I like to patronize local businesses. Esp, Salvation Army and Goodwill. The cashier who I can only identify as the only African American cashier on staff during my visit, no name tag visible. The rest were hispanic men and women. I was in line, the woman in front of me from what I gathered did not have enough money for her tab and it had to be cancelled by another associate. To which said associate had to make some ignorant comments about. So I made sure to step back cause she appeared to be in a huff about it. She and the other worker walked away after this, neither saying "we'll be back to cash you out", nothing. But that's fine, I can wait. So the cashier comes back and she's talking to another customer and is ready to take care of her. Which was nice but I am next in line. I was standing right there. My items on the counter. So I slide over directly in front of her and she says nothing to me, but makes sure to roll her eyes and suck her teeth at me. All the while, looking at the other customer, as though to suggest the audacity I have of cutting in front of her. So with that attitude not needed. I gave her back the items and said "you can take this back and you can keep your attitude. I did not come in here for this." Sadly, I let her get the best of me in that moment in front of my children. There are a lot of nice things in the store and priced reasonably. But I will not go back in there if I see her. The other workers there were really nice. It was my first time there but she ruined this experience. Maybe she should work in back where she doesn't have to interact with the customers with that attitude.

Mind you the store is literally small my partner and I grabbed 2 items i put one back and we were about to pay for 1 item. I had my service dog with me and got told to put him in a cart. To get approached by the another cashier with attitude demanding my service dogs papers. I was taking him out the cart already and leaving while my partner was about pay. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! These people are miserable.

We went over all the touch ups and upholstery repairs. I was told the work would take a week. 2 weeks later I text to check status, and I'm told they were done. I text the day before to confirm, and again the morning of. I texted to notify i was on my way. They are ready. I get there, NOTHING was done, then the guy has the nerve to tell me I should have called. I'm like I've been texting you. Oh that's my employee????? Then it told some BS story how the repairs I asked for were just going to be favors??? I didn't ask for favors, I came to you for a service and paid for it. Total joke. Stay away!!! In response to the owners response. I wasn't looking for a hook up. The shoes were taken to you specifically for the repairs, not for cleaning. I called to check status once, then followed up a week later and was told the shoes were done. Hook up??? Please ! I paid what you quoted me plus an extra $30. It's just obvious your in waaayy over your head and can't keep up with anything aside from sneaker cleaning. Took the shoes straight to OPC kicks and got them professionally taken care of. This guys only good for mediocre sneaker cleaning at best.

What a fantastic experience. Repaired and cleaned a crucifix as well as a diamond ring that I wear from family members that are no longer with us. Both look brand new and they did both same day! Wow. Ok first of all I visit this place as often as I am in the area as I love resale and…read moreconsignment shops. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.
