Food: 5/5 The little pastries were delicious and moist. My favorite was the mini lemon bar topped with a raspberry. The scone was also delicious and crumbly without being dry. Tea: 2/5 The tea itself was not strong enough for me. It was watery and very bland. This was disappointing considering it's a tea house. Service: 4/5 The waiter was attentive and kind. He followed up with us afterwards and invited us to upcoming events at the tea house. Ambiance: 6/5 This house looked like it was straight from a museum. Don't let the small space fool you. There were vintage trinkets, dolls, decor, and knock knacks on every corner of the house. There was even a wall where Disney Princess decor for the little ones to enjoy. There is a bin with hats to wear to feel extra fancy. Outside the house on the front porch, there is a photo opp with a royal throne and booth where you can take pictures. Overall, this tea house is a one in a kind experience. The food is delicious and the ambiance is whimsical. The tea was mediocre at best. But it's still with a visit.

What can I say this cute Tea House did not disappoint! Pulled up I did notice not too much parking but there is a lot across the way that is very close so that's great! Walking up I noticed all these adorable decorations, white picket fence and lovely tea party set ups! I went here with a group of 16 lovely ladies, we sat outside on the patio and it was great, the service was wonderful, the servers were so helpful and on top of everything! They offer cute hats to wear along with gloves to dress up a bit more! Super cute touch! The decor inside was great from princess style, to Wizard of Oz, and everything in between is cute and girlie! It's a great place for parties for people are young and seasoned! We got to smell all the teas they offer so we got to pick three out of the great selection! So we picked the chai, the apple caramel, and the mango peach green tea. Everyone loved them. My favorite was the apple caramel! Their little mini sandwiches were delicious. All of the treats were great. The salad was very fresh! Honestly, from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend trying this place out. It's like stepping into a whole other world!

What a delightful tea house! The pink and green building was so cheery and charming. Every room was decorated so fun, whimsical, and pretty with lots of teapots, teacups, and tea accoutrements. We loved exploring all the various teas! The food tiers were daintily presented and prepared with care. The salad was delicious, the potato soup was incredible, and the tea sandwiches and scones delectable. And the service was superb! Outside there was so many spots for photo ops! We had a wonderfully magical time! The little gift shop was sweet and we purchased several tea items and tea blends!!

We planned a nice trip here for my Mom's 76th Birthday! It was so fun to get to play dress up with her & enjoy a classic English style tea service! They had hats for us to complete our outfits & the decor was transformational! Every inch was covered with a flower, teapot or doll, you simply could not help but feel like a lil girl again! The service was wonderful & the tea & food presentation was outstanding! Think scones, finger sandwiches on the softest bread, soup, salads & a variety of desserts! It's really fun to come here with a group but we saw several 2 tops of Mothers with their daughters, girlfriends, etc. We plan to come back & celebrate other events, take our cutest pics, & just enjoy this lil tea house experience! Be sure to make a reservation for your party & know there is a 2 hour limit for your experience; I did not feel rushed at all with this & felt it was ample time for us to enjoy sipping endless pots of delicious hot tea, trying our best British accents, holding our pinkies in the air & dabbing the corners of our mouths ever so daintily!

Super cute tea house with great tea options and a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. Only main complaint, was that I called to see if I could get my reservation date switched (after I paid reservation fee) and was told I would get a call back and never did. I ended up following up with them the next day (almost 24hours later). I was told that I probably didn't receive a call back because they were busy the day I inquired about and they were unable to change my reservation date. The lack of communication (customer service) was a little worrysome, especially because I was told that I was going to get a call back. Overall though the experience day of was still great.

I forgot what tier this is but they're all amazing! The tea we tried was the strawberry shortcake and the pumpkin tea.

This place was so adorable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. If you're trying to have a nice afternoon tea and light lunch with a friend I recommend this place. Make sure you make reservations.

The food was so good. Such a cute little spot for a girls day out, or a girls birthday party. We enjoyed everything! Thank you!

I have a few mixed things to say about this place. I am conflicted on if I enjoyed my experience. Me and my family planned to come here for my nanas birthday, we wanted to do something different. I had went ahead and made us a reservation online, there is a fee to do so. However, when we arrived the staff member said she tried to call me to say they couldn't seat my party of 7. So take note, even though you make a reservation and pay a fee, it may not be guaranteed. We ended up getting a table anyways because the place wasn't even that full. But next they told us that due to a big party we all had to order the same thing. However, my cousin mentioned seeing something that said only parties of 8 had to order the same thing. So they accommodated that we all order our own. I got the 3rd most expensive meal, it came with soup, 4 sandwiches, yogurt parfait, scone, macaron, cannoli, and a chocolate covered strawberry. We also got two pots of tea for our table. My daughter, who is 5, was able to order a "princess" meal where she gets her own tier of treats and her own tea pot of unaffiliated tea. My soup came out first and I had quickly noticed a hair in the soup. It was right on top of the cheese so I think it fell in on its way to be served. I mentioned it to the staff and they quickly changed it for a new one and apologized. The rest of the treats were okay. The sandwiches are not very big and the flavors were meh. I also wanted to note that if you want a different sandwich it is a $2 up charge. For picky eaters, like my cousin, this adds up when you ask for all of the same sandwich. The best part of the experience was the tea itself. It was very good and it was so cute putting sugar cubes into the tea cups. There is free refills on the pots of tea. In the end, everything was pretty pricey for what it was. I ended up paying either about or a little over $100 for me and my daughter (the reservation fee goes to your tab). Frankly, the price wasn't worth the experience or the quality of food for me. Even though I loved the tea, it doesn't seem worth it for me to return. For those who do just enjoy the tea, like I did, they do sell bags of their tea blends to brew at home!

I was extremely excited to try a Latina owned tea place. I've been to others which were amazing, so I was ecstatic to try one by my people. I came here during Summerween and it seemed like a great atmosphere. The staff seemed great and they let me know about the environment. One thing I remember them saying is walkins are welcome and was encouraged to come back. We finished out Summerween and decided I'd come for my mother's bday. Fast forward to today 8/22, we walked a bit of a distance with my uncle who uses a cane as they do not have onsite parking. They also do not have a ramp anywhere. When we made it inside we were told we could go to the Spicery next door or come back later (they close at 3 we came at 1:30 so not sure what later they meant). Anyways we were turned away in 110 degree weather to the Spicery with my disabled uncle even though their website advertised walk ins. If I knew reservations were needed, I most definitely would have made one without a problem, it's just not advertised as such. Very disappointed in mi gente.

Update: When I tried to plan this, it was honestly frustrating. They have an online reservation system, but when I called they day of for a final confirmation, they were not going to honor it until I insisted. That part needs to be better, because if you're going to offer online reservations, they should be reliable. That said, once we were seated, the experience was really good. The aesthetic is adorable and it's basically made for photos. Tons of cute little spots and setups, and the whole place feels like a fun treat. I also liked that you can pick your own tea, which makes it feel more personal. The food was cute. My only real knock is it felt a little expensive for the actual food quality which was all store bought - 4 adults and 2 kids it cost $200 for two of the platters (pictured), two of the kid platters, and 3 tea pots. You're definitely paying more for the ambiance and the overall experience than for gourmet food. Overall, I'm going with 3 stars. Great vibe and plenty of picture opportunities.

We made a reservation for 9, unfortunately 1 of attendees was absent due to health reasons and we advised them as soon as we arrived one was unable to attend we were told reservation was made for 9 you pay for the 9. So we were like ok, we really didn't have much choice in the matter as we already put a deposit, and we had little girls dressed as princesses ready to do their first tea party... in reality it was ours too. They took us into a princess room which was so cute, the entire place was decorated so nicely. Staff several times mentioned we would be paying for 9 and that they could box it up to take or put on the table so we did that. But we found it really tacky to mention it several times about the missing person, especially because she was ill and was unable to attend. They brought out our food which we all had to order the same meal because of the size of our group even though it was 3 little girls and 5 women but it was fine we probably would have all chosen the same meal anyways. The food, was just ok. I was hoping for a wow factor on any of the food but there wasn't. The tea was really good though and our girls had such a great time and that was what it was about.

I've been going to the Pink Door Tea House since I was a little girl & have always loved the quaintness, homey decor & maximalist style. Tea selections are always plentiful and delicious. Small bites accompany it well. I love that they serve traditional Devonshire cream & lemon curd with the scones. I often bring people here for their birthday celebrations & dress up to make a whole event of it. Always a pleasure!

We had Mothers Day tea and it was awesome. The food was good people were all so pleasant. Can't wait to go back.

It was very difficult to communicate across the table due to incessant, loud chatter of the other patrons. Forewarned is forewarned, yanno? I suspect there was an informal contest to see which table could talk the loudest. I've only been invited to High Tea in Victoria, BC: hushed, polite conversations in a tranquil environment, not an active competition to see who can out-shout the people on the other side of Glendale. The raspberry ice tea I had was good, and I appreciate that it wasn't drowned in high-fructose corn syrup. The flavor was subtle enough to make me believe that it was natural, not chemical like the kind you get from soda vending machines. My Caesar salad was generous in portion size, but the lettuce was warm and wilted. The dressing likely came from a jar... but I could be wrong. The facility has a great deal of character, is very interesting. Service was good... and it was very busy. We loved it so much that we order extra boba as the consistency stands out every time. The size, texture, and chewiness of the boba are perfect, which is something a lot of boba spots struggle to achieve. They have an immense menu allowing you to treat your cravings. Despite being busy on a Friday night, service was accurate and timely. The ambiance also makes this place feel extra welcoming. There are several seating options including regular tables, high-top tables, even a couch area for lounging, and seating outside. I also really like how close this cafe is to Glendale Community College. Inside, they also have board games available and a claw machine, which gives the cafe a fun and cozy atmosphere whether you're studying, hanging out with friends, or just stopping by for a drink. Another huge plus was their macaron ice cream sandwiches, which I haven't been able to find at other competitors. They're located in the back and come pre-packaged in a cooler, but the texture is amazing! It is soft, chewy, and structured all at once. Our favorite flavors were vanilla, coffee, and strawberry. Due to limited boba locations in the Glendale area - this is our one stop shop. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! Two large iced Thai teas with extra boba ~ $17.55.
