I can't praise them enough. My watch is an Ebel, Swiss, and not sold widely nor are there many authorized repair shops in Texas. I drove in to Houston from Austin yesterday and they had the band repaired for me to pick up this morning. I'm so happy they were able to repair it despite being 20 years old; a new band would have been $1,300-2,000 and another jeweler told me it couldn't be repaired. Spent months with an idea for a unique engagement ring in my head but never really made any progress with it becoming a reality despite visiting many different stores. My aunt suggested I visit Styles and I initially thought it would be too far above my price range but I could not have been more wrong. Jeff worked with me over several months to bring my idea to fruition (at a price I couldn't have been more happy to pay) and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. I took my grandmothers diamonds here to be made into a band. I got a quick quote over text message from Jeff Dunnington. The quote was great and responsiveness better. I took the diamonds in the next day and was so relieved by Jeff's knowledge. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and two weeks later voila it was done and even more beautiful than I expected. He did all the cast work right there in the shop. Also, he did 18k instead of 14k, included an appraisal, and gave me a free cleaning kit all for the same price he quoted in the text. I cannot say enough great things about this place! I accidentally (and tragically) dropped a silver bracelet in my driveway and the bracelet got super scratched up and dented. I thought I would have to ditch it but a friend told me to take the bracelet here first, and I'm so glad I did! This place works miracles; the bracelet looks brand new, shiny, and has virtually no scratches. The price was very reasonable and they offered future polishings at no charge.
