Always a good quick burger, better than most in this price range. We probably have stayed with our usual single patty order but tried the double tonight. Neither of us could finish that amount of meat, no matter how tasty. The lettuce and tomato was ample and fresh, the cheese nicely melted, the special sauce quite messy though so very tasty. My iced tea was just as ordered, same for my husband's Arnold Palmer, which included his refill. We'll be back again but stick with the single next time. Worth trying for sure but made for bigger appetites. Lots of screen if you want something to watch. Friendly efficient staff. Just a little more variety would be nice. Good friend recommended this and I finally got here. Now they won't be able to get rid of me. The environment is awesome. Clean, upbeat and lots of TVs with sports on. I love sports so this is my jam. Employees Sarah and Pasha were so friendly and helpful and happy to direct me to my choices. Whoever does the hiring here, well done! Give these employees a raise, a bonus, whatever your company does to recognize their exemplary customer service. The burger is smash burger style and fabulous. I'm a creature of habit once I find the menu items that appeal to my palate and belly. I'll likely just add more pickles and onions to up the deliciousness. And I'll get some extra special sauce on the side to dip my fries in. It's super tasty! I will try the onion rings next time just to mix it up. We went here shortly after they opened so my review is a bit late. The burgers are smash burgers that are some of the tastiest. They use high quality beef and you can tell. It's a casual space with a friendly and accommodating staff. They really don't have a "full bar" as the only wine one can get is in a can. I had a margarita and it was delicious and fresh. Not too sweet. I will definitely give this another go when I'm in the mood for a smash burger. read more

Another failed business in Boulder. Don't bother with it. The food is marginal at best- over hyped. Floor manager was extremely rude and unprofessional as was her superior. There are so much better places to eat on Pearl St. We won't be back. read more

C Burger is literally right below my office on Peart Street. I have been their several time now and have had a very tasty burger with some incredible sides. Both the fries and onion rings are delicious although I prefer the rings. If you want an elevated burger and sides done right you should try out C Burger! read more

Smash burgers are very in right now for a good reason. If done well the umami beef, the crispy edges, the fixings and grilled bun all come together for the perfect bite. Textures meet flavors and these trendy treats knocked it out the park. The staff are friendly and the food comes out fast. We split the C-Burger. Bacon cheese double smash patties with pickles was hitting. Inside of crispy onion rings dipped in the crack C- sauce was more than enough.....and.....we threw in an order of the chicken nugz just to try them. Coated with a panko-like crust, the nugz cracked and crunched with joy revealing tender white meat chicken. They are a must try! Everything was delicious, hot and fresh tasting. What a treat and I'll certainly be back next time I'm in town!! read more

Quite a nice surprise! Okay c Burger - I "C" you!! Went with a few friends and sat outside. Heaters were a nice touch to warm our colder bodies after dipping in the creek. Service was prompt and affable. Recommended a few items and we dug right in! Excellent onion rings - fried to perfection and sat nicely en mi estomago. Complimented that with the chicken sandwich which tickled a part of my brain I didn't even know existed. Frosted beer glass was the final *chefs kiss* on this outing. read more

Service - great. I was the only one there. Ambience - it's a diner vibe. Clean. Ok. Food - disappointed. For a company like Corrida Cattle Co who prides itself on their beef, serving only "smash" burgers - paper thin, over salted patties is a shame. The buns were equally thin, as was the bacon and cheese. I ordered the BBQ-Bacon-Cheese burger (single). The whole burger sandwich was about 3/4" thick. The onion rings were excellent though. Why don't they offer a full sized, juicy cooked to temperature burger, on a real bun? Where's the beef? I didn't have my phone with me so could not take a picture. So.. at $24 out the door including a 20% tip, I expected a LOT more. Next time I will walk across the street and get a West End Tavern burger, a real burger, not a skinny overcooked smash burger, with fries, for $17. Or, I'll drive over to Good Times, for a natural beef deluxe burger, for $7. read more

Great burgers at a good price. Regenerative beef and fries done in beef tallow amp up the flavors. We enjoyed the CBurger and S2 Burger. We got the herbed tallow fries and onion rings. Also tried the chicken bites which were perfectly breaded and crispy. We got the chipotle aioli and CBurger sauce for dipping. Everything was excellent. They offer craft beer and domestic, and a standard cocktail menu (margs and mules) with a couple of interesting additions. I had a fernet and Coke and my husband had the frozen C which is spiced rum and Dr Pepper. They also have soft serve ice cream for dessert! Highly recommend and we will def be back. read more

Smash burgers are the main feature here and reasonably priced. They tasted very fresh and the options were appealing. The C Burger has crispy jalapenos and a chile aoli. Surprisingly, the only cheese option is American. The veggie burger was just as tasty. Tallow fried onion rings and French fries rounded out the order. Table service was low key. There's a full bar (with reasonable cocktails) and soft serve ice cream as well. The ambience feels like a fast casual place and the up tempo music was *almost* too loud. The burgers were all outstanding - shroom and Swiss cheese, LTC, classic and Attila. The salads, kale and Caesar, were good too. Service was also outstanding. The prices are very reasonable.
