I was thoroughly impressed by the covid safety precautions of this place and their wonderful service. I went to Mo2 for a haircut after the phase to re-open hair salons happened. My hair was a mess with split ends etc since it had been awhile so I sucked it up and made an appointment. I was afraid to go in but I was really relieved with the amount care they took to make sure everyone was safe. They were specific about their check ins so there weren't too many people there all at once. Everyone was masked, there was 6 ft distancing between customers and air filter machines. I felt really safe there even though I was very apprehensive at first. Moving onto the haircut- I don't think I will go to anybody else other than Mohsen after he did wonders with my hair. I am picky about my hair and had quite a few specifications and Mohsen listened and asked if everything was looking the way I wanted every step of the way. I wasn't afraid to share my thoughts and he was really attentive about what I asked for. He even taught me a few tricks on how to make my hair look perfect when I'm on my own! ! I was so happy and received many compliments from friends and family afterwards. Also the trick he taught me (I asked for wispy bangs) was a life savior as getting bangs to look good after a shower can be extremely frustrating!) I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.

They charged my card, I didn't realize they did not give my daughter the receipt, so she went back in to retrieve the receipt. I noticed the total was off from what we normally pay. They added a fee that I was not made aware of and was never previously charged this fee. No apology, I was told it's a "new policy" and it's a fee for using the products. How is anyone supposed to know that when you request for a shampoo blow dry & style, you need to pay additional for the shampoo, conditioner & styling products? You would think that in a service that is called a "Shampoo Blow dry & Style that this would be included. It's unfortunate, I liked our service provider, Brianna but the customer service or lack of customer service is the reason I decided to cancel the remaining appointments. I was also charged $25 more than what my friend pays for this stylist, but I should've confirmed her price on the phone. I got about 2.5 inches cut off which brought my hair to my mid-back, with a bouncy blowout. I feel brand new with lighter hair. I spoke with Mare, who's amazing by the way, and she suggested I try Ashiatu massage. I had never heard the term before. "Ashi" means foot. Therefore, it's a barefoot massage that involves using bare feet to apply strokes, assisted stretching the muscles. It's freaking awesome. I'm totally weirded out by feet, but I needed this. It the room looks all BDSMish, but it's totally not. She uses drilled poles to steady herself. I was so apprehensive but excited at the same time. Mare's sweet disposition put me at ease. I really valued my experience because I didn't think about her bare feet. I was relieved and listened to the flute and waves. If you're open and want to try a different type of massage, then this is a viable option. Did I mention they take FSA/HSA, too? Check of their list if serves. It seems they have a host of great medspa offerings such as IV Hydration, Sauna, inferred, and salon services.
