Traveling through so many time zones and not being able to get restful sound sleep, we decided to try some gummies. Our sales consultant, Nickolas, was very helpful with his suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and interactions with other things. He also clearly instructed us in how to use the gummies (as far as quantity, wait time to take effect, weight differences & strength needed for each person,) etc. Unfortunately, he got it a little wrong as far as quantity for me. I was sick most of the night as opposed to sleeping soundly. My husband had NO problems at all. This was my second time trying gummies as well as my last! Just not for me. I am NOT singling our consultant out but I do think the advisors at dispensaries need to ask as many questions as possible about the individuals who will be consuming what they're purchasing. No two people are exactly the same and their bodies can definitely react to cannabiss products (or anything for that matter) VERY differently. With that being said, the CuraLeaf dispensary was well- staffed, well-stocked, very clean, and seemed very safe with an armed security guard inside. I'd definitely recommend this location and sales staff!

It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the intake process is redundant. They asked for and verified my physical ID two different times at different spots, which is different than the usual. The staff has zero hospitality. The energy is just cold and transactional, and nobody seemed happy to help an out-of-state patient. It was my birthday and I didn't even get a "happy birthday" from the staff, though at least the system recognized it and automatically applied $10 off. Instead of basic hospitality, the budtender tried to "educate" me on recreational vs. medical buyers, which just came off confusing. I actually wanted to add more to my order and leave a tip, but their checkout process is so unclear I couldn't figure out how to do either before the transaction was done. To top it off, I didn't even get a receipt or invoice when I checked out. That's weird af, especially as an out-of-state medical patient because I have zero way to verify if they actually charged me the correct tax rate or applied the discount right. It wasn't busy at all which was the only nice part, but they have major flaws in their setup and customer service. I won't be back here unless I absolutely have to.

I had already researched the sales and told them exactly what to buy, promising them they wouldn't get price-gouged here like at Planet 13. I was dead wrong. The girl helping us assumed I was just an Uber driver dropping off tourists, and immediately started upselling them. She fed them nonsense--like claiming Stiiizy Diamonds are harsher than Provisions--just to push their $50 total up to $90. ​Now I know exactly what happens to my passengers when I drop them off here. That $20 driver kickback means nothing to me if my people are getting scammed. I would much rather take my chances driving all the way to The Dispensary or Deep Roots Harvest to make sure my passengers are treated fairly. Never again.

I remembered what I had ordered so I let them know, my order came out to $324.23 which was higher than I was quoted but whatever, after paying I thought I had to pick up my order somewhere else because the guy that helped me didn't give me my order I had just paid for. So I had to look for someone to ask where do I pick up? And found out the guy forgot to give me my order. Bad experience already. Fast forward to 04/08/26 I looked at my account online and discovered that my points were not there so I called to see why, the woman I spoke to said she didn't know and in fact there wasn't even an order history for my name???? wth? So I explained I in fact came in on 4/1 and placed an online order. She again said no history, I told her well I had over 300 points missing and she proceeded to tell me "it does not matter anyway because all points reset May 1st anyways" I said "what does this have to do with my points?" The lady then said " if you don't use them they reset May 1st" I said "well how do you know how many times I will be coming in for April?" She remained quiet. I smoke often because I am disabled and have severe pain everyday and to be treated like this is not professional and really bad for business! I have questions though so what happened to my order history and if it doesn't exist who went home with my $324.00????? They don't know how often I come in to redeem my points they just assumed I'm not a frequent shopper. Management needs to get it together there because I think there are some thieves among you!
