Mochas too sweet. They use some unknown chocolate powder- that is pretty much sugar. Was surprised to realize this was only a drive thru. Staff was really friendly- but had to throw away the mocha. Good alternative to cheaper coffee but service is poor. Today was just too much. Ordered coffee and went to the next window, only to wait 10+ minutes and see vehicles pull up behind me and get their coffee/food before me and drive off. It wasn't until 15 minutes I decided to pull back to the first window and THEN was told they were just making my order. One of your very young employees did not wear a mask and was touching her face and then was touching my drink. Second, usually a jumbo ICED green tea costs me 3.10 but for some reason I was charged 3.30. I proceeded to tell her I've never paid this much for a medium why am I being charged this? This is probably my favorite coffee stop here in Ridgecrest. I usually always get the medium white mocha with creme de menthe. Mmm so good but the downside is how expensive it is. The medium white mocha is $4.90 + $.75 For a flavor shot. If you want extra whip cream it's $.50. The coffee is great and service is usually almost always pleasant and the morning are always busy but these girls are on their game. I just wish everything wasn't so pricey. Coming from Washington State it's hard to find a good coffee shop for us picky coffee lovers. read more

Coffee is OK. My beef is the price is never the same some days the same thing cost more than others. They also have the worst rewards card benefits I have seen at a coffee shop. Great place! Product is superior to chain coffee shops. The green teas on ice are the best! Sizing and pricing is competitive and pleaseimg, the Big Tom is the biggest and perfect! I don't drink alot of coffee so I usually get a small or medium but today I got a medium soy vanilla latte over ice and it cost $6.30 ouch! I could go to Starbucks for less. Like any other business, it depends on who waits on you. Some days you gets those employees who are happy to be there, and other days you get the couple of ladies who are angry at the world. Seems I have been getting the latter lately. Inconsistency on the use of their punch cards is frustrating. Today I was jipped out of a card that was fully punched because the girl insisted that if it was fully punched then I must have already used it. Usually they line through the card when it is used, but mine hadn't been used yet. The girl insisted that it must have been used and took it and I didn't get my 20%.
