Year after year Crystal has been nailing my hair requests. Taking me from dark to blonde and back to dark. She always does an amazing job painting in a full balayage and cute style cuts. I went into that to see Samantha. I was debating between a short A line bob and a longer one with side bangs. I also need to lighten my hair as it was black and I wanted to get closer to medium brown to grow out my hair. The cut I ended up with is very messy and uneven. It's not an A line at all... I posted pictures so you can see. The color turned out ok but only after I asked her to correct the uneven light chunks that she was going to send me out with. It's very red which she warned me about so i'm not too upset about that... I just wish the cut wasn't so messy. I was really disappointed because she was extremely personable and said she knew how to do the precision cuts. I paid a large amount of money and now have to go somewhere else to get it evened out and more of an A line effect.

What a cozy & cute salon! I contacted Tammy very last minute about Bridal Party spray tans and she was so kind and accommodating. We were offered beer, water & wine when we came in for our services- my S/O came and waited in the waiting area and was also offered a beer and a cozy couch to wait on (THAT'S customer service!) She got us in the day before the wedding and gave us four girls wonderful spray tans. We had previously gone elsewhere and they messed our spray tans up pretty badly & so being the day before the wedding we were very nervous about attempting a second spray tan. Tammy did an amazing job! I highly recommend any bridal parties to book through her for their aesthetic and tan needs! You won't regret it! read more

I requested a service that was extremely unflattering. I requested a undercut pixie haircut with vivid colors. I was referred to the "color specialist" that would be great with the pixie cut and color. I received no color, he did not know how to do the color, or the cut. I did not realize this until well into the cut, and by the end he said he could not do the color because he had cut it too short. I did not realize he was a beginner and not a professional. I was extremely misinformed. He cut off ALL of my hair. And it Is ruined. read more

I've been going to Crystal for 2 years now, and EVERY single time I get my hair done I get stopped and asked who did my hair. She has taken me from me accidentally dying my hair neon orange at home, to honey blonde, bright blonde, brunette - you name it. I have super curly / thick hair and she's literally the only person I trust to do it, and I always know she's gonna do an amazing job!! Had a great first time tan with Tammy. I don't get them often and only for events BUT I loved her product and her method. Organic and clean and doesn't leave a film or smell ans is just a seamless even tan. I will seriously consider a membership read more

This is the cutest little salon with some big talent! I have had nothing but 5 star service every time I have come in for nails, spray tan and lashes. The location couldn't be better and the compliments I've had on my spray tans, nails and especially my lashes tell me I'm not the only one that thinks they're one of the best places in Bend. I've been with the most amazing stylist for over 3 years now and with the opening of The Parlor over a year ago now I have settled into her new location and LOVE IT!!!! I can't give Tristin enough credit for being able to manage my mane, I've got a TON of very long hair with uneven curl and texture. Turning out an even tone on highlights for me has always posed a problem for other stylists. Tristin has made me completely worry free when I sit in her chair. I recently entrusted her to take my hair up to a long bob AND IT IS PERFECT for summer. She did a Brazilian blow out to settle the frizzies around the frame of my face and now I can have a completely new look than I've ever had. I can now blow dry, flat iron and throw in a few beach curls all within 30 minutes!!!! Before it took at least 30 just to get dry! I showed her an "inspiration pic" and it was dead on!!! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful Tristin!!! The compliments I've received in the last week are all to your credit. LOVE IT!!! read more

I went to see Tristin and first of all she is AMAZING! super caring, and really wants you to leave feeling happy and beautiful! I showed her a few pictures for ideas and BAM! She made it happen. My mom has been going to her for about a year now, and I do not live in the Bend area, but when I visit, I know who I will go to to do my hair and that is Tristin! I love going to The Parlor! Go to Tammy to get waxing and skin treatments, she is amazing! I've been going to Tammy for a long time and every time she does my eyebrows they're always perfect. And when you're ready for a new hair color or style, go see Jaisey. Im kinda picky with my hair and only get it done once In a while, but I tried out Jaisey and was surprised. She did a balayage for me and I'm very happy. I'll be going back to her for sure! read more
