How hard/long to boil eggs. I went with a Caesar salad. The food came out quickly. The gumbo was light on the rice, but had plenty of shrimp and sausage. Was more like a soup, but a good taste. I needed a desk to work and asked to switch rooms again, but was told no in a way that felt unwelcoming. Overall, not a great experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
