Shout out to this place for always being welcoming and having good service! The Pizza Stop accommodated us (a group of 8) without any problem and service was quick. The portions of the food are always generous and good. Shout out to our waiter Pete for separating all of our checks- he was GREAT!

Nice, local pizza restaurant. Don't sleep on their Sicilian pizza. Good price and delicious crust. Great service.

Pizza is not very good. Stromboli much better. Haven't found anyone that can come close to Collegeville bakery.

In my opinion, this is the best pizza in lower/upper providence. The individual strombolis are great and priced right

There are so many things to choose from on the menu! I was eyeing up the pizza from the moment I walked in. Detroit pizza can be delicious if made right, and this place certainly knocks it out of the park. I got a slice of Detroit MVP with marinara, vodka and pesto sauces and it was superb. The trio of sauces were delicious. The slice of grandma pie was also extremely flavorful and the mozzarella cheese was fresh. I absolutely devoured both slices. My only (small) complaint is that it wasn't warmed up enough and the crust could've been slightly crunchier. Still amazing, though! The seating is first come first served and they provide a table number when you pay. The level of service here is impeccable. We had more than one employee come over to ask if our order was complete, if we needed boxes, condiments, etc. I felt like I was cared for even though my friend and I were seated in the back. I also liked seeing all the different photos of celebrities that have visited and stood near their large brick oven. So fun!

Chips ahoy, Nutella and cookie monster. Folks run don't walk to Collegeville for these! They are absolutely incredible.... Saturday was the last day for their homemade chicken pot pies. $12 bucks for a pie wasn't a bad price at all for something that tasted THAT good. When they come back in the fall, make sure you snag one! Chicken cutlet Italiano, best sandwich on the menu. We got cheesecake and chocolate cake to go! Bring your check book because there's just too many amazing items here and you have to get stuff to go! Love how they reorganized all the photos on the wall. Gives you a ton to look at and admire while waiting for food. This place was PACKED Saturday and we still got our food and ice cream in about 10 minutes. #1 Restaurant in PA for a reason!

We've been coming to this location for thirty years with a couple of different restaurants. Sometimes good, others disappointing. Tonight was a home run. LOVED the Dulce zucchini salad. The homemade panko coated ribbons of fresh zucchini were hot crisp and well seasoned as were the 5 large grilled shrimp. The pears were cut carefully into crescents and grilled. Not canned. No sitting in the fridge. FRESH! All this on a bed of fresh arugula. A little too heavy on the dressing for me, but is generosity a sin? A scattering of caramelized onions and shaved Parmesan and there is my new favorite salad. EXCEPT there are a few more to try, like tonight's specials one with peach and burrata and another with blueberries. BTW I like bread with my salad and lately that's been hard to come by. Here they offer garlic bread to accompany your salad for $1.50. SOLD. Partner had the chicken Alfredo. That's his jawn. Tasted good to me cause it had enough garlic . Service was good. The menu has a variety of selections, everyone will see something that appeals to them. There were a couple of dishes that caught my attention. I settled on one of their Dinner Specials...Pan Seared Sea Bass cherry tomatoes coconut sauce, spanish yellow rice, French green bean. I asked if I could substitute asparagus for the green beans, our server said that was fine. I have been eating Sea Bass many years prepared many different ways at many different restaurants. Striped Sea Bass, Chilean Sea Bass you name it I've probably had it. What I was served at Chow Bistro was not Sea Bass and was not pan seared. The (fish?) I was served had no sear on it, the consistency was that of something that had been steamed. Sea Bass is flaky, not oily and it's as thick as a prime cut steak at a fine Steakhouse. The fish? I was served was approximately 1/4-1/2 inch thick of steamed mush. It was inedible to me. Towards the end of our meal our server came to check on us, she noticed I hadn't eaten anything. She asked if I wanted a container for it and I told her that she could take it away. She asked if everything was OK. I explained to her that what I was served was NOT Sea Bass. She apologized and took the dish away. When she came back to the table she said she spoke to the kitchen. She said that they told her that what I was served was Branzino. Branzino is not a fish I order for myself, though I have tasted it. I've been to dinner with family and friends who do eat Branzino regularly. I didn't challenge what the kitchen told her. What would be the point? Our server took my dish off the bill, she asked if she could bring me something else from the menu. She did her best to try and make things right. She was very good. I left her my customary 20%+ tip. I know what Branzino looks like. I would be extremely surprised if what I was served was Branzino. Perhaps it was a type of Branzino I've never seen, locally sourced from Perkiomen Creek? With so many options for dinner, Chow Bistro will not be one of those options! Not Recommended!
