I had heard great things about this place, so I decided to give it a try. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a wonderful aroma of freshly baked pies, which definitely sets a great first impression. When I got to the counter, I had quite a few questions since there are so many options. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu or what The Peach Cobbler had to offer, which made it a bit harder to decide. I ended up ordering a blackberry cobbler and a caramel apple cobbler. I was a little surprised by the price--nearly $10 per cobbler--and the portions were smaller than I expected for that cost. As for the taste, I wasn't particularly impressed. Both cobblers were somewhat bland and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. Overall, while the atmosphere and concept are appealing, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype for me, and I probably won't be returning.

Delicious warm peach cobbler along with other flavors as well, such as banana, strawberry, mango, cinnamon and so many more. They also have an extensive dessert, menu, with ice cream brownies, cookies and cheesecake filling just to name a few. Warm and scratch made, it tasted like it just came from the oven. The pie dough mixed it was sooo good. Honestly, I loved it plain, without ice cream. Perfect on its own!! Friendly staff!!

Checked this out after leaving Trader Joe's because I was finally on this side of town. Cute interior with an opportunity for a photo-op that says "Just Peachy". The workers weren't very personable, did not recommend anything and were just kind of quiet and awkwardly waiting. I ordered the Oreo Pudd-N Shake and the Peach Cobbler. The peach cobbler was pretty good, the ice cream melted perfectly into it. The banana pudding shake was for my boyfriend, he seemed to like it, I wasn't a fan of the excessive banana flavor.

There were only about 5-6 tables so it was standing room only. I was expecting a pretty simple menu but there were about 10 different choices including churros, banana pudding, cookies and more. We figured if it's called The Peach Cobbler Factory we should all start with a cobbler. The cashier gave us a good rundown on everything despite it being busy. That was very friendly of him. The cobblers were not cheap, about $8/person. It looked like an 8oz cup that they add cobbler at the bottom and 1 scoop of ice cream on top. You get your choice of flavors. I tried the peach and mango and was definitely disappointed in the mango- it was hard and flavorless. The peach flavor was decent but the cobbler itself wasn't very warm and didn't just melt in my mouth as I was expecting. Everyone in the family liked it for a different type of treat but we all agreed Rudy's BBQ Peach cobbler is definitely superior, especially for the price where we can get a quart for the same price and feed all 4 of us.

In addition to cobbler, this shop offers cookies, cheese cake, brownies, pudding, and churro sticks to name a few. We were greeted by friendly staff when we walked in and the inside was nice and clean. We ordered a peach cobbler and a honey apple cobbler. They were both okay but not great. The fruit is definitely canned and on the mushy side but the flavor was good and the ice cream on top was delicious. The brownies and cookies on display were huge and looked really good. I wouldn't mind trying some of the other item but not sure I would go back for the cobbler.

We ordered to go. My daughter ordered a peach cobbler and I ordered a caramel apple cobbler. We were offered to add a scoop of ice cream. We both declined because we knew it would melt. The caramel apple cobbler was good. I wished there was a bit more cinnamon, the caramel drowns it out. My daughter enjoyed her peach cobbler. Their version of Coca Cola is terrible. I apologize for my honesty. I would definitely come back to try other items on their menu .

The other thing that turned me off was that they advertise flights, but when you get to the register they're "not serving those today". Nowhere on the door, nowhere on the menu - so it seemed like a last minute money grab. A flight is $18 for 4, whereas 4 regular cobblers are $32. Ordered mine with the ice cream on the side as I was taking it to go. They all came with ice cream on the top :-/. Had great potential but once was enough for me.

The first time I ordered from here, right after they opened, everything was delicious. I tried the banana pudding and peach cobbler, and both were amazing. On my second visit, to grab it for a friend to drop off, the banana pudding was still absolutely fire, but the peach cobbler tasted noticeably different, almost like it was made by someone else. It wasn't bad, just not the same as my first experience. Even so, this is still a great spot when you're craving something quick and sweet. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone working during my visit earned every tip they received. There's plenty of parking available, and the location is convenient, right next to MOD Pizza near Hamilton High School. I was also surprised by how many different cobbler flavors they offer. Overall, it's definitely worth trying for yourself and finding your favorite. read more

I went to try their peach cobbler and it was so good! It was served warm and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The crust was really tasty, and the peaches were delicious. I was the only person there at the time and the employee who helped me was super nice. I really enjoyed it and will definitely go back to try some of their other desserts next time! I wish there was a location on my side of town! read more

Service was friendly with a welcome in for everybody entering. They were very steady for a Monday evening. Had the mango peach cobbler that was served the perfect warm temperature. There was not a lot of crumbly biscuit topping but excellent flavors. The interior is small with about 5 tables. read more
This cobbler was strange and not good at all. This version has a bottom crust which was tasteless and ineffective. Above the crust was not enough cobbler and non tasting fruit. Ice cream on the side was lumpy. It just didn't work. read more
We live nearby and saw they just opened so we finally got to stop in. Inside was clean and we were immediately greeted. The customer service was very good. We ordered one peach cobbler to share. It was very yummy but unfortunately the cobbler lukewarm and not very hot. We definitely will be back to try again. But definitely hope the temp of the cobblers improve! read more
It's good...it's not great. Got the blackberry peach cob with ice cream. Cobbler itself was cold on the bottom. It didn't melt my ice cream. That's the point of cobbler...hot cob and melty ice cream. I know I'm picky. Also, fruit was way too sweetened (It's a southern thing...sorry their slogan) Thinking about it maybe I am too picky. I love fruit on the bottom desserts. I love cobblers, buckles, crisps, Brown Betty's, grunts, and crumbles. Thinking that I actually know what all of these are and love them each in their own way, this poor place never stood a chance. I stopped in on my lunch break today, Thursday, around 12. It was not busy at all, the staff was very friendly. The store is clean. I ordered the peach cobbler, that comes with vanilla ice cream. I also tried the banana pudding. Both were pretty good, my favorite of the two is the peach cobbler. It is so nice to have a dessert place that specializes in something other than ice cream or cupcakes. read more
Warning! The Peach Cobbler Factory is dangerously delicious and will be addictive is all the right ways! They have so many varieties of treats to enjoy from Various flavors of Cobbler, Cookies, Banana Pudding, Ice Cream and Shakes. We had the Peach Strawberry Cobbler that is to die for and the OG Banana Pudding that is absolutely delicious. The place was packed on a Saturday night and the owner was nice enough to have a short conversation with us while he easily could of went to the next customer to get the next order. Love this place and they will be opening more locations in the valley. Great place for a delicious treat! read more
There are so many big back choices to make... ...I'm here for it all...cookies, brownies, pudding, cobbler, etc. It did take a little longer than I hoped but that is to be expected for a new place. The staff was super friendly and engaging. The ambiance is quaint yet really bright inside. The display of treats are really appealing! The average cost is about $8 which i think is a little high for the size of the treat. I am REALLY picky with my banana pudding so I won't be trying that again, but the cobbler was amazing! I will be back! Gotta try the cookies next time as well! read more
This place is good. There are a ton of choices. And I feel like that is kind of underplaying the actual amount of choices here. Ice cream, cobbler, shakes, banana pudding, brownies, cookies, cinnamon buns, churros and cheesecake. So many choices there is something for everyone with a sweet tooth. My recommendation is honestly keep it simple. The best thing here is cobbler with ice cream. Hands down. My favorite cobblers are the apple caramel and the blackberry. This place should do well just because of the variety. We had the pleasure of meeting some very nice workers giving us awesome service like this young gentleman named Sawyer behind the counter. It's an awesome family owned spot, the peach cobbler is great as well as all of the other cobblers. I don't think I've ever seen so many different types of cobbler and the flight option is awesome. They have banana pudding for days and all different variations as well. The cinnamon roll is so good especially when you add cobbler in the middle. I really have to go back and try the cobbler shake. They have brownies and cookies and churros and pretty much every other sugar you can think of it's so good read more

Hey now my YELPies.. I'm a bit behind on this one but, we had a meh experience here and let me tell you why. We were immediately greeted which was great... cause you know, customer service is a thing for me. The peach cobbler was AMAZING buuuut... a young lady came in while we were waiting on our cobblers, clearly an employee (on her day off) went behind the counter and began to put whipped cream from a piping bag into a small container. Rather disturbing because she did NOT wash her hands. She and another young lady obviously a co worker (on the clock) asked her to see her dog. It became clear who the whipped cream was for... The young lady (not on the clock) went outside and brought back inside with her beautiful German Shepard(yes, we're fur baby lovers buuut.. keep reading) The two female employees that were there (on the clock) started petting the dog. One of the young ladies washed her hands afterwards, but the other did not. We had planned to purchase more items to go, as we had initially ordered dine in. Well my YELPies.. Needless to say, we left without ordering anything else. We are going to give The Peach Cobbler Factory another chance but, it will be another location. I can't say run on over without some reservation.. are they teaching their staff hygiene protocols? I could go down a spiral but.. this YELPer always gives the benefit of the doubt. First time coming and I got the blackberry cobbler and found a branch from the blackberry plant, thorns and all, as I was finishing it...it honestly tasted great but having my tongue stabbed was shocking and I lost my appetite. The branch was slightly longer than an inch. I really wanted to like this place but the service lack luster and the girl working the counter could care less, so I'm not surprised that the attention to detail wasn't there... not coming back read more

This was the worst dessert I think I have ever had. I think the good reviews are from people who have never had a cobbler. Mushy, no taste, this is like baby food. I also got 4 cookies to try and my kids won't even eat them. read more

We got one of their cookies and we were not impressed. The cookie was very crumbly and the icing did not taste good at all. The store itself was very clean, well decorated, and had a nice display case. The girls working behind the counter were very helpful and nice. Will probably not be retuning. read more
