First time here last night, ordered the mango peach cobbler and the cheesecake with blackberry and peach. I really liked both. Yummy.

Finally got to try the Peach Cobbler Factory :D I was surprised that it was better than expected, it was simple and tasted like peach cobbler I know, but it was yummy! Like simple and good. Also I like how easy it was to eat, it's served in a cup and peach cobbler and ice cream on top, it was yummy. I'd definitely come back!

Checked this out after leaving Trader Joe's because I was finally on this side of town. Cute interior with an opportunity for a photo-op that says "Just Peachy". The workers weren't very personable, did not recommend anything and were just kind of quiet and awkwardly waiting. I ordered the Oreo Pudd-N Shake and the Peach Cobbler. The peach cobbler was pretty good, the ice cream melted perfectly into it. The banana pudding shake was for my boyfriend, he seemed to like it, I wasn't a fan of the excessive banana flavor.

My wife and I finally tried The Peach Cobbler Factory out. I really like a good cobbler with a scoop of ice cream and was hoping this would be it. In addition to cobbler, this shop offers cookies, cheese cake, brownies, pudding, and churro sticks to name a few. We were greeted by friendly staff when we walked in and the inside was nice and clean. We ordered a peach cobbler and a honey apple cobbler. They were both okay but not great. The fruit is definitely canned and on the mushy side but the flavor was good and the ice cream on top was delicious. The brownies and cookies on display were huge and looked really good. I wouldn't mind trying some of the other item but not sure I would go back for the cobbler.

Stopped by for some peach cobbler and banana pudding. It was pretty busy when we stopped by last Friday but the wait wasn't too bad. The cashier was very friendly and welcomed us in. He had free samples of two drinks at the register and offered us some. We ordered the pudding and cobbler and they were both really good. The cobbler was served warmed up with vanilla ice cream on top and it was perfect as it wasn't too sweet. We luckily found a table inside and ate our desserts there. A few tables outside would be great.

My son saw this place and convinced our family to try it one evening while we were out. The interior is quite small and was packed with people. There were only about 5-6 tables so it was standing room only. I was expecting a pretty simple menu but there were about 10 different choices including churros, banana pudding, cookies and more. We figured if it's called The Peach Cobbler Factory we should all start with a cobbler. The cashier gave us a good rundown on everything despite it being busy. That was very friendly of him. The cobblers were not cheap, about $8/person. It looked like an 8oz cup that they add cobbler at the bottom and 1 scoop of ice cream on top. You get your choice of flavors. I tried the peach and mango and was definitely disappointed in the mango- it was hard and flavorless. The peach flavor was decent but the cobbler itself wasn't very warm and didn't just melt in my mouth as I was expecting. Everyone in the family liked it for a different type of treat but we all agreed Rudy's BBQ Peach cobbler is definitely superior, especially for the price where we can get a quart for the same price and feed all 4 of us.

This newly opened dessert spot is conveniently located right near the corner of LA fitness. As the name suggests, their menu focuses on cobblers and includes a wide range of options such as cobbler, cookies, cheesecake, ice creams, and more. The menu is quite extensive, which makes choosing a little overwhelming. We visited on a Sunday night after dinner, and the place was fairly busy with a steady flow of customers. The interior has a fresh, clean, and inviting look, which makes it a pleasant spot to stop by for dessert. One thing we noticed is that many of the items seem to share a common base, with different toppings added depending on the selection. The kids opted for ice cream with chocolate chip and pecan toppings. While the toppings varied, the base ice cream tasted the same. The ice cream itself was rich and good, but we were expecting a bit more. There wasn't really a "wow" factor it felt more like standard ice cream with toppings rather than something memorable. Service was fast and efficient, and pricing felt in line with similar dessert places in the area. Overall, it's a decent spot to check out if you're nearby and craving something sweet, though it didn't particularly stand out for us.

Found this spot by accident. We couldn't resist stopping to give it a try. This place is cute and quaint, with limited seating. Since it is a new establishment, it is SRO. Uncomfortably packed. We ordered to go. My daughter ordered a peach cobbler and I ordered a caramel apple cobbler. We were offered to add a scoop of ice cream. We both declined because we knew it would melt. The caramel apple cobbler was good. I wished there was a bit more cinnamon, the caramel drowns it out. My daughter enjoyed her peach cobbler. Their version of Coca Cola is terrible. I apologize for my honesty. I would definitely come back to try other items on their menu .

Service was friendly with a welcome in for everybody entering. They were very steady for a Monday evening. Had the mango peach cobbler that was served the perfect warm temperature. There was not a lot of crumbly biscuit topping but excellent flavors. The interior is small with about 5 tables.

The line was out the door for this new dessert place that had a lot of potential. I wasn't the biggest fan as the crust wasn't crunchy at all. Everything was soggy. The other thing that turned me off was that they advertise flights, but when you get to the register they're "not serving those today". Nowhere on the door, nowhere on the menu - so it seemed like a last minute money grab. A flight is $18 for 4, whereas 4 regular cobblers are $32. Ordered mine with the ice cream on the side as I was taking it to go. They all came with ice cream on the top :-/. Had great potential but once was enough for me.

This cobbler was strange and not good at all. This version has a bottom crust which was tasteless and ineffective. Above the crust was not enough cobbler and non tasting fruit. Ice cream on the side was lumpy. It just didn't work.

We live nearby and saw they just opened so we finally got to stop in. Inside was clean and we were immediately greeted. The customer service was very good. We ordered one peach cobbler to share. It was very yummy but unfortunately the cobbler lukewarm and not very hot. We definitely will be back to try again. But definitely hope the temp of the cobblers improve!

The shop itself is clean and cutely decorated. Love the story of how this fun concept was created and learned that they are franchised in several other states as well. Staffing was young people, friendly and smiling as we took our time to order...even though we had previewed the menu, you always have to take time to reread everything once in the store! Three of us are banana fiends and as soon as one of us ordered the Bananas Foster, we were told they didn't have any bananas. One of the young men shared that they had been out of them for a few days and when their order was delivered the day before, still no bananas. After noticing that there are four or five different options that use bananas, it was odd that the crew didn't figure out another way to get bananas. One of our group said aloud, "wonder about getting some petty cash out of the till and going over to the supermarket to purchase some?" No response, just a repeat that we wouldn't be able to order anything that had bananas in it. Ok, so I am a big strawberry/banana fan and I had to pivot and ended up ordering a chocolate malt. Two others also order the chocolate malt, and I'm glad they got theirs first because they both said it didn't taste like malt was in it, just chocolate. I asked for a double scoop of malt in mine and the outcome was perfect with a nice malt flavor. So if ordering the malt, go for double scoop! Wife had the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and she enjoyed it. She said the vanilla ice cream had a great, strong vanilla flavor and although the hot fudge wasn't "hot", it was a good dish she said. We had one other situation occur while there: One friend had ordered a malt without whip cream. The young man making it squirted a ton of whip cream on the top and when she reminded him no whip, he took his gloved hand and removed the whip cream from the top of the drink, put the lid on and called it good. What???? And then I also had sad no whip and as mine was being made, a squirt of whip was added and when he realized it was no whip, he used the lid of the container to remove the tad of whip from the top. What??? These two situations along with the banana fiasco equates to a three star rating from me. Overall it was a fun experience but obviously the crew could use some additional training as well as figuring out how to go around the system when something as important as bananas aren't in your order. Go buy some from the store!
