We had a nice time while we were wandering downtown, it was our first time here at Paloma the tapas were great! Sat on the cute little outside terrace on a beautiful evening! Service was friendly!

While staying at the AC Hotel I came in here for a drink one evening. Service was friendly and they have a happy hour which starts at 5PM. I simply tried a margarita from the happy hour list and it was decent. They have a food menu, mostly Spanish fare and small plates. Not a bad place to stop for a drink while in the area.

Hubby and I had a nice time at Paloma overlooking the Fall for Greenville Festival. The weather was nice and we were close to one of the stages so we got to listen to good music while chillin' on the patio. For drinks my hubby ordered Glen Livet 12 and I got a mojito. I didn't quite enjoy my mojito as much as I was hoping. I was looking for something refreshing and it just didn't hit. I don't know why. PALOMA CAESAR Little Gem, Jamón Serrano, Boquerónes, Manchego, Croutons We enjoyed the Caesar Salad though I personally felt the dressing was a bit heavy. I did appreciate the shavings of Jamon Serrano, which was really tasty, mixed in as well as the server verifying prior whether we would like the anchovies on top, which the answer is yes and we did! That was very considerate though. I think a bit of cracked black pepper on top would've really brought this dish together. MEJILLONES Mussels, Chorizo, Garlic, Lager I love mussels and really enjoyed these! The chorizo and roasted(?) garlic were a nice touch. I'm not typically a lager fan but it worked here, not overpowering. ALBONDIGAS* Meatball, Stewed Tomato, Manchego I honestly didn't think these had a lot of flavor. They were still good but just kinda lacking that punch, maybe a bit of salt to help boost the seasonings a bit? They were good but could be better. DÁTILES CON JAMON Dates, Blue Cheese, Serrano, Aged Balsamic Oh these were delicious! There are no suggestions for improvement. These hit! CROQUETAS DE BACALAO Salt Cod, Tomato Vinaigrette, Caramelized Lemon Also very yummy! I'd order these again! Our server was great! You could tell she was really enjoying the day and brought that energy to our dining experience. Couldn't ask for better. We had a great time and the food was good. I wouldn't turn down an opportunity to go back. They were hopping busy and we still had wonderful experience!

wine selection is okay... the tapas are a hit or miss as well. Enjoyed the charcuterie with Iberco, the patatas bravas are also delicious. Server took a minute to get our order, but can't complain after that. Live music was a plus!

Last night I decided to try Paloma. Let's just say, it blew my socks off. When I walked in I sat myself and noticed LeBron sitting by himself so I sat by him. Our server was Gabe and he greeted us with the biggest smile and once he noticed I was chillin with bron he gave us the best service ever. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone! I also want to add that the food was gas. I got the burger and meatball combo. At the very end of my meal gabe decided to serenade me and sing me Feel no ways by drake. Best dinner ever.

I stopped by Palomo, right on Main Street in Greenville, South Carolina, attached to the AC Hotel. It calls itself a "Mediterranean eatery," -- it's really a tapas spot with a few Mediterranean accents. I started with a smoked Manhattan, and unfortunately, it just wasn't good. The cherry garnish was, honestly, the best part -- and that's not what you want to say about a cocktail. I ordered three small plates suitable for birds or those not looking to be rolled away in a wheel barrow. I chose a middle ground trying to follow the 80% rule of blue zone living. Pollo (chicken skewer with smoked paprika aioli): the aiolo was the star garnishing the taste of ordinary chicken. Croquetas De Jamón (potato, ham shaving, manchego fondue): good finish and great flavor, but way too heavy on the potato, which overpowered the rest. Verdura (bell pepper, eggplant, pineapple skewer): just skip it. Service was on the slower side, but the server was nice. It was plated nicely. A bit pricey but that's expected with downtown city dining. Palomo isn't terrible, I just wouldn't return.

I can always stop by Paloma for a quick, delicious drink and great service! This visit, I ordered the "Hey Lovely", a lychee cocktail.

Next to the AC hotel, this bar/restaurant is delightfully yummy. The barista was very knowledgeable and knew what questions to ask us for our drink selection. We had tapas - papas bravas and burger and chicken sandwiches- both were amazing but the burger was my favorite. Recommend this place for nice drinks and fresh good food. Note our bread from sandwich was freshly baked in the morning.

I needed a quick meal and this place was perfect. Outside covered seating provided shelter from the high temps and there was a nice breeze too! This restaurant is part of a hotel and I didn't even realize it. They have a ton of Gf and vegan options! The GF bread was really good. It didn't crumble and wasn't dense. The salad was just okay- kinda boring. The service was great, fast and friendly. Parking downtown can be tricky and I found a one hour spot which was just enough for grabbing a healthy lunch before heading to airport. Highly recommend!

I was reluctant to buy into the hype... however, it's WELL deserved. The service and selection was stellar. You will hear people rave over the goat cheese balls. Their reputation proceeds them, but honestly, I don't think that they are a "must order". I had many other dishes there that are far more worth ordering, such as... *The Lamb (starter) * Brussels Sprouts * Tahini Caesar The Wine list is very extensive, and access to a top-tier sommelier is great. We absolutely adored our server, Nicolas who made our experience as fun, festive, and informative as could be! My only "note" to management would just be that besides the natural setting (the perfect Reddy River), the indoor ambience is SO lackluster. The restaurant could really stand to have an aesthetic revamp. And I hate to comment on the interior of the restrooms since it is seemingly so obsolete to "restaurant review," but I simply feel compelled to comment. The restrooms are barely a step up from a public pool/beach bathroom shack. Too harsh? No, must be said. Nonetheless, I cannot wait to come back and highly recommend everyone try this GEM of a restaurant (just pee before;)

Wow... I can't say enough good things about this place…read more FOOD... Excellent, innovative, well prepared, fresh, well crafted, bold, this place is just a culinary delight... Wood fired! Pizzia is a major part of their menu and we sampled that by trying their Crab Rangoon Pizzia with lump crab, cream cheese, scallions, wontons, and just a bit of Thai chili sauce to make things really interesting. A culinary delight! To that, we added a Cucumber Salad (each) smashed cucumbers, soy, sesame oil, ginger, honey, sesame seeds, shallots... and it was a perfect blend of tastes. I would characterize both of these as expertly crafted. Again innovative is a great descriptor. You can look at the menu and just imagine how well it works... how inspired it is. I will add one thought... They have more than Pizzia, like a meat and three option, but one of the most interesting is a PIZZIACO, which they describe as a melding of a Pizzia and a taco. Our friend had one that was sort of a Cuban themed affair. He liked it. Sucked it down like it was good. I was tempted to try the shrimp and grits. Maybe next time. SERVICE... Justin, the owner (gosh I hope I got his name right) met us and described their food in a way that inspired a lot of confidence in his ability to construct a INNOVATIVE menu and execute that menu with precision. We felt like family and were treated as nicely as anyone could hope to be. WINE... I would be remiss to neglect mentioning their wine list. There are no $700 bottles, but the variety and quality of wine is impressive. We had an Italian Nebbiolo which was excellent. Not cheap at $17 a glass, but we got a decent portion. They say that there are 100 different wines offered. Nothing shabby. They have some local beer too, I was tempted. AMBIANCE... Old factory repurposed into a cool modern look. I think it was a textile plant, but don't hold me to that. Lots of old red brick and large well aged timbers. The place is new, modern, clean, open, cool... There is a lot going on nearby, including a really neat place to take small kids to play - and eat. A rock climbing venue is also nearby... It's casual but no where near fast food. It's not cheap, but to me it's close to fine dining at a large discount. Definitely a place to try. INNOVATIVE seems to capture the feeling here. I would highly recommend trying it out.
