We found the Pet Snobs Boutique on Instagram and are so glad that we did! We are new puppy parents, but have a senior pittie that is very low maintenance as far as grooming. We were not sure where to take our new cavapoo puppy with his long and curly fur. When we saw the pictures on the Pet Snobs' page, we knew we had to bring him there! We sent a text to set up an appointment, worked out scheduling and secured the appointment within a few minutes. It was a very easy and straightfoward process. We received a reminder text the day before to confirm the appointment. When we arrived we were seen immediately and the techs asked questions about our dog and our preferences. Since this was his first full cut, they were unsure if they would be able to fully groom him. They did not know if he would be comfortable with the clippers, so they let me know ahead of time that they could not promise a full groom, but that they would do their best. I always appreciate having someone be upfront about things like this to manage expectations! I could also tell that they genuinely care about the comfort of the pups, and don't want to force anything that is uncomfortable for them which is a huge plus in a groomer. The whole process took about two hours. When we came to pick our puppy up, he looked so handsome! We are thrilled with the results and can't wait to bring him back for his next cut. Our groomer was Sierra and she did a phenomenal job!

My dog is a very anxious dog when it comes to getting groomed (or going to the vet) and Stephanie is very patient with him or tells me if she's had any issues. I also like that they keep track of each grooming and the various requests you've made. Before each appointment, Stephanie verifies how I want the cut so my Benji comes out looking so handsome each time. Very friendly staff! The only issues I've ever had is them needing to cancel appointments due to call outs (that's why 4 s instead of 5). If you make an appointment, I recommend requesting Stephanie; you can tell she loves her job and animals!

This place is great! I brought my little dog to get groom and when I got her back I was just overjoyed to see the great work that Maddie did. She was very detailed on the report and everything that she did with my pup. My dog has anxiety about being crated and they totally understood and were able to accommodate. I definitely recommend this place this was her first time and now they have permanent customers! Thanks Maddie

My baby Pickles came to Pet Snobs to get her first grooming! She left so happy and excited! Her hair and nails are trimmed and teeth brushed

Lucy isn't just a "quick walk" dog -- she has her quirks and routines -- and the team consistently showed patience, attentiveness, and real affection for her. Whether it was regular weekday walks or coverage when my schedule was unpredictable, I always knew she was in capable, caring hands. I recently moved across town and unfortunately won't be able to rely on them anymore. We are so grateful that we can rely on them for our 2 previous cats. We have specific feeding instructions for them and I appreciate that everyone follows as requested. Importantly, they also try to engage with the cats (who are usually pretty scared) and treat them with love and care (and leave them treats). They also take pictures so we know they are being cared for. We know our cats don't like it when we're gone but we're glad we can rely on The Pet Nanny. I strongly recommend them their pet services.

We have…read moretried many independent dog walkers that were not reliable as well as many companies that did not prove to live up to our expectations. Rittenhound is not only have a great dog walking/pet sitting business but they have one of the best businesses in the city, period. The owners are down to earth, responsible, organized people who take the time to treat each client and dog with individualized care. They assigned us a walker, Noah, who handles our two dogs with ease. He arrives on time, spends a 30 minute walk briskly walking the city and then takes the time to return to our house and spend another 10-15 minutes playing with the dogs. We pay for a 30 minute walk but our dogs get 45+ minutes of attention, easily. The company sends invoices via paypal which is a great and easy paperless option and they communicate (via e-mail) on a weekly basis about schedules. The walkers also leave detailed report cards after each walk that prove to be very informative and helpful. Overall, Rittenhound may have a high(er) price tag than the competitors but they are worth every penny.

Not only did they leave us a detailed and adorable report card, but sent us picture text messages everyday so we could see how happy the boys were at the dog park and at home! We came home to two very tired and content dogs. Reliable, affordable, and extremely friendly. We will definitely be referring Rittenhound to all of our doggie friends! Thanks again.

Mind you, he's still under a year old and a high energy dog, so of course he's going to be energetic? He also loves other dogs, so getting him to settle down while being surrounded by 10+ other dogs is going to be hard and isn't the whole point of daycare to give them exercise and socialization. They told us to work on settling at home, but I guess they must not have puppies often because first off, he settles just fine on his own when there's no other dogs to distract him, and second, he's a puppy! It just felt very unprofessional and I don't love their facility anyway. It's all inside and they allow no toys or anything for play, so what else is my dog supposed to do other than play with the other dogs? We will be trying other places that can handle puppies and high energy dogs and have an outdoor space next. Do not recommend this company.

Prior to…read moretaking our dog to Dog School, she was exposed nearly daily to another daycare in a different city and had a really positive experience. Unfortunately dog school was very different. We effectively were made to feel guilty for paying to take our dog to daycare on a regular basis. Our dog is a little over 1 year old and she can have some separation anxiety and is excitable when she sees us (many dogs are excited to see their owner after hours away); however, each day when picking her up from dog school we received comments effectively making us feel like we were doing our dog a disservice by creating an outlet for her at daycare. Nearly each day we would hear the following: "She gets a little anxious looking for you when other dogs start getting picked up, could you come earlier maybe around 4:30 or 5?" No...we cannot come earlier, we are paying for daycare on these days so that we don't feel guilty about being a little later than normal. After a month or so of this, we gave up on dog school and decided this wasn't right for our pup, and left thinking it was our dogs fault. We eventually spoke to a 4 other owners with nearly identical sentiments saying they felt guilty bringing their dog to dog school because of comments about anxiety around pick up time. Don't bother with this place, their job is to engage with our dogs and create an exciting place for them to play. Instead they appear to just bet on demand and turnover due to lack of options and are negligent to keep the dogs engaged enough to keep them occupied. The location itself is also a converted bar and is pretty dreary.
