I did the RUN X LIFT: Total Body, Double Burn class and it was a lot of fun. The instructor was energetic and had a nice flow through the sets. I like that they have theraguns available for use too which is nice for recovery and the amenities continue to be clean and high quality so I can get in and out clean after a productive workout. read more

I do not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service I received from the manager, Neijah Cox. On May 26, I purchased a three-class package. All three class reservations were made in person at the studio, not through the app. Today, I arrived for what was supposed to be my third and final class. Upon arrival, Neijah informed me that I was not enrolled in the class. I responded, "That's fine, can you book me into the next class?" Neijah then told me that I had no remaining classes or points on my account and that I would need to purchase additional classes. I explained multiple times that today's class was my third and final class, and I asked her to review my account to verify that I had only attended two classes. After checking, she claimed that her system showed I had cancelled classes, missed classes, and therefore had no remaining classes available. She repeatedly told me that I needed to buy more classes. I explained at least four to six times that I had never cancelled any classes and that I had personally booked today's class at the studio after my previous session. I suggested that either the system or the employee who assisted me may have entered something incorrectly. Unfortunately, it felt as though Neijah was not listening to anything I was saying. Rather than investigating further, she simply continued repeating what the system showed. At no point did she attempt to look deeper into the issue, review the reservation history, determine who helped me make the booking, or otherwise investigate what may have happened. She showed no interest in resolving the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I knew I had not attended a third class, had not cancelled any reservations, and had not even redeemed the complimentary shake that comes with completing the three-class package. None of that seemed to matter. Her response remained the same: "The system says you cancelled classes, had no-shows, and have no classes left. You need to buy more classes." The situation then escalated unnecessarily when she threatened to call the police if I did not leave the premises. At that point, I began recording the interaction to ensure there was an accurate record of what was being said. I asked why I was being told to leave when I was simply trying to explain the situation and seek a resolution. After returning home, I checked my email and discovered what had actually happened. My class was not scheduled for 7:15 a.m. as I believed--it was scheduled for 9:35 a.m. All Neijah needed to do was thoroughly review the reservation details in the system, and she would have seen that the class existed but was scheduled for a different time. Instead, I was subjected to an embarrassing and completely avoidable experience. I printed the email confirmation showing my 9:35 a.m. reservation and returned to the studio to provide proof. When I arrived, Neijah again told me to leave or she would call the police. I left the printed confirmation on the counter and departed. This occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. Then, at 9:09 a.m., I received an email notifying me that my 9:35 a.m. class had been cancelled. The entire situation was handled terribly from start to finish. A simple review of the reservation details could have resolved everything in minutes. Instead, I was repeatedly told to purchase more classes, treated as though I was at fault, threatened with police involvement, and ultimately denied the customer service and professionalism that should be expected. I have recordings of the interactions because I felt the situation was being misrepresented, and I am currently attempting to contact the owners or someone above Neijah in management to request a refund and formally address how this matter was handled. read more

Barry's Burlingame was one of the worst first-time gym experiences I've had. (And that's saying something since I recently tried 7 gyms in the Burlingame/ San Mateo / Millbrea area). I showed up 5 minutes early and instead of focusing on onboarding or safety, the staff prioritized forcing me to create a marketing account and hand over my email before class. Nobody asked about **my knee pain** or offered workout modifications like Basecamp or Burlingame Fitness did. I was thrown into a dark room mid-class with no idea where my station was, what weights to use, or even how to start(!) the treadmill. And yeah, they care so much about "safety" that they wouldn't have cared at all if I'd missed the warmup. A large class of 20+ made it impossible for the instructor to notice I was struggling. I had to stop multiple times just to change weights and restart. Change weights and restart. In the end, this was a complete waste of time, while the whole experience felt like corporate lead-generation and profit mattered far more than the safety and success of new members. read more

I took my first Barry's class and did the Run x Upper Body workout. The running portion of the workout is insane!! Being 5'1" and trying to run at 8mph at the fastest speed was a little wild, so I gave myself grace and at most ran 6-7 mph. I've never done a run x lift combo, so this was different from other workouts I've done in the past, which mostly focus on strength training. If you normally do strength training, the floor exercises will be easier since you don't go too heavy. At my first class, I got a note and a little bag of Ouai samples, which was a plus. There is a ton of parking anywhere, but because of its location, the only reasonable parking options require metered parking. read more

Whenever I want a workout that makes me feel like I'm training to conquer the world, I come to Barry's! It's a HIIT workout that combines floor work (weights, resistance bands) and treadmill (varying speeds and incline). Wear shoes that are good for running and be prepared to get your heart rate up. The room is iconically red and the music is extremely loud! I personally love it because it totally drowns out the voices in my head telling me I can't do the sprint... But if you're not like me and you actually do need earbuds, those are available to grab at the front desk. There are three showers stalls available in the women's locker room. The bathroom is stocked with OUAI products and they smell sooo goood. This is the only place where I feel bonita after washing my hands. Parking can be tough depending on day of the week and time of day. Be prepared to pay metered parking unless you're okay walking a couple of blocks. I love this area - it's safe and there are lots of food spots nearby if you want to grab a meal after your workout. Unfortunately for me, sometimes a tough workout at Barry's immediately gets undone by boba after the class whoops. Think that's just a me problem though. read more

Good group fitness workout that pushes you out of your comfort zone. It's broken up into two main workout categories: treadmill vs floor work with free weights. You have the option to skip cardio and do double floor. Every instructor has their own personality and style, so you just need to find someone you vibe with. They've all been pretty good in my experience though. You do end up sharing the equipment, unless the class is empty, so sometimes people leave sweaty messes behind. There's wipes by the heavier weights if you wanna keep your station clean. I would recommend taking a few classes with different coaches with using their intro pack offer. Also, there's limited time spots and classes can fill up. I do wish there were more mid-day classes as other NorCal studios offer them. read more

Had a great workout. I get the height for Bari's now. It does seem like there is a community at this location. The only thing I didn't like is that the instructor queued exercises, but did not really give any demos. So if it's your first time or your first time doing those particular exercises, you're kind of on your own. Also she stood near the door and the music is loud, so if you are on the opposite side of the room, it was really hard to hear what she was saying. Not gonna lie...when I first visited Barry's just to scope it out (maybe like, Summer 2023?), it was SUPER intimidating. I wasn't really worried about the HIIT workout itself, it was more so the environment. The front desk workers didn't give off friendly vibes at all and it just felt very cult-y. Needless to say, I decided that I wouldn't give it a try and left without buying a package. Lo and behold, some months down the road, I somehow got roped into buying a first-timer special. I took my first class in May 2024 and have been generously gifted classes here and there. Barry's claims to be the best workout in the world, but in reality, it's as hard or as easy as YOU make it out to be. The instructors provide a range of suggestions from easy to difficult, but you don't need to follow it. They honestly do not care if you don't run on the treadmill or if you go all out. I've seen people on the floor lifting weights with terrible form, and sometimes the instructors don't correct them. It's a room filled with 50ish people, so it's going to be hard to give individualized attention, especially when the teachers are managing two different groups (treadmills vs floor). Some instructors are better than others. I'm a big fan of Tara (who is out on maternity). I've seen her actually try to correct form and she's not scared to tell people to quiet down during class. My pet peeve is when people are just messing around taking selfies during the workout or conversing loudly with their friends because it's actually pretty distracting to others. I think Doug is also pretty fun although I've only taken one class with him. He also teaches are Solidcore in MV. CONS: I don't love how I have to share the floor with someone else -mainly because I don't drip sweat everywhere. Since classes are generally packed, you end up having to share your spot and trade-off (unless you're double flooring). Sometimes I find puddles of bodily fluids on or around my station, and it's pretty gross. Just be aware and please clean up your mess before moving on! They have wipes for you to use!! It's also EXTREMELY loud in the red room. I highly recommend using the earplugs unless you want to lose your hearing. My apple watch goes crazy warning me against the sound level every time I take class. PROS: the OUAI products smell bomb. I LOVE the handwash because it just smells so good! I'll rush out of class after stretching to beat the line that forms for the ladies room. read more

I'm glad there's a barry's in burlingame so I don't have to drive too far. it's a great start to the morning before work or just to get some early sunshine and fresh air and cool down at the farmers market down the street after a sunday morning class. plenty of free parking (depending on time of day). love when the instructors push you on the treadmill and especially when the runners next to you are also running and pushing through. it's a lot of fun but very high intensity since I don't like to walk on the treadmill. matt sometimes does a short karaoke session which honestly makes the run easier read more

Never did I think I would try Barry's or even go regularly! I joined ClassPass earlier this year and it's just opened me up to so many new workout studios and exercises that I never thought I would try. This location is closest to me and I usually go in the mornings before work. The one thing I don't like is having to pay for the meters after 8am so I try to take an earlier class if I can. There's always plenty of parking around though when I go but if it's during a busier meal time or in the middle of the day, it might be harder. At first, I was pretty intimidated by the classes since I hate running. Yes, I'm the type to walk the mile in school... but surprisingly, the treadmill is a great challenge for myself and I feel myself getting more and more comfortable increasing the speed each time I go. I enjoy the variety of different exercises depending on the day you go in. The front desk and instructors are all super friendly and nice. You can always modify if you need to and every time I finish a workout here, I feel super accomplished! Looking forward to continuing my workouts at Barry's into the new year! read more

I'll be honest, I went in skeptical, and frankly also left skeptical. But in hindsight, it was a five star experience. Barry's is really chaotic, and it's not always clear how to follow the cues, but the time FLIES by. I didn't even notice when we crossed the 40 minute mark and I realized I only had ten minutes remaining! I'm someone who hates timekeeping in workouts, but Barry's made it effortless. You keep pushing and pushing and suddenly you're done. Two floor sets and two treadmill sets. Amazing! The instructor I had (Julia) was helpful but not pushy. Sometimes you wan an instructor to push you, but her pace was exactly what I needed that day. Restrooms were clean and well-furnished, the smoothie bar was organized, clean, and efficiently-run. It is definitely one of my favorite Bootcamp places. It is very trendy and upscale. The 50-minute workout passed by just like that. I joined their class by ClassPass just to give it a try and I've been going ever since. There are different classes every day, you can schedule them depending on which body parts you want to work on. It is normally 2-3 sets: Weightlifting(floor), cardio(treadmill), weight lifting(floor), and cardio(treadmill). You can always customize yours by doing a double floor or a double treadmill. It was such a great workout with great vibes, the instructors there are very encouraging and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. They have plastic bags there where you can put your dirty clothes in and bring them home. There are also showers there. And not to mention their hair dryer is Dyson. read more

I can see why this location is a lot of people's favorite as it is also becoming one of mine. I came here recently for a 7am class and although I wasn't really worried about parking because it was so early in the morning, I just knew I wouldn't have to stress over it because there's almost always parking on the street, if not right in front of the studio, there's residential areas nearby and there's even a parking lot across the street (don't have to pay before 8am). Besides parking, the studio here is spacious and clean. I appreciate the staff cleaning the red room before every class. I also love the bathroom aesthetic and their Oribe products! The instructors are all so energetic and the music is catchy. The fuel bar - which is actually my favorite is definitely worth getting after pushing yourself to the limit. Classes are pricy but if you're consistent enough and would go often, there are different package options so it wouldn't be that expensive. There's also a loyalty membership you could be part of so you'd earn points that could go towards classes, merch, and smoothies! read more

This is one of my favorite Barry's locations in Bay Area. 1. There is ample parking right in front during the mornings 2. The employees working at the counter are always so nice 3. It never gets TOO busy And...between you and me...I think this location makes the best Barry's and Brunch shakes. (I had it twice at other locations and it was just..somehow not the same) I purchased the beginner's set of classes and I immediately fell in love. Usually classes are in two sets: weightlifting, HIIT cardio, weightlifting, and then HIIT cardio again (this might be in reverse if you start off on treadmills). I weightlift and run on a regular basis but Barry's never fails to tire me out! I always walk out of class feeling like I had a great workout. Each class is customizable, so you have the option of running at a higher speed or choosing heavier weights. My first class was very difficult to me but after going every week I sawmyself improve. I'm about 15 classes into Barry's and I no longer have to use the "beginner" settings :) Recently, I've been attending Barry's with Classpass but I'm strongly considering ditching Classpass and just getting a Barry's membership. The "red room" is always very clean. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. The shampoos, soaps, lotions are Oribe brand. The hair dryer is dyson. I love that the Burlingame location isn't as culty & unwelcoming as the Palo Alto one. & although I'm sure all the instructors are great, my personal faves are Kristina, Boozer & Matt. They call you out by name and encourage you to keep pushing on. I LOVE that! That is exactly what I need in a 6AM HIIT class. Love all of their choices of music and circuits. 5/8/2021 Quarantine Day 418 I got a chance to try Barry's BootCamp in Burlingame with one of my girlfriends on a saturday morning. There is metered parking in front of the building, but if you go around the block, there is residential parking where there is free 2-hour parking. My friend and I checked in at the front desk and the girls there were very friendly and showed us the immaculately clean bathroom and how to use the lockers since we were not sure how to use them. So we took a 50 min class with Andrew; it was full body, with a focus on the upper body. Before the class started, he called my name out (since I was a new participant) and welcomed me to the class and briefly explained how the class works. Half of the participants are assigned to be on the floor (with the weights) or on the treadmill. Thankfully my girlfriend and I were both assigned to start on the treadmill together. So we stay on the treadmill for about half the class, then the latter half of the class, we switch with the people on the floor and do weights from the middle until the end of class. Being a group fitness instructor myself, I was curious to see how this type of class would play out, and it was a mixture of confusion, fun, high energy and cool vibes. The confusion is mainly because I was new; I didn't really understand about the varying speeds, inclines and sprints until about 10 minutes into the class. Also, I love my fair share of music (I play my music loud too when I teach), but the volume to my ears was extremely loud so it was hard to hear all the directions that Andrew was giving out; and since he was coaching two different groups (floor vs. treadmill), that was a bit confusing as well. When you're on the floor, you can pick your own weights and you do as many reps as you can until the instructor moves onto the next exercise. I think I was getting the hang of it more in the latter half of the class; and it was helpful that I could see what Andrew was doing. The class overall was really fun and very different from what I teach, which in a way was refreshing. Andrew is very energetic, motivating and I can tell that he genuinely enjoys what he does. The entire facility itself is very clean. After the participants leave the room, the cleaning staff get to work immediately to clean the room before the next class. The entire room, floor, treadmill machines and weights are cleaned. Even the bathroom and showers are clean! It was the first time I had showered in a gym prior to the pandemic, and seriously, every gym should be as clean as the one in Barry's. They even provide basic amenities like hair dryers, q-tips, lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, fluffy towels and bags for your dirty clothes. Thanks for the sweat and good vibes! read more

have been going to various barrys locations in the last 2 months and burlingame is unlike any other in the sf bay area! great parking, great eats, and great crew! will never forget my first class experience with carlyn! she is epic! i just learned today that she is leaving this location and onto somethinf bigger / better! tough to fill her shoes for sure! i will never forget being placed on a waitlist at another location and not being able to get it, scrambling to make it to burlingame, she put me on standby instead of a waitlist and eventually got me in! i saw carlyn at the acai bowl place and offered to treat her but she insisted to stick within her quick lunch break! will never forget that super kind gesture! especially in my early stages of barrys! i also love the smaller class sizes and the instructors actually getting to know you, how to pronounce your name + pushing your envelope! well worth it for first timers, much more one on one time for sure! read more

I have been waiting for this Barry's location to open! I live in the city, but it's just so much more convenient to go here than drive to the Marina & SoMA. A hell of a lot easier to find parking too! Although it's a lot smaller than the Marina location, it still has everything you'd get at other locations - a great workout, a fuel bar, & all the same great amenities (Oribe bath products, water refill station, blowdryer, deodorant, towels, hair ties, etc). Not sure if I've noticed this at the other Barry locations, but I saw that the lockers were equipped with usb ports inside so you can charge your phone. I thought this was neat. Classes here are 10 minutes shorter than the other locations. Normally it's 60 minutes, but at Burlingame, it's only 50. I wonder why that is? Maybe cus they're new? I attended the 7:30am class last Sunday. Crazy to see so many people up so early for a workout on a Sunday. That's some real dedication! The workout is the same as other locations - you alternate between the floor & the tread. Different parts of the body are focused on different days. Mondays is always Arms & Abs. Your instructor determines the number of rounds on the floor/tread. You can choose where you want to start (T = tread, F = floor, DF = double floor). Before, I'd always want to be on the treadmill first because I felt like it was a warm-up for my body, but lately I've gotten used to starting on the floor. only time I run nowadays is at Barry's - their Woodway treadmills are awesome and provide a lot of support to my bad knees. I love how easy it is to switch incline/speed levels with a quick push of a number! Barry's really pushes you to go harder. Even when you feel like quitting, you don't want to, because everyone around you is still going at it! But of course, there's nothing wrong with resting for a bit and getting back into it. Barry's kicks my ass every single time, but I feel great afterwards every single time. You can reward yourself with one of their shakes at the fuel bar afterward (you can pre-order before class so you can have it ready right when you get out). So happy that after all the talk for several years, that Barry's has made its way down to the Peninsula! I was privileged enough to attend the Grand Opening party last night at the studio. Same great vibe and workout as the one in SF. Ultra clean and sleek decor, sexy as hell showers stocked with amazing Oribe products. However, there's only three showers in the ladies locker room. Some of the SF faves have made their way down to this studio (ie Tommy and Shauna). I love Barry's FiDi but sometimes work is too hectic and I always feel the need to duck out of class about 5 minutes early in order to grab one of the showers. 1/19/19 Update: Burlingame inaugural class at 730AM this morning. Tommy was awesome & I almost died. Haha. I love and hate the ass kick from Barry's and I love the Peninsula fitness community. Who wants to meet me in The Red Room? I walked in and the front desk people initially were very warm and friendly. The place was clean and the amenities are great. Unfortunately it was my first time and I dont know how everything works. They told me to go get settled in, told me where the lockers are and then the coach would call 1st timers to the room to go over things. He did go over the workout structures but unfortunatley I was the only first timer that wasnt told where my spot was. I still dont even know if I was supposed to choose a spot or they assign it for me..The coach was very kind and went to the front desk to ask whether I was on the floor or tread first but came back and I had to ask again what number Im on. I saw the signs that say to preorder but I thought that was an OPTION to be more efficient and we could still order after class.. but what do I know because I'm new right? no one is even mentioend it out loud, but I read the signs that dont specify that you can't order a shake after class. I go up to the front desk looking forward to order my shake and she tells me I have to wait one hour for a shake because I didnt preorder. I expressed how unwelcomed I felt and explained that I wish someome told me. I just wanted to give honest feed back because I felt a little out of place and didnt know anything yet.. She with a passive aggresive smiley attitude asked me if I heard on the loud speaker from the coach to go to the front for first timers. YEA i did and I was there listening. Its one thing to make a mistake but another to give me a (excuse my language) a half A** apology all while blaming me. These classes arent cheap and I wanted to get the most out of the experience. If they actually cared or had good customer service she wouldve had a shred of empathy and gave me a genuine apology and/or offered a free smoothie, a discounted class or even a free class. I'll never come back here. If you arent apart of their culture and come as a newbie dont expect to feel like you belong or are welcome. I must admit I was intimidated. I spent a couple months getting the nerve to come to a Barry class. It seemed like everyone was in the best shape and I would feel out of place. Finally, I let all my nonsense go and took a leap of faith. I signed up for a Saturday whole body class with Tommy. I was pleasantly surprised there were people from all over the physical spectrum from in shape from trying to get in shape. Tommy was motivating and gave a great class. Made me feel super comfortable. The location is fantastic. Tons of street parking. Inside you find men and women's locker rooms with showers if needed. Juice bar if that's your thing. Tons of Barry swag (totally have my eye on a Barry Burlingame sweatshirt). All in all. I'm hooked. It's pricey but you can't place a price on physics and mental health. For that 50mjnutes it's you. Really like working out in the red room. My favorite trainer here is Tara and I usually take her Tuesday/Thursday 5.35 PM class. The staff is reasonably accommodative about cancellations and taking off the penality charge for late cancellations. Love how clean and well stocked the women's restroom is, and the hand towels are always dry/crisp/clean/nicely rolled. Nice to have the ear-plugs available at the front desk, which i always use as i find the red room to be too loud for my ears. Overall, i would highly recommend this studio for folks interested in bootcamp kind of cardio + strength training, with loud/fun music. read more

God I love Barry's. Stoked it finally made its way to the peninsula! The instructors, amenities (Oribe! Dove deoderant! ghd hair dryers! q tips! cotton pads! tampons!), smoothies, the WORKOUT- there's really nothing not to love! I've never been to a Barry's (so far I've experienced FiDi, SoMa, Marina, Park Ave South New York) where the front desk is not happy to see you. The staff is always smiling and accommodating to any questions/concerns you may have (like switching your spot). I always dip out of class about a minute earlier (skip the cool down) so I don't have to wait in line for the showers. FYI this Burlingame location has 3 showers. After I showered there was surprisingly no line (assuming most people live in the area and would rather go home and shower?) but man I fucking love showering at Barry's, haha. The line might be dependent on the crowd/time of day too- I took Mario's class at 8:30 AM this morning (Sunday). Like all of the other Barry's instructors, he was entertaining and made class very enjoyable! read more

Barrys Bootcamp has grew on me. Initially it seemed like workouts you can just do yourself at a general gym..(which is kind of true...) Something about being in a room with other motivated individuals and bumping loud music makes workouts even more enjoyable. Used to go to the Marina, San Francisco location but since the opening of Burlingame.. this has been the new location due to me trying to avoid city traffic. The instructors here are great, energetic and also wet towels provided that i didn't see the other SF locations provide. Parking is also much easier than all of the SF locations. Smoothies are a great add on after the workout but nowadays, I just make my own at home. If you got some money to blow on fitness, barrys bootcamp is worth it! read more

I've taken a few Barry's classes since they first appeared in the Bay Area, but Burlingame is the one studio that keeps me coming back! While it is a smaller studio, I've never had any issues with booking a class, and everybody is so warm and friendly. The studio is spotless and they give you little wet towels after your sweat sesh. I know Barry's can be intimidating at first, but it gets better with time-- even the treads! Just go at your own pace at the beginning. The Barry's workout is such a fool proof workout, I've never walked out feeling like I've wasted my time or money. Even though all of the instructors are personable and sweet, they will most definitely kick your ass in the redroom. Do yourself a big favor, and take a class! It's just 50 minutes dedicated to yourself- totally worth it. Even though I sometimes have to force myself to make it to class (esp those 6:30am classes), but I always leave happier. I started Barrys last month and I got hooked! My first class ever was Katie's abs&ass class. I've taken- Chris, Emma's, Tommy's, Matt's and Taylor's class as well and they are all awesome. I still have a few more instructors I haven't taken yet but I'm sure they're just as great. I prefer the fuller classes because I love the energy and everyone's momentum. The smaller classes(usually in the afternoon) are cool when I want more of a "personal train" because the instructors can give you more attention with form and etc. All of the employees I've ever communicated with have been super nice and they've always given like a happy vibe which is so cool! Because on my first time coming here I was definitely intimidated, but everyone was just so great. The fuel bar- my fave is the super food flex(more of a meal replacement). IT IS SO YUMMMMMMY!!!! Anyways, I'm obsessed. It is a little pricey but sooooo worth it!!!! read more

I miss Barry's so much! These classes were the highlight of my day. Tommy's classes are the best and so fun!! Love his energy. My favorite part was getting my butt kicked and then showering and slathering myself in oribe lotion. Best feeling ever! You walk out feeling like a brand new person! AMAZING! One of the best workouts I've ever done. I've done 3 classes so far and I can't get enough. The place is clean, sleek, and very welcoming. It's not intimidating which is what I worry about coming to fitness classes. I've only taken classes with Tommy Luke and his energy really gets you going. You don't feel like you need to copy everyone's speed or weights. The dim red room and loud music helps me focus on what I'm doing without comparing my workout to the people around me. The eucalyptus towels at the end of each class are so refreshing. Customer service is excellent as well. I've had a few mistakes on my account and Dani helped fix everything without hesitation. P.S. Parking is a breeze. Basically I love this place. read more

I come here every few weeks for a weekend class. I am not a person who loves cardio but I do love lifting and even though half the class in on the treadmill, I really enjoy Barry's. The class is divided into treadmill or floor. If you don't want to run, you can choose a spot that is "DF" meaning double floor. I always choose the regular slots so I can get my cardio in for the day. The pace of the class is fast, I consider it a HIIT class. You stay at your station anywhere between 7-12 minutes and switch between floor for resistance training and the treadmill for cardio. The exercises for the floor are challenging, I always feel the burn during and afterward. In terms of the cardio portion, I would say for me personally it is the most difficult considering that I run max 1x a week. Sometimes the instructor will tell you to do a timed mile, different inclines and speeds are mixed in. I really enjoy having the instructor vary the speeds and they are so motivating that I do try my hardest. In terms of parking, if you come to an early class, you can usually find a space relatively quickly. In regards to the merch, I'm a fan of the clothes at Barry's, they're so stylish. I've bought a tank so far and plan on buying more Barry branded clothing. I definitely give Barry's 5 stars for the cleanliness, studio lay out, the clean showers/bathrooms and the fact that the work outs are great and produce results. I do plan on eventually having a membership but I love to lift more so than cardio so for now it's a once every few weeks type of class. read more
