Over a month ago, the owner George came to our home to give us an estimate. He took all the measurements and told us he would give us the estimate via email the following Monday. This was almost 2 months ago, we have called him back 4 times and left messages that have not been returned. I'm writing this review because we are finally giving up on them and thought I would share our negative experience as there are many other fencing companies in the area and it seems like we wasted our time on North Dallas Fence. Update: Finally got in contact with George (more than 2.5 months later) and he constantly tries to belittle you. We let him know that we had changed our mind about doing the 8ft fencing and wanted to do the smaller sized fences that he previously quoted. He acted like a jerk via email and told me to go get a handyman because he was obviously upset our job wasn't going to yield him enough money. Such little regard for customers, he sounded like the handyman and not a professional. I would stay away from this company, they do not keep record of their customer interactions and they will fight you if you ask for simple information, complete waste of our time.

I asked them to remove several sick shrubs, design and install new shrubbery and an irrigation system, and put down new sod on most of my yard. They kept me informed about scheduling and worked quickly. All of their employees were professional, friendly, and eager to please. There work was great. They even came back after final payment to adjust my irrigation timer and add some additional sod at no cost. I highly recommend them.

During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well.
