This place was good! We came for lunch and ordered mozzarella sticks (they come with meat sauce - wow!), the meat sauce was good, wings and pizza. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they were perfectly crunchy. Pizza was solid, and the icing on the entire experience was Valeria who was our waitress - she was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, had the best attitude, never any tone of complaint anytime we asked for something, which is so refreshing. Most places we go to have young people working with bad attitudes, but not Valeria, she was an absolute doll, and that made our day! Love the old school pizza place feel of the restaurant. My favorite wing spot is a pizza store! The Pizza Store makes amazing pizza and wings. The pizza is nice and cheesy with really good toppings. The pepperoni and sausage is perfectly spiced so you can share with the littles in the house. The wings are not for sharing though. We always get the wings su!c!de flavor. They're spicy but not overwhelming. We ask for extra sauce so we can dip our crust in them. Speaking of the crust, it's so good. I sometimes pass on other places crust, but not the pizza store. It's light, fluffy, and crisp. We live really close, and we always call to order. It's usually ready within 15-20 mins. The staff is always friendly and orders are always correct. You can't beat the price and the flavor of this place. I personally love the crust here, if you're familiar with bolillo bread, that's what it tastes like to me. The works pizza is our favorite, but I also love the classic pepperoni. Pizza sauce is flavorful and the ratio of all the toppings is perfect. Pizza will be the death of me. Especially at places like this. A friend recommended this place a while back so I decided to stop by and give it a try. First impression... Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and told I could sit wherever I'd like. Perfect. While walking to my table I noticed the place was nice and clean. So far we're off to a good start. Now the food... When I think of a Calzone I think greased up dough with toppings just stuffed inside. Not here at The Pizza Store. Their Calzones are made to perfection. The dough? Flaky and golden brown. I damn near wanted to call the person who made it out and hug 'em. It was that good. Every bite was delicious. I even got a side of ranch to dip that ball of joy in. How in the WORLD has this place been around so long and I never knew about it? We lived in an apartment two blocks from here for two years. I now live maybe two miles from it, yet had no idea! He got a pepperoni with garlic and onions, I got a vegetarian. We also got garlic bread. WOW! This pizza is LEGIT. We both loved it! From the dough, to the sauce, to the toppings, to the crust, we are now huge fans now and this will be our new pizza place! The garlic bread is pretty plain, but it did the trick. Driver said he called and called and I never answered. So he took the pizza back. Then he shows up with 2 (I ordered 4). Asked for plates and didn't receive any. When I called they said whoops chef read the order wrong contact grub hub for a refund they will refund the order 100%. I don't have an account because I ordered it through Yelp. Tuesday 1pm takeout 11/2020 First visit, read reviews and wanted to sample lots of items. They are now allowing dine in seating. I observed all staff wearing masks when I went in to pick up my order. Ready on time, all items correct. 2 med 2 topping pizzas + 2 liter special Mushroom and olive Pepperoni and sausage - love this type of Italian sausage shaped in random sizes Pizza Sauce is slightly sweet. Crust is good (I always try it with no extras). I prefer a slightly longer cook but the crust is done nicely overall. Sausage roll - Sausage is sliced in half lengthwise and placed face down on a bed of cheese with dough wrapped around. Each roll is cut into fifths and dusted with Parmesan. One order is two sausage rolls that come with marinara. As with most meat and cheese bakes, this will be best fresh from the oven so manage your expectations accordingly if you are going to have lag time during delivery. The marinara is of the sweeter type and is a meat sauce with tomato bits. The sauce is not puréed to thickness if you prefer that. Zucchini fries are breaded and seasoned, come with ranch. Eggplant parmigiana is a good amount way more than a single serving. Solid food. read more

They're still open! Call in your order or order online. Hubby and I have ordered from Pizza Store pre-COVID and during COVID. Food quality is still good, and the amount of food is still worthy of its price. I wouldn't necessarily call their pizzas excellent, but I'd prefer them over huge pizza chains; there's something home-y about their food that makes it a true comfort food for me. We've had mainly only their pizzas, wings, salads, and sides so far! Still need to try out their pastas and sandwiches, but it's been difficult since we really like their pizzas. *Chef's kiss* We've only always ordered to go, but, whenever dining in is an option again, they do have quite a number of tables and TVs to sit down and enjoy your order! What a gem! Tried calling a few small pizza places today and they were closed today.. saw the 4 star Yelp review and gave 'EM a call. Went to their shop and ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza which was loaded with meats! The Buffalo pizza was tasty and had fresh jalapeños on it!! And the Calzone was dense and flavorful, definitely a meal for one person. The Super Salad easily fed 3 of us as a starter...the staff was friendly and the cashier said they have great wings, so that will be on the order next time. I worked at the Pizza Store in Orange when I was younger and always loved their food. Being that I work a few blocks from the Placentia Pizza Store I stopped in the first time probably a year or more ago. The gal working there was friendly and the service was great. The pizza and salad was every bit as good as I remember having at the location I worked at. Since that time I have been back to this location numerous times and have always had great experiences. Their staff is always friendly and their food is cooked perfectly. The cook needs to be commended highly as he (I believe the same gentleman has been there cooking the last few times I have visited??) always seems to know how to get the dough cooked perfectly. Not overdone and not underdone.....great job!! Today we had a server named Shania and not only was she as friendly as any other of the wait staff, she went above and beyond and was extremely attentive and present. Employees like Shania are harder and harder to come by the way things are in today's work environment when many don't have to work if they choose not to, so you have a winner with her! I'm not sure what the relation is if any to the Orange location but the food is equally as great at either place but it's the service levels that put the dining experience over the top and keep people coming back. I am annoyed. I wanted to support the local business but apparently an hour order ahead could get lost!!!! So here I am sitting waiting for my food during my lunch hour! And my delivery address is only 5/10min drive if you caught the train. And so upon delivery, no sodas that were supposed to be with my orders!!! No utensils, no napkins. I'm to eat the salad with??? Seems they are only hiring servers who don't seem to know what they are doing.
