With a huge assist from a patient and helpful order taker, I wound up going with the Cinnamon Praline Peach cobbler. Wow. Turned out to be most of a sugar coma in the making. Thought about eating it there as I was concerned that the cobbler would cool and the ice cream would melt too much before I could get it home - the interior itself is neutrally pleasant and spacious enough - but the serving bowl they use for the cobbler is too narrow and if you eat it you have to mange the ice cream stacked on top or alternate bites of cobbler and scream on the side. Well it's been about 8 or 9 months since I bought my first cinnamon roll at The Peach Cobbler. Back then I complained about the very small size of the roll and it had virtually no icing whatsoever. The first time we went there it was a wrapped line and people were waiting 30-50 minutes to get their just desserts *after* , so we left and came back a couple days later during the weekday. The ambiance was neutral, not impressive but not a turn off and it was clean. The service was timely and friendly staff. Those are the two stars. The food... was left wanting. We ordered strawberry-peach cobbler and a cinnamon roll but they were out of peach, so it changed to strawberry-mango. We said dine in but they packed it to go, not a huge deal. Upon receiving the food it looked very underwhelming. Like old strawberry cobbler with some mango bits sprinkled on top, and a decently sized but cheap looking/tasting mass produced cinnamon roll with barely any cinnamon in the roll and somewhat undercooked texture. I have a big sweet tooth and I barely ate half of the cinnamon roll before deciding the kids could have the rest, which they did eat that just fine. I would rather pay less money for a much better roll from Cinnabon. The cobbler started to make my husband nauseous and he wanted to go somewhere else to get the taste out with other food, so we took it home thinking the kids would at least eat it especially since our youngest looooves strawberries and mangos and kids don't have the same level of palate. It was empty I thought it might be closed. Walked in and a few minutes later a young man came from the back. I ordered the peach cobbler. 9 bucks for a little cup. Then about 5 minutes later he brings it out from the back and says my name looking around and looking at the bag like questioning what in it and who it's for. I thought I would eat there however the fact they had already placed it in a to go bag I left! Now I will admit I am not the biggest peach cobbler geru or snob out here, in fact I've only had it a handful of times as most have been letdowns. I have had it 2 times where I've actually really loved it and those were both Dutch oven cooked. This one was in like a small ice cream cup loaded with tons of breading and not many peaches! Also the breading was very very soft and soggy. The ones I prefer has crisp pieces of breading and crumbles. But each to their own. Some may really like this type but to me it felt like it was microwaved just prior to giving it to me! The reason for the 2 star review is the ice cream that came with it. It was the suprise even though I can't really eat it. I did take to very small spoons to taste it. It was unexpected as I thought I was just getting the cup of cobbler. The ice cream was originally vanilla but this looked like it had some cinnamon or something sprinkled in it not sure. However it taste good but do to stomach issues I couldn't eat anymore than that or I would end up getting sick. I believe this place has been opened unofficially for a while and officially for a week. Located in The Landings this place is clean. So clean it almost feels like they rushed opening; Lots of space inside and just enough tables for patrons. However there's so much space it almost feels like it's missing something. Some people mentioned on Google reviews this establishment would benefit with display cases (not sure if it was mentioned on these Yelp reviews yet) so potential customers have a visual as far as what to expect when being served. Food wise this is a dessert place so if you have a [very] sweet tooth this pretty much checks off the list. Personally for me it was too sweet. The cobbler was warm when served but we are convinced that these were premade and reheated from frozen to serve. Ice cream that was served was ok too but for the price I was expecting a little more on the creamier side for ice cream. For the price you get the novelty "I tried peach cobbler at The Peach Cobbler Factory" but that's about it. The employees seemed friendly and the shift manager was nice to roam around and check on those enjoying their sweets. We are curious about the cinnamon rolls so we might come back but otherwise we can at least say we tried this place. read more

Story time! I invited my husband to let me drive him to The Peach Cobbler Factory. I needed to butter him up. I was tippy-toeing on his last nerve yesterday. So this sounded like a good start! Peach Cobbler is located in The Landings on the bottom level. The parking lot is always crowded and parking often feels like a pain to me. Once inside, ordering was easy. The young lady at the register was kind and social. There's a selfie wall at the front. It's cute, and a good idea to help promote the business. Aside from that, the restaurant feels a little bland. There's not much for decoration. It gets loud very easily. I'd rather take my order to go, next time. My husband ordered the Bourbon Pecan Banana Pudding, while I ordered the Cinnamon Peach Praline Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. It was $17 for both. A bit expensive being that the food wasn't exceptional to me. It was good and worth trying, but I've had better. read more

I visited for the first time on June 30th with family. We were greeted immediately by a friendly young lady behind the counter. I ordered ice cream and a flight with a peach cobbler, banana pudding, red velvet and sweet potato pecan for the kids . I ordered a peach cobbler and ice cream for myself. Our order was to go and we sat at a table and waited for our order to be prepared. It started to rain really hard while we waited so we decided to just eat there. I really wanted to like the peach cobbler, but I didn't. I only took two bites and decided it was a no for me. There was a lack of the normal sweetness of a good peach cobbler. There was an overwhelming cinnamon flavor that left an aftertaste. I packed it up to take home in hopes my son would eat it. He didn't like it either. The vanilla ice cream was good. The kids enjoyed the banana pudding flight (which I did not try). The sweet potato flight was ok and the red velvet tasted like plain vanilla pudding. Needless to say, I will not return. My three stars was for the great service and the nice play area outside. If I would have rated for only the food, I would have given 1 star. read more
