We have used Mark for the past 6 years. Everything was great, until there was a problem, and then it wasn't. Mark handled himself very unprofessionally, was unresponsive, did not admit any wrongdoing, and took no personal responsibility. Instead of helping us, he made it our problem and said "I'm afraid we can't help you. This matter is between you and your service provider, your contracted company. Please contact them about your concerns." I have this quoted in an email from him. He has also said to me when our phones were down at my business for over 2 weeks that "it's out of my hands. I can't do anything for you." This left us to contact the service provider and figure things out ourselves. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more
