The pizza is fairly good but the service is horrible. These people can't get anything right. This is the second time in a month or 2 that they have completely messed up my order. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza. I got a large pepperoni, sausage and black olive pizza. I called back and the girl said that she would issue me a refund. She never did! I called back to see why not and the other lady said it's because I left the store with the pizza and went home. I should have checked it at the store, that's my mistake but it their mistake that the cook can't read and properly make the correct order. read more

When the pizza is done correctly this place is great. Issue is, glad the time upon arriving home and opening the pizza boxes it is WAY overcooked. This has been the outcome numerous times. One time we even returned with the black edges pizza and made sure they are aware and had it remade. Seen the good reviews and decided to give this place a shot. Ordered a mini dbl pepperoni and an antipasto salad. Got there to pickup the food and noticed the place was completely empty on a Friday night.... Anyways I was somewhat disappointed with the pizza. It was REALLY oily, I had to use a lot of paper towels to soak up the oil. It almost seemed like the pizza needed to cook for a few more minutes. I tossed the pizza in my oven for a few minutes and it tasted really good. The other thing is I ordered double pepperoni and it didn't seem like I got what I asked for. With COVID-19 noting is open for inside eating so I was looking for something to take out. I placed the order online and paid with no problem and scheduled my pickup. I arrived on time and the pizza was ready. I got the extra-large all meat and double cheese pizza and it was delicious. I would defiantly suggest The Pizza Store for a go back and have another. I've been coming here since I was a kid. It had been a while since my last visit but everything was as delicious as I remember. We placed an order for pickup. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. I paid online so the process was quick and simple. The garlic sticks didn't make it home. My 7 yr old picky eater ate them all. Had a disappointing experience tonight. Been getting a Super Salad & sometimes Garlic Knots for a couple of years before COVID probably 2-3 times a week, even through COVID. Totally understand the price of the salad going up because of inflation. It's a pretty big salad, so when they downsized the dressing containers (I figured because of inflation) I started asking for an extra dressing (so I'd have about the same amount of dressing as before the dressing containers were downsized). Never been charged for an extra container (probably have purchased 100 Super Salads since the dressing containers were downsized about a year ago). Tonight the woman working the register, with a subtle attitude says it's an extra 65 cents for an extra dressing. Told her I have never been charged for an extra dressing, ever. She says, well it's 65 cents for an extra dressing and gives me that subtle attitude like I'm BS'ing her. Never seen her before. Never had to pay for an extra dressing before. When I got my food I asked her if she was the owner, and she said no. I told her I didn't think I'd go there anymore, and she replied thank you very much... Okay, figured I've spent about $30-$35/week for past 4 or 5 years.... I can bring my business somewhere else, thank you very much. read more

Just walked out of this place, very unsatisfied by the poor customer service. Tried to take the family here using a gift certificate donated to my husband's school program and won in a silent auction by my family. Unbeknownst to us, there was a change in ownership (same business name, menus, branding, recipes, etc). They are no longer honoring gift certificates issued by the previous owners, even though they are contractually obligated to honor it. The manager there was very unapologetic and did not try to rectify the situation. The restaurant itself is small and looked and felt somewhat dirty. Perhaps it was good that we did not get to eat there. We always like to support smaller stores, especially when they support community & school programs, but we will not support this business because of their poor customer service and lack of honor. read more

Im a fan of their sausage roll. They take an Italian sausage and wrap it in cheese and dough. They cut it about every half inch, picture a flat dough burritos. Then they bake it and serve with a side of meat sauce for dipping. It's so yummy. I realized I've been eating them for years, but forgot to review. I've tried their pizza and sandwiches too, always good. Another thing I crave is their Super Salad. They give you enough dressing so you can drown the salad, the only way I love salads. Tasty pizza- tangy sauce, very soft, doughy crust. Cheese is a bit hard and coagulated- every piece I ate, the entire amount of cheese came off and I had to re-stack it on there. Nevertheless, a good tasting pizza. Server was helpful, and for some reason, the Coors Light tasted better than normal. They do give customers the truncated version of the credit card receipt and try to keep the full 16-digit version for their merchant copy. I'll be calling the management about that and filing a complaint with the FTC. You might wanna be careful with paying by credit card.... read more

This place wasn't too bad. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly there wasn't anyone else in here. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and buffalo wings. The pizza wasn't too bad. I enjoy pizzas that don't have that soggy crust and can hold together well, this hit the mark. The toppings weren't too bad but as always could use a little more cheese. It was made to order and didn't take too long to come out. The garlic bread was different. It was in small strips but that marinara sauce was absolutely amazing! The buffalo wings were equally as amazing. I love a nice crispy wing with lots of sauce and these were just done perfectly. Overall, I'd definitely come back here if I was in the area. I've had lunch here several time before. For the most part their food is just okay. To me, it's the Sampler and the Mud Pie that make this place worth visiting. Unfortunately, it's their customer service that sucks. So despite having some good dishes I can only give Pizza Store two stars. Here's a few problems I've encountered with their service (all relating to ordering over the phone for pick-up): *If they tell you it'll be 10-15 minutes, get there in about 25-30 minutes. You often have to wait, whether they're busy or not. *They don't give receipts. If you ask for one, you'll get a piece of paper with the prices and total written by hand (and they make sure to let you know what a hassle this is for them). *If you dare to ask for your order after you've paid (because no one has communicated to you how much longer or the fact that it's not ready yet), expect to get an attitude. Then, when it is ready, watch in shock as part of your order is literally DROPPED onto the rest of your food. I'm willingly to put up with a lot (obviously) because I know places get busy during the lunch rush and employees get frazzled. But after this last incident, I've decided to boycott the Pizza Store. Some of their food is good, but not THAT good. read more

Customer service is non existent she will politely call you back in 45 minutes to give you an explanation of why you didn't get the pizza you ordered. Just remember online ordering from the website is still 3rd party. So a refund or a credit for you now driving the wrong pizza back to them is still not their problem. read more

Tried it for the first time today. I always have high expectations for pizza. It wasn't too bad. Just didnt get the satisfaction of a really good pizza. This place is really close to my house so I decided to try it. I like supporting small shops... So the first time I went I had their buffalo wings, I got them hot. They were nowhere near spicy and they were shriveled chicken wings with barely any meat on them and to top it off it took 30 minutes for me to get 10 pieces. I had to wait 15 minutes to order because the person in the front decided to answer the phone instead of helping me first and yeah... I figured maybe I'll try it again to give it a chance. I ordered a calzone this time... It was filled with ricotta and had like 3 thin slices of pepperoni and 2 thin slices of salami and it came with meat sauce. Yeah, the taste.... Bleh. After a long day of work my friend and I decided to try something new. At first the name Pizza Store throws you off thinking its some sort of supply store. But its not. The service is terrific. They wait on you like of or were an expensive restaurant. The food was served very quickly. The wings are of superior quality. And the pizza was awesome.
