What stood out to me was discovering Plumette is also owned by the folks behind the coffee shop next door, Lazy Bear. The mixture of velvet, dark woods, dried flowers, and hues of glamour had me in awe. With a corner bar fully prepped to make some of the best cocktails you've ever had are just a mere order away. Plumette offered some of the best drinks I've ever had. If you're looking for a signature cocktail they proudly serve a drink called The Plantation. A few ingredients within the cocktail were amber rum, marula, lime juice, pineapple juice emulsion, peruvian bittern, and free coffee seeds. I chose the homemade ice tea as usual and have become quite an expert in this field, so trust me when I say this one was reaaallyy good! They basically make it as if it was a cocktail so they take their time and use nice ingredients. And by that I mean it has the quality of a cocktail but definitely not the price! All the drinks have very reasonable prices and it is therefor the perfect place to go with friends and stay for a few hours without ending up completely broke. The atmosphere also lends itself for fun nights with friends and the decoration is cool with a view on a very tiny but green and jungly garden. It may not have the "wauw" interior you'll find in some other places but it's definitely more casual, friendly and budget-proof than the super hip places you'll find in the neighborhood. It's a perfect in-betweener for when you don't want to spend a lot of money in a too fancy place but still want to sit in a nice looking bar with a friendly and easy feel.

They've got so many offerings, quaint decor on every floor, various places to sit, including a rooftop. It's definitely a touristy thing to do but with over 2,000 beers to choose from, who cares? I loved every minute of it. It's crazy busy at times especially when live music events are taking place. We shared a Yard Stick which were multiple beers (smaller taster sizes). We ordered their famous beer flight that comes with 10 different types of beers. Each one was completely unique, different flavors, colors, and strengths. It was such a fun way to try a variety without committing to just one. Some were light and refreshing, others were strong and bold. I loved that every glass felt like a new experience. The service was great! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. They also have a photobooth inside, which was such a fun surprise.
