I hadn't, they daily change the rates." Now upon entering, there was an attendant encouraging entrance who never mentioned this "policy", but did say that upon leaving, someone could assist me with my bill. I guess that should have been a hint that people frequently need assistance. Before writing this review, I read the company statement about reservation rates, but really??? A posted rate upon entry, plus no warning by the entry attendant that without reservation they are entitled to change rates daily is MORE THAN SUSPECT. Do yourself a favor. Use the airport onsite parking. Heck, upgrade that and make it valet. Pretty sure rate would be better. read more

Great experience every time! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. A shuttle is almost always at my car in 2-3 minutes then after picking nearby people we go direct to the airport. Shuttle pick up is very easy as well. The app lets my ask for a shuttle pickup, the map shows me where to go for pickup, and the map also shows where the shuttles are. Pickup is fast, then after picking up other people nearby we go directly to the Premium lot. The parking lot cover is impressive. This is a big place! They have chilled water at check out. With the free Parking Spot frequent parker account, I get free nights quickly. read more

Terrible experience!!!! Will never every park with parking spot again. It took almost 40minutes to get from my car to my terminal. I was the 2nd person picked up and the last one dropped off. I ended up missing my flight. I fly often and usually use DFW Express North Parking. I just wanted to try something new. BIG MISTAKE!!!. Had I parked in Express North I would have made my flight. Additionally, it was so hot on the bus it made me sick. I literally thought I was going to vomit by the time we arrived at my terminal. Absolutely AWFUL experience, even if I hadn't missed my flight, I would never park with parking spot again. Fix your app. It's showing the wrong pickup location for terminal c at DFW airport. Causes people to walk to the wrong end of the terminal then the only way you know that something's wrong is no one picks you up and you have to call in find out the real pickup location. Not good service read more

It's really hard to give them a good review. More than 80 days of parking annually for years and it just keeps getting worse every time I travel. I regularly watch only 2 vans in service during the busiest return flight times. I wait on average 30-45min for a pick up and watch PS south drive by 3 times before a single north decides to mosey on by. To top it off the terminal managers act like they hate their job when I've talk to them. I really believed they were the best when I started using them, I think it's time to find a new shuttle service. I do not recommend their services. read more

At the airport the delivery of my luggage was delayed and instead of calling for them to pick me up at 12 am I called at 12:11 am so they never answered the phone and justified themselves by telling me that I called 11 minutes later. Arrived at 5:25 am waited 10 minutes for shuttle. We loaded 5 additional people then proceeded to drive around the parking lot looking for another group of people. Obviously not enough shuttles based on the amount of time we looked for the last group. After nearly 40 minutes we arrived at my terminal but not the gate I was leaving from. We stopped to pick up 7people. I decided to get off and walk the distance to my gate. Please run more shuttles. This is not and was not premium service. Hoped my return experience would be better. It wasn't. Went to lower level used the app, stood there a while. Saw a bus going a bit faster than usual and in the outside lane. I had to wave my arms to get drivers attention. He stopped but stayed in the street. I had to cross 2 lanes of traffic and throw my bag in while he sat there. We then proceeded to stop at several other gates so I guess he was just "blowing" past mine. On the way out it said I owed money even though I prepaid. I had to track down an attendant to try and sort it out. She was rather unpleasant about it it all but after about 10 minutes finally let me leave. read more

Used this location twice so far and I've been so happy. The drivers have been there very quickly to get you to the gate and always helpful. Also coming home last trip just before midnight car wouldn't start and they had a jumper cart I got my car running within minutes of the key not turning over. Great long-term airport parking...if you know the process. We were leaving on vacation the day after Christmas for a week-long trip. Parking Spot has several locations in Dallas and in our hometown, Houston. STEP 1: Signup for the PS Spot Club I like using the Parking Spot when traveling. If you signup for the Spot Club, you can get a free day of parking for every 7 days paid. You will also see your reservations online, receive offers in email and can go "ticketless" (although you need your Spot Club card at entry and exit). STEP 2: Reserve a spot. Most of the time, you may not need to do this. When I called the DFW parking spots a few days before Christmas, PS2 was the only place I could find an opening. Recommended during peak times. Note that Spot Club members get free reservations, while others are charged a $5 fee. Although I did not have the club card in hand yet, I was still able to get a free reservation after immediately signing up for the Spot Club. STEP 3: Print your coupons. PS has coupons included in mailers, but also offers coupons on a "hidden" part of their website. On the right side of the PS website, click on "Airport Locations" and then the location you are going to visit. A coupon link will appear that will save you a good amount of money. I cannot find the coupon link on the regular reservations area of the PS website. Returning from my holiday trip, I saved $25 on a week of parking using a coupon. STEP 4: At baggage claim, call the phone number on your PS ticket to get a shuttle. Although I normally see PS shuttles continuously going by at the Houston airport, I did not see this at DFW. Recommendations from other Yelpers to call when arriving at DFW baggage claim is a great tip. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle. Ensure you also ask the driver what location they are going to before jumping on the shuttle. The shuttles are normally marked with their specific names and locations, but it doesn't hurt to ask to be sure. Other perks for PS include free bottled water (nice!) when exiting and car care services (I have never used them). PS also has an iPhone app, but I do not see much value in it. PS, please add your Spot Club card to Apple Wallet like all of the major airlines do. It would also be nice to automatically call a shuttle when I arrive at the airport. read more

They tell you which row to park in based on your departure gate and then stuff you into a bus that will visit every terminal. I get they have to serve the entire airport but if you park in the row for D & E, why do you get a full tour of DFW? I wouldn't be so irritated, but the first bus that stopped for me and 2 other people in my parking row said I had to wait for another bus. I guarantee you the first bus went to D & E and there were seats open on that bus. BTW - I was the ONLY person going to terminal E on the bus I ended up on. Good thing I wasn't pressed for time. You'd best plan ahead if you choose to park here. read more

After being turned away at the first lot they suggested we try their premium lot. With time dwindling down,we had about an hour and half till our flight, we decided to to try the premium lot. The only thing premium is that it's covered. When we got there they told us to go park they were sending someone to pick us up. We parked waited no one was coming so we walked to the front where several shuttles were parked we asked 4 different shuttle drivers if they could take us all declined . It was either their break they just cleaned theirs was going home etc it was two o'clock in the afternoon. A dispatcher or someone came out of the building finally and told us to wait over on the second row of cars he had already called for someone. We said fine we just don't want to be late. It was 38 minutes before someone took us finally to the terminal. We still had about 30 minutes till our flight after arriving to the terminal finally. I sent my partner to the gate and I went to check my bag. Finding out they had dropped us at the opposite end of the terminal for our airline. When I got to the counter they said I had to rebook because I hadn't checked the bag 45 minutes before the flight left. Long story kinda shorter we got separated and my partner and I ended up taking separate flights. Costing us a ton more money! read more

I like the Parking Spot 2 much better. Nicer folks here. Unless, they're all the same employees, just happened to run into a nicer one that day? I guess Parking Spot 1 is covered parking, parking spot 2 is not. I use them often when traveling out of Dallas Love Field. Reasonable prices & reservation fee is waived when you become a Parking Spot Club Member. Reservations are highly recommended on busy travel holidays as you get first priority when lots get full. TIP: 10% coupons available in your airline magazine. read more

Shuttles come very late the staff that answers phones are very rude. I asked the ETA of the next shuttle a woman responded by saying first of all where are you and what's an eta. If you don't know what that means why are you a dispatcher. They also answer phones as if they're answering a personal phone call. Poor poor service. read more

First off, I do want to say that I frequent many Parking Spots and usually have 5 star experiences. I think I learned my lesson with this location. Coming to the airport, the driver totally missed my gate; he went to A C and then announced D E and when I said mine was B, he said: "oops I thought you said D". I should have known since I was the only one whose gate he did not write down. That day, they packed out the shuttle with no empty seats, so he had a ton of drop offs. I got to the airport with 30 minutes to spare until my flight and luckily I am TSA Pre and no checked bags. Upon my return, I am glad I called in to let them know I arrived and stated my B as in Bravo gate and where I was waiting. It took 20 minutes for a shuttle to arrive and while waiting, I saw 6 shuttles for North and South. Not sure if 2 just doesn't get a lot of people with the covered parking, but the other two appear more popular. I write this to say, if you're in a rush, you probably shouldn't use this location, although at Lovefield all location shuttles come every 5 minutes. As I am writing this, I timed that I landed one hour ago and have an appointment in Plano in 30 minutes, which I hope I won't be too late with traffic. The plus is that both drivers were polite and the shuttles were blasting the AC which was nice. read more

By far the worst service I have ever received from the parking spot. You should never do premium. Took 25 mins for a shuttle to get us to take us to the airport and then the shuttle broke down on the way to the airport which added another 15 mins to remedy that disaster. After arriving home to catch a bus to go back to the car, 3 parking spot south busses have driven by offering no assistance. The app says that the parking spot has detected our location and will send someone right away, and then after 15 mins of waiting with nothing we called and were told we were originally supposed to call. This business needs to get their app and actual process on the same page and start prioritizing their customers. read more

I use this location of The Parking Spot whenever I fly out of DFW because they have covered parking and are pretty consistent with pick-ups and drop-offs, so I've never felt rushed or stressed out. Not only is it much less expensive than parking at the actual airport, but you can reserve spots online to make sure you've got a space in the covered section. Then you get dropped off at your terminal and can head on into security. Definitely the best solution if you can't get dropped off by a friend! read more

I have used the Parking Spot 2 exclusively for 4 years and have found it to be a great place to park. I use the covered parking and pay the extra couple of dollars because of our unpredictable weather. It is so easy to get to from 114 as it is less than 30 seconds from the exit (if you get stopped at the red light). The people have been pleasant and I reserve online before my trip. Sometimes it can be a 15 minute wait for the bus to make the rounds to get to terminal E where I disembark but that's the price you pay for not flying out of terminal A (as in American Airlines)! read more

I use TPS 2 every time I fly (2+ round trips per month) and the points rack up. I always call for pickup when I land and have been waiting less and less for a shuttle as the years go on. Most drivers are friendly and hop to their feet to help you with your bags. Sure, there's the occasional slow driver that doesn't smile, but that's okay - I just don't tip him. They always pick up the phone by the second ring and it's always an efficient conversation with the folks on the other line. A note of constructive criticism is that their point redemption is a bit weird. I haven't found a way to reserve a long visit with a partial redemption of points (like if I wanted to park for 2 weeks but only had enough points for 1). read more

I always park here when I fly, it's super easy. The shuttle always pulls up as I'm getting my suitcase out, they keep an eye on you as you drive in. On the way back, the shuttle is easy to spot because it's the only one that says 2 (no need to remember north or south), they drive around frequently. I've only had to call them once when I arrived around 11pm. They drop you off right at your car and the drivers have always been nice & helpful with my suitcase. Parking spot 2 recently added a new van to their rotation (although it isn't enough to make up for the super bumpy construction roads of DFW). Tip: Always use a coupon! Coupons are provided on their website for specific locations or can be found in American Airlines' in-flight magazines ;-) If you travel a lot, might as well sign up for their card, easier to track down receipt to claim on expense reports. read more

when I showed up, they had no spaces, so I had to leave my car and then they parked it. I am pretty sure it was left outside for a few days because it was super dirty when I came back in town. But I did get to pay for 14 days of covered parking.. also 30-40 minutes to be able to get dropped off because we had so many people getting dropped off and this was 10am on a weekday. Then I got to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle bus when I came back. I called the office number multiple multiple times in the 40 minutes but no one ever answered the phone. I would give them one star but hey they didn't damage my car and my car wasn't stolen.. I wasn't able to use my coupon either because no one was there to leave so I got to pay full fare and I asked if I could use it on the way in and they told me no. Parking spot 2 has dropped in service level. It appears that they know you have to park so they don't have to try very hard. Arrived early morning. No one at the gate but I had my Spot Card so let myself in and found the first spot. Quickly got out and watched for bus. One drove past in other lane thought they'd be back. Nope...watched them drive our of the lot. Another bus came down my aisle. Got about halfway, picked up someone then turned down center aisle. Again watched them drive off lot. So I walked to office building and idling bus. Got someone's attention. He told me I needed to wait and they'd get me. I told him what happened and he decided he'd stoop so low to get me to airport. Wait time at night is unacceptable. ..story is similar. There are other places and I'll be using them from now on.. read more
