I came here with my mother-in-law, aunt, and niece. The location is good, the decor is very nice, and customer service is okay. I'll start with the avocado smoothie, and I must say they're good. I wish they came in fatter cups, lol. Their menu is not crazy, which is a great thing. I was confused because, for the vegan pho, it stated everything is vegan, but they put ham. Maybe they have vegan ham; I don't know but they should put the word vegan in front of ham because they can potentially get someone sick and possibly sued. My niece got the chicken pho with egg noodles, and the rest of us got filet mignon with flank steak and filet mignon with tenderloin fat which it looked like. Now pros and cons to this pho; pros- filet mignon was tender; the flank steak was okay, not too fatty, and not too overcooked. The cons- the broth was missing something. I don't know if it was salt or what, but it was blan, and the utensils were served in a sandwich like a baggie, so even though they looked clean, it was a little iffy for me; they had no mint, just lemon, they don't come around to ask if you need or want more water. If you order something, make sure you get it because while my niece didn't notice, her strawberry lemonade never came, and they still charge us. Now granted, after my mother-in-law told them they did bring it to us, but still, they weren't that busy, so paying attention to detail is everything when you're in customer service because you never know who you'll be serving. Overall an okay experience. I will probably be back to give them another chance because I can see this place being around if they fix the minor issues. No picture because I felt once you see pho pics one time, you've seen them all, lol. read more

My recent visit to The Pho was absolutely delightful! I treated myself to the grilled pork banh mi, and it was a truly memorable experience. The perfectly grilled pork was incredibly flavorful, complemented beautifully by the abundance of fresh, crisp vegetables. We visited The Pho twice while in Stockton visiting family, and our experience was pretty mixed. The vermicelli was disappointing, bland with no real flavor, and the sauce that came with it was so watery it didn't add much to the dish. Some of the lettuce in my bowl were inedible. On the other hand, the pho was better. The broth had decent flavor, and the portion sizes were good. It wasn't the best pho we've had, but it was definitely more enjoyable than the vermicelli. I'm so disappointed. Stood at the door because it said wait to be seated. Took about 5 min to be acknowledged by anyone. Then I got seated and was given nothing no beverages no menu or anything else. I then sat there for 35 min with no one coming to take my order. I got tired and more hungry so decided to just walk out. Phones kept ringing no one answered them.
