Thanks to my fellow yelpers I found a really good breakfast/brunch spot. I arrived about 1 PM and found a spot on the patio to enjoy the great weather. I had the breakfast burrito covered with green chili and it was so good, the green chili is not that hot but has a good taste. The burrito is a good size and it really hit the spot since I hadn't had breakfast. The service was attentive without being bothersome and plenty of pleasant attitudes and smiles from the staff. I will be back to enjoy another breakfast burrito when I happen to be in Boulder on a Saturday. They close at 2 PM on Saturdays so get there early. read more

You have to be really good to bring me out of my Yelping retirement. And to have me posting the review before we've left. We headed here based on reviews from you fine people and you certainly didn't let us down. Our goal was to fill up before our rafting trip and that goal was definitely achieved. I had the Migas Quattro Queso. Holy amazing - perfect amount of spice and zing paired with delicious cheese and green chili sauce. Best Migas I have ever had...and we lived in San Antonio for three years so that is saying a lot. The other three in our group were so happy with their choices as well. Katie was our server and she has a huge personality, awesome sense of humor and took great care of us. Sit outside on the patio and stare at the amazing scenery. You won't be disappointed. read more

I'm not sure why, but the Parkway Cafe decided to remove their best dish from the menu- the buenos dias torta. I've been going there for years and ordering this delicious breakfast sandwich, but when I went today it was no longer on the menu. When I asked if they could still make it they said no. Parkway Cafe management, if you are reading this PLEASE BRING BACK THE BUENOS DIAS TORTA!!!! All of my friends are also very disappointed that this is no longer on the menu because it is clearly a fan favorite. read more

This is my Boulder based families go to spot for local breakfast. They have a fantastic menu, and specialize in Mexican dishes! Everything is always super fresh, and everything is homemade. Staff are experienced and friendly. Today Melissa was our server today, and was fantastic. She didn't miss a beat, which was easy to do, with a party of 20! They are often very busy and often parking could be a Little down the road, so leave a few minutes to park. read more

This place is my secret go-to favorite breakfast spot in Boulder! I'm unnecessarily careful about who I take here, so it doesn't become an overcrowded tourist spot. Located off of 47th St and Pearl in East Boulder, The Parkway has a cute patio and is a great spot post-hike or post-climbing to enjoy breakfast enchiladas, eggs your way or my fave - nopales (cactus). OMG. On weekdays they have an awesome $6 breakfast deal, I love meeting coworkers here before work or turning a morning meeting into a breakfast meeting! read more

Came here while in Boulder with my friend. We chose it based on yelp! reviews and we were not disappointed in the least! Thank you Yelp!!!! I ordered the Mexican Breakfast and it was soooooo good. I practically licked my plate. Perfectly cooked eggs, delicious salsa, so comforting. I ate the whole thing because I just couldn't help myself. My friend ordered the blueberry pancakes and she was very happy too. I took a bite and they were delicious. Our waitress was awesome. We told her we were from out of town and she gave us a bunch of tips...and then went and asked around to get us even more information! Great service too. If you come here looking for a fancy place, you will be disappointed. It is not fancy, but it IS great food, warm people, classic diner breakfast place. You could walk in to here in your PJs looking like crap and they would smile, seat you, pour you some coffee, and give you excellent food. Note: IT IS off the beaten path. The Good: One of my favorite breakfast diners in Boulder. A locals' favorite tucked away off the beaten path, the Parkway is a low-key but bustling breakfast joint where you can count on getting your coffee fast (and refilled!) and enjoy a tasty, affordable American breakfast without fuss. The Bad: Nothing really! The Food: Classic, simple diner food done right. Awesome Mexican-inspired specials. The Service: Fast, friendly, efficient service. Knowledgable about the menu & specials. Hole-in-the-wall place with SUCH good food! We bought the chilaquiles and migas for breakfast. We're from Texas so I would like to think we have a good taste for good Mexican breakfast and this place has got it going on. Chilaquiles were definitely fresh and the sauce has a ton of flavor. The migas was also fantastic. Only down fall is the coffee is super weak but easily overlooked because the food was so great. read more

If you like no-frills greasy spoons then try this place. It's located in an industrial area and many of the customers are regulars who work around there. This gives the place a real homey feel. The waitresses are classic diner waitresses who make you feel right at home, and the service is excellent. The diner is a large place with plenty of room between seating areas. There's even an outdoor seating area. They do a good business, yet usually there's no wait. The food is typical diner fare and everything I've ever eaten there has been great. I recommend it highly. read more

A diamond in the rough! Tucked away in an industrial part of Boulder sits the Parkway Cafe. Their menu boasts traditional breakfast and brunch eats as well as some Mexican choices. I had the breakfast enchiladas and they were TDF! Fresh, fluffy eggs cooked with green peppers and onions, then stuffed into a pillowy corn tortilla. Yes, pillowy! Not dry and crumbly like corn tortillas are known to be. The green chili was fabulous and I couldn't decide whether to drink it or smother it over my entire plate. The Parkway potatoes were seasoned and cooked to perfection and the refried beans just the right touch to complete the dish. The only thing that wasn't spectacular was the coffee but it was on par with what you usually get in a diner. I will remember this place the next time I find myself in Boulder for breakfast! read more

I ordered online then showed up past when they said it would be. Then they handed me the wrong order. Then proceeded to call me and ask me to come back all to blame me when I walked into the restaurant. The worst part is for all the hassle the food wasn't even edible and they didn't give me half my order. read more

This place was so cool! It was packed but they had a great seat yourself system. The food had a strong Mexican influence and was AMAZING! Their reformed beans were everything. I had a three sides breakfast and my boyfriend had the breakfast burrito with chorizo - YUM YUM YUM! The restaurant was right off what looked like a biking train. What a great place to have breakfast or lunch right before/after a ride. I wish we were staying an extra night so we could eat here again! read more

Location is in an industrial area but don't let the look deceive you: food is pretty good. Met with a friend to do some work, and had the tacos all pastor. Really good. We sat outside too which was really nice: they have quite a bit of seating in their outside space. read more

Stumbled upon this little gem when helping a friend look for a new apartment. It was great! The service is absolutely wonderful - I believe we've gotten the same server each time who is incredibly nice, funny, and extremely attentive. There were gluten-free options for me and plenty of awesome options for the others. It was so delicious that it became a weekly visit for a while. Sure, it's busy, but why wouldn't such a place be? Not to mention, I have never once been made to feel rushed there; The atmosphere is very comfortable and kind. There's kind of a sense of "oh nelly, I better hurry on up since the line is so long" but that's maybe my own internal thing. Both food and service are tremendous. read more

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and opted for the raspberry donut, which was incredibly fresh and tasty. It was quite busy on this weekday afternoon. There was consistently a line, so I could tell it's a popular spot. Plenty of people inside sitting at tables and on their laptops too. I only saw street parking. The breakfast sandwich (with sausage) was good - the bun it was on was super soft and a mismatch for the structured sandwich. It ended up being hard to eat. The Roman sandwich was ok but had too much cheese. Our coffee (drip and an oatmilk latte) were good. It was busy on a Tuesday morning at 8:30, we were lucky to get a table for two.
