First and foremost: the staff is outstanding!!! I didn't catch names unfortunately but everyone I encountered was super sweet and accommodating. I called to see if reservations were needed for bigger groups but they said just call the day of to be considerate which I did. We had a solid group of folks come through to celebrate my sister as a causal bridal brunch. We were looking for something that was laidback and beachy and the food was superb. I went with an eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was scrumptious! I appreciated the cup on the side so I could dip my potatoes in it too. Requested hot sauce and was happy to see cholula whisked right on over. Totes recommend for a hearty breakfast to start your day right!

I love the finger foods at the Gulfside grill, their fish dip is on point, the wings were delicious and their service is fantastic. I love how it works side by side with the sandbox where you have hammocks, a sand pit with marshmallow roasting and a bar that has a very Island feel! If you reserve a private cabana you have a credit towards food and drink from a large portion of the private cabana rental fee.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is so friendly! We came in for lunch during a bachelorette party weekend and we were greeted with so many smiles and positivity!! It was as if they were celebrating with us! Our server was so attentive and lovely! The food was absolutely delicious and hit the spot just right! 10/10 recommend

Do not come here if you are bringing your own fish to cook from a fishing trip. They charge $18 per person no matter how much fish you have to cook. Not charging by the pound of fish, which actually makes sense. For 3 relatively small fish after they are filleted. Again do not come here. This restaurant is poolside in the RumFish Resort. Go outside the resort.

Guy's Gulfside Grill has inside seating as well as serving at the Sandbar Beach Bar & on the beach.

What a great way to end a day... we were on St Pete Beach waiting for the sunset, this place is known for its beautiful sunsets, when we noticed a huge screen set up on the beach just outside of Guy Harvey's Outpost. We stopped near the screen to watch the sunset as we got another surprise, three dolphin slowly swam by about 20 feet from shore. We were told dolphins usually swim by at sunset, head down here to see them if you're in the area. Beautiful sunset, cool seeing the dolphins, but back to the big screen! The Tampa Bay Lighting hockey team is playing out of town tonight! When the team is out of town Guy's Gulfside Grille is crammed. It's full of area Lightning fans as well as tourists all celebrating the game at Guys party... the huge screen, the Grille grilling hamburgers for the fans (about $10 each), the beach lounges, tables, stools all full of fans all a part of the Lighting celebration. This bar offers great food & drinks plus live music every nite and has a fantastic staff! I look forward to coming back!

Amazing breakfast excellent staff service is very quick . Fantastic breakfast

Stopped by for happy hour several nights while staying at Tradewinds Resort. Jake and Kasey the bartenders are absolutely amazing! They have fantastic personalities and offered amazing customer service. Every time we visited was a great experience.

Pool side just ordered prime rib and rum and coke. Drink took 17 min. I'm still optimistic for diner. We ordered an appetizer go

Well-versed on the menu and a very pleasant lady. It's certainly not a fancy place and it looks like it's been around for a while, but it's the kind of place where you might like to hang out at the bar. Everyone there seems to be friendly and you get that comfortable feeling. We had a variety of food items, some better than others but nothing below average. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.

There is outdoor seating as well however. The drinks were all great and I wish I could remember what they were, but the bartender did a great job and they were all delicious with generous pours. I do remember we tried the Bad Bunny and the Paloma, but I ended up switching to regular margaritas which were well done. I docked 1 star for food simply because the menu is pretty small, but I loved the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich and my dinner date liked their salad. I'd definitely come back again and just hope that maybe the menu rotates or gets updated regularly.

We had to book several days ahead of time, and after our experience, it makes perfect sense--Sōl St Pete Bistro is truly something special. The service was beyond phenomenal. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind, down to earth, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and made sure we were very well taken care of throughout the evening. The ambiance was exactly what you'd want for a romantic dinner--quiet, dimly lit, elegant, and intimate, with comfortable seating and a charming atmosphere. The food was more memorable than I can properly describe. Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced, with an obvious commitment to organic, grass-fed, clean ingredients, even down to the butter, while avoiding things like seed oils or unnecessary additives. Their commitment to using goat and sheep cheeses instead of conventional dairy brought such a refined, elevated quality to several dishes. I was surprised by how much I loved the salad, since I'm not normally a huge salad person. The gluten-free sourdough garlic bread was celiac-safe and such a fun, unique thing to try--you just don't see that everywhere. The French onion soup was delectable, and the use of sheep cheddar gave it such a unique, rich flavor. For the main course, I ordered the turkey bolognese lasagna with sheep & goat ricotta, and it was mouth-wateringly good. I truly savored every bite. My husband ordered the filet mignon gnocchi, and we planned to split both dishes. I'll admit, I was a little nervous giving up half of my lasagna because I wasn't sure I'd like the gnocchi as much--but I was very wrong. Both dishes were absolutely perfect. The filet mignon was juicy, the sauce was deeply flavorful, and the gnocchi had the perfect texture. We finished with the ganache torte and chocolate chip cookies, and I can't even describe how amazing those cookies were. I genuinely could not speak while eating my half. It's incredible how something as simple as a chocolate chip cookie could taste like it was baked with that much love. Easily one of the top three cookies I've ever had--and I've had many, lol. This dining experience completely exceeded our expectations. I'm already dreaming about going back to try new dishes while also ordering some of the ones I already fell in love with. I honestly still can't decide what was better--the food or the service. I'm so grateful we discovered this incredible restaurant, because it is officially my new favorite. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation YESTERDAY.
