Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Most groomers do multiple dogs at once--and your dog sits in a cage in the meantime. Not great. Maria is working with just one dog --yours--from start to finish--so it's way less stress for your baby. I should also mention that Maria is the best, kindest, most competent dog groomer in the DMV. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. Bella came out to greet her and evaluate her. She charmed, cherry blossom, and even gave her a kiss on her snoot. She shared that she has a standard poodle herself. Cherry blossom came out looking like a supermodel. Not to overhear, but we liked how well her ears were cleaned and plucked, and her toes were so nicely rounded. We also picked up a birthday cake for her as well as some holiday treats. The price was so affordable we have been back regularly and no longer use other local vendors We're gonna do a fun and exciting summer poodle. There is no "free" meet and greet and stay per the employees. The "stay" is mandatory and charged after per the employee when the larger Dogtopia company said that was complimentary. Not worth my money to take off work to do a temperament meeting and then forced to have a "stay" before a trip to test things out.

I stumbled upon this place after visiting family. Normally we take our dog to Pet Supplies Plus…read morebecause we enjoy washing our dog ourselves. But since our dog had a butt mishap (aka we tried to trim his butt at home) we thought he needed some professional help. We called this place and got an appointment the next day. If you are new they require rabies documentation for your first visit. During the phone call, they just ask general questions on your dog's name, weight, your info, and times you can come in. In addition, they are very upfront with their fees. We told them our dog weight/breed so the receptionist gave us a range so we knew what to expect. I believe they give a range because until they see the dog, they won't know what extra things might need to be done. The day of the visit, we felt very welcomed and seeing all the dogs in the back and in the front waiting area gave our mind ease. Our dog is quite shy and a scaredy cat (except at the dog park, go figure lol). Upon checking in, one of the groomers came out saw his butt and knew he needed to be saved from a haircut got wrong. Although shy, as soon as we let him behind the gate with the groomer, he was quite willing to follow them...but very slow. They gave him a little butt trim and a very good wash that including nail trimming which took roughly 3-4 hours. When picked up he smelled so good, looked extremely happy and calm, and had the cutest bandana on him. The price we paid was less than what we were quoted on which was awesome. But this is probably because he didn't need much of a cut. We definitely plan to use this place in the future as all staff was very kind, all the dogs we saw in the establishment (including ours) were quite calm/happy/excited. The price is reasonable and I like that you can get quoted where they give you a range from the cheapest it could be to the most expensive.

Basic wash fee gets you access to their tubs with adjustable temp water sprayers, assorted shampoos, towels, and high powered blow dryers with different nozzle attachments. They have 5 self wash tubs with ramps and washing harnesses (so your collar can stay dry). Also there are rubber aprons for your convenience to minimize your secondhand shower. Blowing out that undercoat helps with heavy shedders A LOT. Come to the dog wash so you don't destroy your house every time you wash your floofy friend. This store has a large selection of treats and food as well. Our good boy gets to pick a cookie as a reward after the water torture. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

They are all careful and take their time and truly care about your dog. We have had Kate many times and she has gone out of her way to make sure he is groomed so perfectly and truly cares about my dog. Noone has ever gone so above and beyond in caring for our dog!! In fact, Kate even found an ear infection and we promptly took him to the vet. Thank you! Also, Anna is just awesome.
