The owner Danielle and all other instructors are so talented, kind and helpful and the classes are challenging but fun! Music is always on point too. What really keeps me coming back more than anything, though is the sense of belonging and community I feel every time I walk through the doors. Danielle and the other instructors have created an environment that naturally encourages people to connect and feel comfortable with each other and it shows! Basics: The studio is super clean, cute and spacious. 3 studios - 2 non heated, 1 heated. Bathrooms on both sides with lots of cute amenities. Water stations. The studio has cute aesthetics and two different versions to choose from, heated and unheated. The hot room side opened more recently and is a cute space, if wanting to work up a big sweat. The side I tried was a bounce class on the unheated side. I always love a bounce class and Danielle always brings the energy and a good workout!

I am in the middle of a case with my credit card because they refuse to let me stop! I am a business owner myself, and I work and live in bradenton, so I am in utter shock and awe that this is how the owner would treat a local with influence in this community. I tried being reasonable, I tried calling an ENTIRE WEEK before I was supposed to be charged, they told me I could cancel and then with no warning at all, charged my credit card AGAIN for $130. Did they call to tell me I HAD TO COME another full month? No. When I called to complain all of a sudden there is a 30 day requirement for cancellation, and she refuses to refund my money even after I was told I wasn't going to be charged. I cannot even express how shocked I was that the OWNER - Alex, would practice this kind of sketchy business. But beware. They will take your money and never let you stop paying.

I love the Signature class in 45 or 60 minute blocks. You will work all parts of the body and mind with strength, cardio, balance and agility. The last few minutes of class are dedicated to resetting your mind with stretching, breathing and mindfulness before jumping back into the rest of the day. My favorite class is 45 minute Strength. Regardless of your age or ailments, Barre 3 will take you out of your head and restrictions. There's a sweet spot for everyone. I have moderate arthritis, both hips replaced and various orthopedic problems, and have experienced a huge improvement in my range of motion, overall strength and better balance. Old aches and pains have melted away. I notice progress with each class and look forward to the next. I have been warmly welcomed by all instructors who are each top drawer pros. I leave feeling grateful and uplifted in body, mind and spirit!

If you're a first timer they celebrate you being there by saying welcome on a little sign at the front desk, and your name on a sign where the locker area is. There is a small retail area with clothing, socks, drinks, and other accessories for class. There's a bathroom with shower and feminine products. The instructor I have done classes with has been really nice also. The studio room is huge there's space for 20 people at least. It's a very nice and welcoming atmosphere which is what I always try to look for with fitness places.

I loved the little treat of a cold lavender towel with mindful breathing at the end of a tough workout. Classes are on the pricey side but I'm willing to splurge for an engaging and motivating exercise class that has me leaving feeling fulfilled and energized.
