At that point, the owner immediately emerged and erupted with a profanity-laced tirade, using extreme verbal aggression and telling me to get out, claiming I was "jumping ahead." We left immediately. The venue itself was clean, but the management style felt hostile and unpredictable. I've since found years of similar reports on community forums and other travel sites regarding hostile owner interactions and a reportedly toxic environment for staff. There has even been past litigation involving serious workplace allegations.
