Both Chicken and kofta are 10/10. Beef kabobs were a bit dry and chewy. Bread was amazing. Service and speed of food delivery to the table was great.

Came here on my way home after work on a Monday around 7pm. I actualy thought this place was Mogul at first. The exterior is very unassuming and one could easily deduce this place epitomizes hole in the wall restaurants. I ordered the number 3 meal which included chicken and beef kabobs over rice. Total came out to $12.55 which in my opinion is way over priced. When I got home to sample this meal I was sorely disappointed at how bland the basmati rice was, and how dry and flavorless the chicken was. The ground beef kabob was the only thing that tasted okay. I would not recommend this place when you have much cheaper and much better alternatives such as Mirage which is just a block or two down the street. Mogul is also very close-by and offers good food too.

Amazing hole in the wall kabob place. Beats many of the other places I have been too (Moby Dick, Ravi Kabob and the likes). Got #15 the Chicken and Lamb platter and loved it. The side chickpeas were a little bland for me (needed salt and spice), but overall the food was delicious. The meat is grilled to perfection (no joke). The green sauce they give you is hot and I am Indian so eat sparingly. I wish they also provided the tzatziki sauce with the platter so had to ask for it. The side salad goes well, so does the grilled tomato and onions. The bread is toasted and warmed very nicely. I highly recommend the platter. The chicken sandwich was good too. I liked the platter a whole lot more. The ambiance is not the greatest, but honestly the tasty food makes up for it.

I started visiting Bread and Kabob in the very early 2000. Back when Tony s Pizza was the place to go and Baileys Crossroad felt like downtown somewhere. I must admit this place used to be IT. the old reviews are definetely accurate and tales of a time that is now LONG GONE. The place is now a mediocre eatery at best and staff and management a complete joke. They seem to hire the least motivated workers the world has to offer. My food was actually burnt, with chicken so hard it was hard to chew. Lastly their price do not reflect the lousy food and service that they bring into your life. No longer worth the detour. I am very certain that there are worthwhile restaurants out there. We will not be returning there.

Very convenient to me, right off of route 7 in Falls Church. The food is super! And cheaper than other fancy restaurants. Love the free Persian style tea. People are very nice.

It doesn't come with bread so order the dang bread separate.

Their proteins and fries are perfect, their salad is cold and crisp, and the execution of their rice is consistently the benchmark. First off though: the lighting is really harsh. It's Temu hexagonal 10000K bright white led honeycombs from blaze hell. The walls are primer black, and there are no paper towels in the bathrooms. Solution: I almost always get my food to-go. I flip flop between the Falafel Platter and the Mixed (Chicken + Lamb Gyro) Platter with the following no-charge mod: NO fries, MORE salad. This leaves the rice alone - you will get rice - and it is a very long grain, saffroned, Basmati rice that is distinctively al dente. Not fluffy or clumpy - they are highly separated and firm rice grains, and I absolutely love it this way. This rice blows the competition far and away. If you like fries, they are good - they're the double-fried "Burger King" style and keep their heat decently well in the to-go clamshell. The sauces are quite special. I like them all. I always ask for the following on-the-side (no zig-zags for me): the white (tahini-like), the green (cilantro), the red (spicy), the orange (signature Blazin spice). There are a couple of others, but I find these 4 create a nice balance. Oh and the late-night hours secure the 5-star rating. This can feel like the perfect late-night food - thanks to the owners for accommodating the late-night fans. Quickie review notes: The burger is just okay - the patty should be bigger. The Chopped Cheese is convincing, but not the best value item, IMO. The milkshakes are very tasty!

You can definitely find something here that you'll like. My go-to is The Loaded Philly and WOW. It's a Philly cheesesteak with onions and peppers, plus mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, fries, and a homemade chipotle sauce all stacked together. It's messy, over-the-top, and absolutely delicious. Don't skip the Blazin Sunset drink either--half strawberry, half mango and super refreshing. Perfect balance to the savory food. If you're hungry and want something fun, flavorful, and different from the usual, this is the spot. I'll definitely be back (with extra napkins).

I got there after 6pm. It was packed. It was my first there and had no idea what I was getting into. The menus doesnt explain much nor were prices mentioned. Its like $39.99 They also tacked on a service fee. Which is deceiving since its not mentioned upfront in the menu. You find out when you get your bill. The service was 5 stars. The young man very attentive and friendly. Ushered our dirty tables and brought us our drinks. I had minty lemonade which I recommend if your gonna eat a lot. Here's my gripe. Its very important to label food. None of the food trays or stations were labeled. I have several food allergies and I had no idea what was what. I had to ask what was this or that. One tray had rice and I saw something that had deep fried crispy something. I thought it was chicken... it was fish :( The hummus was good though. The baklava meh. The pita bread was good. Some rice tray had kabob type of meat but it was lukewarm. For the price I paid, its not worth it. Please label your trays. Im give this place another try with my husband after Ramadan. , I saw on the dessert menu they have Knafeh.. a delicious middle eastern dessert that I love. Can't wait to try that.

This establishment seems to be Egyptian owned, as the walls claim that Egyptians created bread, cupcakes and falafel. The service was fine, though the tables could have been cleaner. I appreciate that they allow you to substitute some of the rice portion for lettuce/spring mix although the spring mix was wet. They also offered both spicy and regular options for rice and chicken. I got spicy rice with spicy chicken, and for my toppings I got Mediterranean salad, hummus, and tzaziki. I didn't realize you could also get white sauce, green sauce, etc, so I probably wouldn't get tzaziki and get olives or something else next time. The chicken and rice combo was a bit overly spicy for me and upset my stomach slightly. I'd probably get regular for both the next time. I also got tiramisu which they recommended over all the other "cupcakes" which they claim (via the wall) is Egyptian. The tiramisu was surprisingly good. There was soft music that seems Arabic-speaking. They have fountain drinks as well as bottled beverages. They also include a service charge - it was like $0.42 for me. I don't regret stopping by, but I wish my stomach was more settled. I just came from a restorative yoga class and I was thoroughly at peace.
