I'm not sure if they have changed the groomer in this place but my pet came out injured and scared. Their behind near the anus looked red and bruised with a blood spot on it. They kept liking it and winning about it. I do not recommend this place. They don't open at the time they say and their groomers are too aggressive with the way they handle the pets. I recommend either avoiding this place or being firm with them regarding your pets needs and way they need to be handled. Today I was visiting my mom when she told me what happened to her this week at this establishment. My mom went to the store to see if her dog could get serviced and the guy started yelling at my mom and accusing her of dropping off two dogs and never picking them up. My mom was shocked and told him there was no way and that was not possible, to review his cameras. After continuing to yell at her. He then asked her to leave her dog, she said No and promptly left. When I lived in the area many years ago, I stopped Taking my dog because it was too expensive and on top of that he lost my dogs collar. Terrible place, 0 stars would not trust my dog. First time coming here with my cat. I feel because he was a cat he was placed last on the list. Brought him here for a bath and whatever was included in package. I was told two hours. When I didn't receive the call for pick up by 1:30 pm I called them. I was told he wasn't ready. That he was being dried. I gave them the extra hour. I called back he was still not ready at 2:30 pm. She said they needed another hour. So I called back at 3:45pm. He was still not ready and they needed another 20-30 minutes. At 4:15pm I show up and was still not ready. I peeked I the back and saw 6 small dogs. (3 being worked on, 3 in kennels) I feel they ignored my pet cause he was a cat. I was told by the lady drying him, that he peed and pooped himself so they rebathe him. Honestly I feel he was left unattended and wet and that is why he did his deeds. It looked more as if to them a cat wasn't important. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!The dogs were the priority here. All pets should be treated as priority! Not gentle or patient or professional at all with dogs aren't used to haircuts my doggy came back even without a nail blamed it on the dog.

This was my second time coming here. The first time was for my English bulldog for her birthday. She just needed a bath and her nails cut, teeth brushed. Normal stuff. It seemed like they didn't do anything! I don't know why I decided to give them a second try. If they couldn't even do the basics, why would I think they could give a puppy an actual cut???? Dumb, I know. I took my maltipoo puppy here to get her cut that I had already done refined. I showed the groomer 3 pictures of a teddy bear cut that she had MORE THAN ENOUGH hair on her head for, he said he understood. I picked her up 3 hours later and what I got looked like my baby belonged to a crack head who cut her hair with kindergarten scissors. It's uneven and not blended at all where it needs to be. 3 hours and all they had to do was shape her face and paws. They fucked that up. Then put bows and a bandanna on her to cover the shitty job up and the bows were glued in so I had to rip them out. My baby is so embarrassed by what they did to her. They took good care of my elderly dog Sookie. She is cranky, doesn't like to be scrubbed but she came back looking spic and span. She smelled great for days and was happy and calm after her grooming appointment. Intake was easy, it's probably the first time I felt like that didn't need to hide her attitude. Had a friend take her pup here to get groomed and did a horrible job. They ended up giving him a pretty decent sized scar that needed to have stitches. Poor pup needed to be taken to the vet to get his wound cleaned, booster injection and staples done that was paid out of pocket from my friend. Horrible place and practice and do not recommend this facility at all. read more

I am in absolute shock how friendly the staff is. Not only did they provide my puppy with the best shower but how awesome the groomers are. This is really one of the best grooming places in LA. So, I am not the type to leave reviews and I should have done this a lot sooner. I took my Persian cat to be groomed at this shop to support a small business. I actually, loving support small business and be fair with all. I recently, saw a post that caught my attention on their Instagram (in which they deleted my comment and blocked me from for leaving an honest comment!) When , I took my Persian cat I had her groomed. When they called me to pick her up, I walked in. They did not pay attention to detail. She was tamed and shivering. Did not want to look at me or let me hold her. Little did I know when I brought her home she developed a rash underneath her paws and thighs. She had multiple small cuts on her belly. Like if the trimmer pulled her skin. She was depressed for a couple of days. I had to east my way to gaining her trust, to NEVER take her back to this place again. Be careful where you take your furr babies some places do it for money and some because they love what they do! read more

I brought my dog here, and I was surprised at how tame she was, she's usually wild and crazy when it comes to baths and strangers but she walked right in and didn't look back. I call them the dog tamers or dog whisperers. My dog smelled so good for days and customer service is great too. Place is pretty nice and clean. read more

Good price, friendly workers, great cuts and they leave little bows and bandanas on all the pups. They even have a little photobooth station.
