My son and I stopped by yesterday, amazing food, best service, and indoor tables setting looks like a 5 start restaurant! elegant and beautiful! Will definitely plan on coming back!

Solid spot to grab some delicious food. I went with the "choose five", which was more than enough food. I chose the sambousick cheese, labneh, avocado salad, moujadra, and beef shawarma. It was a healthy serving of each choice and it was mouth watering. I also started with hummus, which was light and creamy. The venue has plenty of seating inside and a small amount outside. The service was very friendly and attentive. Good spot to try some foods that aren't offered everywhere.

We decided to stop into The Pita House after walking around Old Town. It was about 1 on a Saturday and they weren't busy, so we got seated immediately. We decided to get a few appetizers to share. I really loved the grape leaves, they were so good. I also loved the falafel, and I'm not usually the biggest falafel fan. For my entree, I got the chicken shawarma sandwich which had so much flavor. I didn't get it but they did have platter options that let you get 3 to 5 different items, and I think next time I'd try that. The service was great, the food came out quickly and our water was always being refilled.

Good location, right on King Street. Street sitting option available. Good Lebanese cuisine. I had chicken shawarma sandwich. Arrived with salad. Both were great. Staff accommodating.

Meh...it was ok. Food was mediocre. Had the falafel patties and chicken shawarma. Service was fast and prompt, but it was a slow night and the cook staff must've been holding a laughing hour. I heard nonstop carrying on the entire time. Shawarma was cooked well but just didn't have good flavor. Falafel was brown inside instead of green. I'd eat this again if I was super hungry, but it wouldn't be my first choice. The restaurant was clean but empty. Again..meh...

I grew up in Arlington so loved Jose Andres restaurants and was excited to try this one. First, lots of love to the endless bread they serve you. It's warm, fresh, and perfect. We mentioned we just got married in our reservation and while the seating wasn't the most romantic, our server was extremely charismatic and friendly. We ordered the htipiti, piyaz, grilled lamb chops, and octopus Santorini. These were so incredible. I almost bought the cookbook they were selling I loved these dishes so much. My favorite was the htipiti. It was a refreshing dip for a hot summer day. We ordered cocktails that I'm blanking on right now, but they were expertly crafted. I really loved all our dishes. It's hard to find spots that make octopus well and this spot did it WELL. They surprised us with the galatopita and sorbet since we mentioned we were celebrating just getting married. I had a lovely time here, I'd highly recommend this spot.

Good start to the meal. The lamb kleftiko is the standout of the three. Slow-cooked until it falls apart easily, with the seasoning penetrating all the way through rather than sitting on the surface. It's a dish that rewards the time it takes to prepare -- nothing rushed about it. The kofte kebab holds its own too -- well-spiced, good char on the outside, moist inside, not dried out the way kofte can sometimes end up. Solid textural contrast against the kleftiko. Overall a strong meal across the board -- each dish distinct but all working within the same confident, well-executed style that Zaytinya is known for.

Gorgeous restaurant centered around a giant hearth, the heart and soul of the space where much of the food is cooked. We went with two friends and opted to do ala carte, and ordered a bunch of items to share. - Muhammara & hummus spreads were both phenomenal - creamy, delicious goodness served with piping hot, generous portions of freshly made pita bread. - Halloumi with a nutty honey glaze - perfection - Sweet Potato - soft and just melts in your mouth - Mushrooms - super unique preparation, definitely worth a try. Very delicious. We also ordered every kabob on the menu (shrimp, scallop, chicken and lamb). The shrimp and chicken kabobs were excellent - charred to perfection and bursting with flavor. Paired with zhoug sauce, I was in heaven. Do not miss these! Scallop and lamb kabobs were just okay. Incredible service, beautiful ambiance, and a memorable meal that will stay with me.
