It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!

I enjoyed a delicious chocolate protein cookie and a iced coffee. I like my coffee black and no additives. There is a different taste in Silver Heart's Coffee. It a good different though. After drinking the coffee I felt like a mental clarity. I thought nah I am just hyped on caffeine but it was seriously delicious and guilt-free. On top of that the cookie was pretty amazing! I see protein cookies often but only had tried one other prior to this. It wasn't chalky as I experience with many of my protein enhanced foods. It was smooth and easy chew. It didn't crumble as soon as I bit into it or opened the package... needless to say I enjoyed it. Overall the atmosphere that Alexis creates in addition to the tasty treats I give SilverHeart 5 stars! I was one of the first customer in line when the store opened at 7:30 AM, and there were quite a few customers behind me after that. My order was placed at 7:44 AM, and I received my coffee and croissant fairly quickly. However, I was still waiting on the 4 cinnamon rolls I had ordered. Around 20 minutes later, I went up to the counter to check on my order. I was reassured that my cinnamon rolls were being made and told that it usually takes about 30 minutes, so I continued waiting. As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. I love supporting local businesses and hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

I got the matcha cloud coconut water. It was so good! The people working there were sweet and accommodating they did have a mix up with my order, but when something was said they were able to fix right away. All in all I definitely recommend coming here if you are wanting good matcha and good vibes. Next time I come I want to try their coffee next time and food.
