I had heard about Viet Noodles Xpress and decided to give it a try. The pho hit the spot. The quality of the beef is not as great as what I get in San Jose but it was still good, the broth had great flavor and the noodles were cooked perfectly. It was super comforting and much needed after being in the mountains for a few days. My wife ordered the bun bo hue and it tasted great. Lots of protein options and really good depth of flavor in the broth. I enjoyed it almost as much as the Pho. The staff was awesome. It looks like a family owned place and everyone worked together smoothly and was really welcoming. They were friendly, gave suggestions, and were quick with everything we needed. This will definitely be a spot we check out again if we are ever in the Modesto area.

I had an awesome experience at The Pho! My family and I went to try out the new Vietnamese restaurant and it was delicious! I ordered the special combination and a Vietnamese coffee which tasted amazing. The broth was good and the portions you get for the price were great! The rest of my family ordered the pho and enjoyed the food as well. Our waitress and all the staff were friendly too. Overall, I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back again! They give really good portions of meat in their pho and their shrimp egg rolls are my favorite! I haven't been able to try the other items since I usually get the number 1 but my sister usually gets the number 6 and she really likes it as well. Their Vietnamese coffee is well made too!!
